The Three Sisters returns with a brand new tropical fruit! We've been conditioning this beer on all sorts of fruit this year, and for this sour Saison, we thought a zing of tart passionfruit would do just the trick. It carries notes of lemon curd, pear, garden herbs, and lemon tea, with a burst of tropical passion fruit throughout. Originally brewed as a hydrating beverage for farmers, Saison has always been synonymous with refreshment. We find that the right amount of tartness and acidity makes this version the ultimate thirst quencher, with passion fruit's tartness amplifying the experience.☀️

We've put a modern twist on a rustic, historical beer. The Three Sisters is a sour saison conditioned on mango purée! Traditional malts and a blend of Belgian yeasts fill the air with notes of bread crust, mango yogurt, and hints of pear. The addition of fresh mango purée brings a potent tropical note, then finishes with an herbal zing. We had a lot of fun reimagining this refreshing and historical sour style with a far-flung tropical kick. We think you're going to love it. #productphotography #productphotodaily #photography #craftbeer #treehousebrewing #beergram #beerstagram #beersandcameras #beerlover #beerbeerbeer #beerme #beergeek #beertography #beernerd #fujifilm #gfx100II @fujifilmx_us @profoto

This light and effervescent beer offers an evolving flavor profile that truly showcases the synergy between grain, yeast, and hops. Pouring a straw yellow color, notes of rustic bread crust, tart lemon curd, and pear sit beneath a subtle bouquet of noble spice and lemon tea aromas. It's so easy to drink, you just might a few with dinner. #productphotography #productphotodaily #photography #craftbeer #treehousebrewing #beergram #beerstagram #beersandcameras #beerlover #beerbeerbeer #beerme #beergeek #beertography #beernerd #fujifilm #gfx100II @fujifilmx_us @profoto

You learn a lot about the world when you pay attention to the small things. As time passes we become well aquainted with the feel of the mash, the grind of our beans, the cycles of crops on our farm. We've created a rustic beer in honor of this slow gathering of knowledge, it's utilitarian use and its grander implications. The Three Sisters is a sour Saison crafted in honor of an agricultural past that is rife with lessons for the present. Pouring a straw yellow, rustic malts and a blend of Belgian yeasts fill the air with notes of bread crust, lemon curd, and hints of pear. Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops bring forth notes of garden herbs, noble spice, and lemon tea. We hope you enjoy this beer while contemplating the natural world, our agrarian past, and our place between the two. #productphotography #productphotodaily #photography #craftbeer #treehousebrewing #beergram #beerstagram #beersandcameras #beerlover #beerbeerbeer #beerme #beergeek #beertography #beernerd #fujifilm #gfx100II @fujifilmx_us @profoto
