Your event can host between 60 and 120 guests with no drink minimums. Guests choose from a wide range of offerings: beer, spirits, coffee, and non-alcoholic seltzer. The space stays available while we are open to the public, so your group can mingle in the regular taproom or remain as private as you like. You will even have direct access to our on-campus trail system.

The event space is separate from the rest of our retail operation, giving your group exclusive access to indoor and outdoor space, a curated draft list, private bartenders, and yard games. Community-style seating with sofas keeps the room comfortable and versatile for a leisurely gathering or a working business function.

Tree House Deerfield is purpose-built for casual gatherings and proper private events: indoor comfort and outdoor charm at the heart of Western Mass. Guests get the full lineup of fresh beer, cold brew, and seltzer, with easy pre-order and pickup. Draft pours and pizza pour out of the taproom and the staff handles everything in between.

Our rights

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Are beverages sold separately?

Yes. All beverages consumed on-site are tallied for payment at the end of the event. Guests also have the option to purchase beer to go.

What days of the week are available?

Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM, with Sunday availability at Charlton and Deerfield only from 12 PM to 8 PM. We do not have Saturday availability at any location.

Will you be closed during my event?

No. Events take place during regular business hours. Your reserved space is for exclusive use, but other guests will be on the property at the same time.

What is the drink minimum?

There is no drink minimum at any Tree House location.

What is the drink maximum?

Three beverages per guest. Groups that can provide proof of third-party transportation may enjoy four. Given that groups with transportation often imbibe before arriving, we reserve the right to deny service to any guest we deem un-servable.

I only have thirty people in my group. Can I still rent the room?

Each space lists its minimum occupancy above. If you are interested in booking with a smaller group, an $18 per person charge applies until the minimum is met. Otherwise, you can simply visit during open hours and enjoy the taproom; we cannot guarantee seating or accommodations beyond what is afforded the general public.

Do you have food?

You may hire an outside catering service that does not require kitchen facilities on-site. Outside catering is welcome at all locations. Tree House Pizza is available for catering at Deerfield and Tewksbury, Monday through Thursday only.

Can I bring wine to the event? Other drinks?

No. Tree House makes beer, spirits, coffee, and seltzer in-house and presents a wide array of offerings. By law, we cannot allow outside beverages to be served on our property.

Can we host our wedding?

We are unable to accommodate wedding ceremonies, but we are happy to host a laid-back wedding celebration. Email info@treehousebrew.com with any questions.

Can I book the space on a holiday?

No. We cannot host private groups on a Federal Holiday that falls during the Monday-through-Thursday booking window.

How far in advance can I book?

We currently take reservations a maximum of six months in advance.
