Tree House Charlton is our flagship brewery and destination, sitting on a sweeping wooded campus high on the hill from Route 20 in Central Mass. Two large bars greet you when you walk in: one heavy on stouts, IPAs, and seasonal craft cocktails; the other dedicated to lagers, pilsners, browns, and pale ales, many of which are expertly pulled through traditional side-pull faucets. There's pizza by the slice Monday through Thursday, food trucks rotating through the weekend, with a large variety of fresh beer, cold brew, spirits, and seltzer. Live music is a fixture every Friday and Saturday. Outside, the property opens onto an expansive wooden playground with Adirondack chairs scattered among the trees and our famous sunset patio. Dogs are welcome inside and out, and there are no beverage limits or table reservations required. Everything to know about this location can be found on this card, so there's no need to venture too far. Don't miss: Beer to go. Tree House Greater Boston in Tewksbury is arguably our most stunning destination, inside and out. The soaring, timber-framed Clubhouse anchors a working golf course that weaves throughout the property. Thirty minutes north of Boston and minutes off both I-93 and I-495, it's the easiest Tree House to reach from the city or anywhere in the Merrimack Valley.

Inside, you'll find a wide variety of fresh draft beer, the full Tree House Pizza Kitchen menu of hybrid New York/New Haven-style pies, and a thoughtfully curated retail experience spanning cans, cold brew, spirits, and merch. If you're a golfer, we think the merch shop competes with the best in the business.

Outside, The Course at Tree House offers tee times that can be booked through the Birrdi/Teewire app. The famous ninth hole par three faces the Clubhouse, giving taproom visitors a show. It's a casual, great golf experience with a few surprises for even the most seasoned players.

How do I book a tee time? Tee times for The Course at Tree House are booked through the Birrdi/Teewire app. Walk-ins are sometimes available — check at the Clubhouse on arrival.

Can I play golf and visit the taproom in the same trip? Yes. The Clubhouse and The Course share the property — wrap up nine holes and head straight inside for a draft and a pie.

How do I order pizza? Order at any in-Clubhouse kiosk or directly at the Pizza window. Dine-in only.

How is the wait for cans to go? Cans to go runs through curbside or the in-Clubhouse kiosks. Turnaround is usually quick. Drafts and pizza may have peak-time waits.

May I bring my dog? Dogs are not allowed at this location unless designated as an ADA Assistance Animal.

Do you take cash? Yes. We can help you in house. Just ask.

Do you require photo identification? Yes, valid and current photo ID is required, no exceptions. International guests, please note that only passports can be accepted.

Welcome to Tree House Cape Cod — there's no need for reservations and no drink limit. This iconic taproom sits on the bluff above the Cape Cod Canal and Cape Cod Bay in the historic town of Sandwich. The taproom looks straight out over the Bay, with electric sunsets and excellent boat and wildlife watching. If you're lucky, you'll say hello to the rare Right Whale pods that occasionally pay us a visit. The patio extends the view further, and the building itself is a lovingly restored community gathering place that has served the town for over sixty years.

Whole pies and slices come out of the pizza kitchen daily, draft beer flows seven days a week, and the can-to-go selection includes fresh beer, cold brew, spirits, and seltzer. At Tree House, you're walking distance to the Sandwich Boardwalk, Town Neck Beach, the marina, and the canal path, with a short drive to the Glass Museum and the rest of the town's deep historic core.

It's the hot spot for a proper Cape day. Beer with a view, lobster rolls in summer. Pro tip for summer: visit after 6 PM, when the crowds melt away, and the sky takes on a memorable hue.

When is the best time to visit? Midweek visits offer better availability for desired time slots and prime draft seating.

Can we buy beer and drink it on the beach? No, drinking is prohibited on First Beach.

I am stuck in traffic, can I pick my order up later? Orders must be picked up during the reserved time slot selected.

Can I add on to my order when I arrive at my pickup time? Yes, please notify the parking attendant upon arrival.

Tree House Deerfield is the gateway to Western Mass, set on a historic campus along Routes 5 and 10 just off I-91. Inside: a soaring taproom filled with live greenery, the immersive can wall and retail store, and a pizza counter slinging hybrid New York/New Haven-style pies right alongside the bar.

Outside is where it really opens up. A large patio, sweeping lawn, and the Summer Stage concert venue that brings touring artists to the Pioneer Valley a handful of times a year. Cans-to-go runs virtually wait-free during the week, drafts and pizza are walk-up easy, and dogs are welcome in the outdoor spaces during normal business hours.

The location is purpose-built as a jumping-off point for everything around it. Raft the Deerfield River. Bike the Mohawk Trail. Walk the Bridge of Flowers, tour Historic Deerfield, hit Yankee Candle, the Five Colleges, Mass MoCA, and the Hilltowns beyond. A genuine cultural destination wrapped around a brewery.

Tree House in the heart of Boston, tucked into the Prudential Center on the arcade level between Shake Shack and the USPS. It's a pop-up retail storefront, easy to spot by the giant Tree House logo, where you can grab fresh beer, cold brew coffee, seltzer, hats, and tees on foot, or pull into the Free Loop of the Pru garage off 125 Huntington for curbside pickup that gets you back on the road in minutes. The Atrium and South Garden Beer Gardens are open Wednesday through Sunday for draft pours, with a city skyline backdrop and a calendar of events that turn an errand into an afternoon. It's the simplest way to bring Tree House home if you live in or near the city, and the most pleasant midday surprise if you're already at the Pru shopping or grabbing a bite.

Tree House Saratoga Springs is the newest and most ambitious build, a large brewery and taproom on eleven acres along Route 9, in the shadow of SPAC and a few minutes from the Saratoga Race Course. The interior reads like an Adirondack Great Camp: interior trees, exposed timber, and a 40-foot bar pouring 40 lines of fresh Tree House beer.

Inside, you'll also find an in-house pizzeria, a retail shop with the full canned lineup, spirits, coffee, and merch, and a fire pit lounge for the colder months. Outside, the grounds open into a huge landscaped lawn with seating, fire features, and room for kids and dogs to roam.

It's a year-round destination tied directly into Saratoga's racing, music, and arts seasons. The only Tree House in New York State.

How do I order pizza? Pizza is ordered by the slice, paid for, and picked up directly from the ordering window — like a food truck. Don’t forget hot honey.

Is there outdoor seating? Yes. The grounds open into a large landscaped lawn with seating, fire features, and room for kids and dogs to roam. A heated fire pit lounge runs in the colder months.

How far is it from the Saratoga Race Course? About ten minutes by car. Tree House Saratoga is on Route 9, in the shadow of SPAC.

May I bring my dog? Dogs are not allowed indoors unless designated as an ADA Assistance Animal. Leashed and well-behaved dogs are welcome on the lawn.

Are there live concerts? The location is tied directly into Saratoga’s racing, music, and arts seasons — check our events calendar or follow along on Instagram for what’s running.

Tree House Farm Brewery in the quiet corner of Connecticut is the soul of the company, the working farm where we grow apples, grapes, berries, and heirloom vegetables, and where we ferment small batches of inventive ciders and farm-brewed beer in the barn. It's the smallest, slowest, most deliberate of all the locations, and that's the point. Order draft cider, draft beer, or cans to go, browse a curated selection of local cheeses and jams, and post up on the lawn looking out over the orchard and the heritage trees. Leashed dogs are welcome outside, the pace is unhurried, and the experience is more of an agricultural pilgrimage than a brewery visit. If Charlton is where Tree House is most fully itself, Woodstock is where Tree House remembers where it came from.

When is the best time to visit? Midweek afternoons tend to be quietest. The pace at the farm is unhurried any time you come.

Can I pick produce or fruit on the farm? No. The farm is a working operation. Trails are open for walks during business hours only; please stay on designated trails.

Are children allowed? All ages are welcome. Children must remain with their group.

Do you have cider? Yes. Draft cider flows alongside draft beer at the bar. Cans to go are available on your way out.

Roughly twenty boutique outdoor shows a season at our Deerfield campus. Doors at 5pm, slice and a draft, sun behind the Pioneer Valley while the band plays.

Tree House Summer Stage sits on the back lawn of our Deerfield campus along Routes 5 and 10, an open-air venue built into the same property where Tree House Western Mass opened its doors in January 2021. Since launching, the Summer Stage has grown into one of the most talked-about boutique outdoor music venues in New England, hosting roughly twenty shows a season across Americana, jam, indie, country, funk, bluegrass, and rock.

The format is the point. Doors open at 5pm. Walk in with a small bag and nothing else, find your spot on the lawn with a chair or a blanket, grab a slice of Tree House pizza and a fresh draft from the bar, and watch the sun drop behind the Pioneer Valley while the band plays. All ages welcome. Kids 5 and under free. Rain or shine. Tixr is the only authorized seller. Tickets sell out fast.

If you love beer that is special, craft personified, you'll love Treehouse Brewing.

Good variety of beer, cocktails, and seltzers available, and the pizza is delicious. Fantastic concert venue as well, usually with a nice selection of food trucks serving food.

Lori M. Google

Absolutely beautiful location! This place is huge! And the beer is some of the best I've ever had!

Our family of 6 loves Treehouse! Delicious pizza (hot honey — IYKYK), beer and drinks. Family-friendly year round but the warmer months are especially fun with the endless lawn for the kids to run free.

Danielle E. Google

A great experience as far as breweries go — excellent beer, excellent cocktails, and good food.

Blake R. Google

I was delighted with our visit here. Brand new in Saratoga and set up in a wicked cool way.

Theresa S. Google

Really cool venue with tons of indoor and outdoor seating, great beer selection, and awesome pizza.
