Juice Machine harvest at the farm. A banger batch of our juicy robot is back in Woodstock. A unique blend of some of our favorite hops explodes with notes of mango, creamy orange sorbet, papaya, and passion fruit. The farm is transitioning into our favorite season, and we've got plenty of options for hanging out. Inside our renovated cider house, cozy tables offer a view, plus coffee, cider, and farm-fresh cheeses. Outside, we've got fire pits lined with Adirondack chairs, shady spots for picnics, and, down by the pond, a row of tables with umbrellas for the midday sun. It just feels good to be in the Quiet Corner of Connecticut.
When there's extra room in our robot blender, we go for the juice. Juicy Machine is our Single IPA version of Juice Machine - a beer that uses our most tropical lots of hops. The addition of sweet pineapple purée adds layers of sticky, tropical notes that feel like a trip to the tiki bar. 🌴🍍
Everyone at the track will be dressed to the nines, so it only felt right to send our beloved Juice Machine out in a proper look of its own. Saratoga Summer, a Saratoga exclusive, available tomorrow at open. See here before and after the races. 🏇🐎🏆

It’s light and fluffy with a burst of sweet peach juice, grapefruit candy, honeydew melon, and white grape. It’s well over a day of travel when we scoot to New Zealand every year for their hop selection. We take off in spring and arrive in their fall, just as they begin to harvest. All that time spent peering out the plane’s window at endless cotton ball clouds got us thinking. We got right to work creating the most pillowy and creamy 🤖 yet.
