3 photos: Here's the scoop on our new Double IPA!🍨

Here's the scoop on our new Double IPA!🍨 We took Citra and Huell Melon hops and created swirling notes of orange sherbet, mango shaved ice, ice-cold slices of honeydew, and strawberry frappes. Shortly before packaging, we conditioned the beer on mounds of Madagascar vanilla beans, complementing its creamy body with mellow notes of homemade vanilla ice cream. How did this creative take come to us? Simple. It's based on the best question you can get asked after work: “Hey, you wanna go get some ice cream tonight?”

9 photos: 🌙 Midnight Snack🍫

🌙 Midnight Snack🍫 We were craving a classic English Brown Ale and decided to give it a twist: we rested it on house-roasted hazelnuts! We crafted this treat around an imported British malt that's new to us: Simpsons Export Pale Brown. We'd heard it carries an unmistakable cocoa note, and we had to get our hands on some. Pouring a deep brown hue with a dollop of foam, it carries notes of hazelnut truffles, cocoa powder, toffee cake, and a hint of coffee that rise from the glass and envelop every sip. Rich, quaffable, and cozy, it's the perfect accompaniment to a day spent outside and a late night with friends. The art gracing this can is by our good friend J Samson, a New England native and multidisciplinary artist who blends techniques ancient and modern in the service of his art and passions. He has spent time as a chef on movie sets in Boston and abroad, baked bread in the sunless hours of the Maine winter, painted forests as a muralist in Connecticut, and built pinball machines in Guangzhou. Watch the bottom stair. It creaks. 🔦

Built on a foundation of extraordinary European roasted and crystal malts, Space & Time Barrel Blend is a double-mash, extended-boil Imperial Stout with a rugged, bold spirit. We condition the base at length in stainless steel before uniting it with a hand-selected blend of its barrel-aged counterpart. Where other stouts lean into overt sweetness, Space & Time rebels. It delivers intense waves of dark cocoa and chocolate candy, anchored by a firm bitterness that invites your next sip. This is a beer that couldn't exist without physical space and quiet patience - the ultimate companion for contemplating the relentless march of time. We are absolutely delighted to have it back.

3 photos: Today's tour of the British Isles begins with a cornerstone of our lineup: Old Man.

Today's tour of the British Isles begins with a cornerstone of our lineup: Old Man. Our ESB is smooth as a pub-poured pint and carries lovely notes of toffee, brown bread, toasted nuts, and caramel. Somehow, with all that flavor, it's a decidedly crushable ale meant to be enjoyed liberally. Extra Special Bitter is a bit quaint in name given our insatiable palate for hops these days. While ESBs are more bitter than the lower-weight class of milds, the bitterness balances the malts, and the slight increase in ABV is nearly imperceptible. It's a beer we drink year-round, but it's especially cozy in the fall. 🍂🍺

3 photos: And the hits just don't stop at the roastery.

And the hits just don't stop at the roastery. Rooted in German pastry tradition and the legendary Black Forest region, Black Forest Cake Latte is one of our most indulgent releases! We blend sweet, dark cherry purée and concentrated black cherry with Dutch-process and black cocoa powders, golden and dark brown sugars, and Tahitian vanilla to create a rich syrup reminiscent of chocolate cake layered with cherry filling. Blended with creamy oat milk and our proprietary cold brew concentrate, it delivers deep chocolate, lush cherry, and a smooth vanilla finish. We are on a Latte roll, folks.

We've got a treat that's better than any loot in a pillowcase, and you don't have to dress up to get it. 👻

We've got a treat that's better than any loot in a pillowcase, and you don't have to dress up to get it. 👻 Haunted House is a spooky seasonal twist on our flagship House Cold Brew. Conditioned with an amplified dose of cacao nibs and an extended resting time, it conjures the flavor of rich chocolate candy with a subtle whisper of caramel and cherry from the House Blend's natural expression. Smooth, indulgent, and just a little mischievous. Why should the kids have all the fun on Halloween? 🦇🎃☕

And to have a little fun, we have a guess their weight competition at each location. Just head on over to your favorite one, scan the QR code by the pumpkin, and give it a shot. A gift card for you hangs in the balance. 🎃🎃🎃

A little something for the 💀 heads out there. Hazy Magnolia features New Zealand Cascade, which bursts with aromas of ruby red grapefruit, tangerine peel, green tea, and peach blossoms. Cascade is a legendary hop that we use extensively, thanks to its versatility across both old-school and new-school profiles. When we first encountered it growing in New Zealand, it blew our minds. The familiar Cascade character was unmistakable, yet interwoven with flashes of sweet tropical notes imparted by the unique terroir.

🥭🍍 Juice Machine, but make it extra juicy! We took our intensely tropical treat and conditioned it on buckets of mango and pineapple purée! Absolutely hop-saturated with virtually no bitterness, this one is a full-on tropical juice fest. 🤤

Woodstock Fern is a Double IPA utilizing a novel yeast strain that produces potent tropical aromas during primary fermentation. A showcase of New Zealand terroir, we blend hand-selected Nelson, Peacharine, Motueka, and Waimea hops. It bursts with notes of white grape, peach, and citrus peel, rounded out by a pleasant resinous finish. 🍂 We've got the goods for anyone trekking down Joy Road in this beautiful autumn weather! Alongside a stacked list of hoppy goodness, we've got saison, hard cider, milk stouts, lagers, and more, plus tons of to-go options. We also have our seasonal coffees, select cheeses, and fresh-pressed cider by the jug! 🍁 It can't be overstated how stunning the fall colors are surrounding our farmhouse and pond. Come take it all in while it's still here.

3 photos: Almost a year to the date since we've seen our Russian Imperial Stout.🌌⏳

Almost a year to the date since we've seen our Russian Imperial Stout.🌌⏳ Space and Time is rich in notes of melted dark chocolate, roasted grains, and caramel that keep evolving as the beer opens in the glass. While it's a classic sipper, it's incredibly smooth and approachable, and you can share it at your leisure. 😉 To achieve these flavors, we implement two hot-side procedures: a double mash and an extended boil. These tweaks are exactly as they sound: we add a secondary charge of grain after the initial mash, then let our kettles roar. This process lets us extract more sugars from our grains, concentrate the wort, and develop deeper, richer malt flavors. Worth it every time🍫

2 photos: The Three Sisters returns with a brand new tropical fruit!

The Three Sisters returns with a brand new tropical fruit! We've been conditioning this beer on all sorts of fruit this year, and for this sour Saison, we thought a zing of tart passionfruit would do just the trick. It carries notes of lemon curd, pear, garden herbs, and lemon tea, with a burst of tropical passion fruit throughout. Originally brewed as a hydrating beverage for farmers, Saison has always been synonymous with refreshment. We find that the right amount of tartness and acidity makes this version the ultimate thirst quencher, with passion fruit's tartness amplifying the experience.☀️

2 photos: Sweater weather heralds the return of Cozy, our Baltic Porter. 🍂🔥

Sweater weather heralds the return of Cozy, our Baltic Porter. 🍂🔥 After a long rest in our classic cellar, Cozy emits notes of molten chocolate, caramel, toffee, rich dark fruit, and light coffee. It has a marvelous, dense head and an appealing start to the smooth, velvety beer that follows. This style was originally exported from Britain to mainland Europe, where brewers adapted it to their own lager brewing traditions. Despite its rich flavor, our version stays restrained and crisp, reflecting the style's evolution. And while it doesn't travel far, we let it cold-condition until it's just right. This is a fireplace beer, if ever there was one.

🖤🤍

🖤🤍 How do we make a crispy cold brew that's so rich in flavor? We source our flagship bean blend from incredible farmers, roast it on-site, cold-brew it, and package it immediately. Freshness helps, but gentle extraction and preserving the beans' delicate expression are paramount. It helps make every day a bit sweeter.

6 photos: A special beer requires special artwork, and for that we'd like to thank @susannelarkham

A special beer requires special artwork, and for that we'd like to thank @susannelarkham Our travels to Australia always conjure images of the sea, and this original piece felt like the perfect pairing for a beer that means a lot to us. . . . In case you missed it... One Of A Kind has been a long time coming, gang. We first fell in love with Galaxy in 2011. In 2019, we finally experienced it in a sunny hop garden in Tasmania. We’ve been asking for whole cones to brew with back home ever since. Begging, really, since they've never been exported. After years of asking, two bales finally arrived. These are the first bales of whole cone Galaxy ever to reach America. One went into One Of A Kind. It oozes ripe pineapple and passion fruit, with a ripping tropical hop oil flavor. It’s a little weird, deeply enjoyable, and brings that sunny garden a little closer to home. This beer means a great deal to us. We’re proud to finally share it with you.

Welcome to Curiosity 101. Please take out your paper and pencils. ✏️ When we first brewed this in the summer of 2020, Golden Promise malt was new to us. Since then, it’s become a staple in a variety of styles. Its hints of caramel and toasty notes work particularly well with our hop-saturated offerings. We blended Citra and the oft-overlooked Comet hops, which produce lovely notes of zesty citrus, dank grapefruit, soft lemongrass, and Sugar Kiss melon! To mark a new page in our process and recipe design, we asked Keever to supply a stripped-down illustration in line with the early releases in this ongoing series. It's wonderful to see it on a proper printed can for the first time. Speaking of Keever, we have some super exciting projects with our longest collaborator coming up next month. Stay tuned!

Memento Vivere is a West Coast IPA featuring Citra, Idaho 7, and Chinook. It bursts with aromas of pine forests, bramble berry jam, papaya, and candied grapefruit throughout its crisp body. Crafted with hand-selected lots and packaged at peak freshness, it is meant to be enjoyed in this very moment. From the second we wake, we are swept away. Sustenance, obligations, planning, pain, worrying, all interspersed with innumerable flashes of joy and good fortune. So many days in so short a time. In the same vein as Memento Mori, the stark acceptance that our time is short feels jolting, accusatory even. But that tension gives way to reinvigoration and gratitude. As Rilke reminds us, or rather commands us, in the final line of his poem Archaic Torso of Apollo, “You must change your life.”

The world seems to be catching on to Concord Grape's magic. 🍇💜 Rest assured, our canned Transfusion is made with the real thing. Pouring a beautiful purple-red hue from jammy Concord grape juice, we blend in a splash of ginger and savory thyme to make a classic cocktail worth talking about. This New England refresher has just the right sweetness and not a hint of boozy heat, thanks to our Gold Medal-winning House Vodka.

Ooh, a strawberry 🍓 Ooh, another strawberry 🍓 Ooh, some basil 🌿 🐇🧺 Strawberry Basil is our year-round summer escape. Built atop our Double Gold Medal-winning House Vodka, its soft bubbles propel lovely notes of juicy berries and a hint of savory basil. It's as dreamy as they come.
