Give us one good reason not to add guava to a banger batch of Triple J. We couldn’t think of one either. This creamy treat hits us with huge tropical and citrus character on the nose, then transitions to a wave of mellow guava and a thirst-quenchingly bitter finish. 🍊🌴 Guava = good times. 😎

3 photos: Too juicy, too furious. 🌴🏎️🌴

Too juicy, too furious. 🌴🏎️🌴 We hit the NOS button on our hops for this one. JJJuliusss is astoundingly the same ABV as our flagship, but with a monster hop charge. To support it, the backbone is also amplified to make the experience still balanced despite extreme hop saturation.

The Julius wheel - it keeps spinning.

The Julius wheel - it keeps spinning. Even when a new batch hits our coolers, another is coming right up behind it. And another, and another. We're proud to offer this treat, time and time again, at scale, for you to regularly enjoy.

Codder Seltzer is super dry from real hibiscus flowers and even juicier from a burst of peach! It's best not to wear white when working in the cellar on a Codder Seltzer day. The blush color comes from bags on bags of antioxidant-rich, vitamin C-packed, hydrating hibiscus.🌺🫧

2 photos: Lime is doing big things.

Lime is doing big things. Citrus-cranberry collab for that iconic New England zing. The Nanuet folks actually snagged a huge amount of seltzer - it's cool to see it catching on.

2 photos: Da bubbles 🐠🫧🐟🪸

Da bubbles 🐠🫧🐟🪸 Bubble Hop Mosaic is a non-alcoholic hoppy drink with pizzazz. We use Mosaic extract from some of our favorite Yakima Valley producers, spin it in the tank, and voilà! Huge blueberry and mango notes with a flash of hoppy bitterness. An absolute thirst quencher.

A little autumn in the air, a little salt in the breeze… October by the Sea was everything we hoped it would be. Thanks all for coming out - we’re already looking forward to building on this tradition next year! And while we have your attention on things Sandwich, a reminder that coffee service is still running Friday - Sunday from 7a-12p. As far as the taproom, well, that’s open seven days a week year round, and the off season is the best season to come see us. We’ll be here for you. 🌊

Big Time Big Screen in Saratoga is ready to go tomorrow, joining Charlton among 27-foot video walls. In Tewksbury, the big video wall will be rocking games indoors, along with the theater in Deerfield. That's just the start of the fun at Tree House this holiday Sunday. We look forward to hosting you!

3 photos: Woah. The Squeeze series is officially a triplet.

Woah. The Squeeze series is officially a triplet. Nectaron Squeeze is crafted with Citra and Lotus playing the background, with soft notes of tangerine juice, red berry jam, and orange creamsicle, while Nectaron propels sweet aromas of citrus popsicles, donut peaches, and pineapple soda. If you haven't had our Squeeze series, it uses a variety of cold-side processes to steer clear of piney bitterness and straight into the land of juice. This beer is a juicy gem. 🧃😎

5 photos: Twigs! 🔥🌲

Twigs! 🔥🌲 Twigs is our Rauch Altbier, a scaled-down version of Sticks with some smoked malt in the grist. Pouring a deep amber hue with a creamy head, it has a complex grain bill that lends notes of toasted bread crust, figs, roasted nuts, knotweed honey, and campfire smoke. We've often taken a classic style and added a portion of smoked malt to deepen its complexity, and Twigs does just that with this rare German ale. The Alt portion of the grain bill brings the best of both worlds, with fruity, nutty notes, while cold conditioning gives it a crispness that hits like a Lager. The addition of smoked grain is a serendipitous ode to where we imagine this beer would be enjoyed best: next to a roaring fire with friends and plenty of snacks!

3 photos: A super session for the first weekend that feels like fall. 🍂

A super session for the first weekend that feels like fall. 🍂 Tiny House is truly all about the hops. At only 2.3% ABV, it bursts with notes of mango, citrus zest, and juicy oranges from a hefty charge of our favorite lots of Citra. 🥭🍊 Why so tiny? Because we want a beer that fits every moment: the perfect beer for a weeknight, to fill your cooler for an all-day hang, or to enjoy between regular-strength favorites. We were shocked at how quickly the first batch went - we're excited to have it back. Tiny but mighty.

Woodstock Helles pours a radiant golden hue that sparkles underneath a cloud of sticky foam. Constructed with heirloom grains and a traditional hop bill, its zippy effervescence carries notes of hearty breads and floral noble spice. The Helles threads the needle between hearty grains and ultimate crushability. It might be the perfect beer for these warm days and icy nights. The farm in Woodstock is in full fall bloom, if you will. Last week's rainy weather seems to have kicked autumn into gear, and the trees surrounding our orchards are popping with color. There's nothing better than these sunny days when the humidity finally drops, and we'll have our fire pits going for these ever-quickening sunsets. It's postcard-worthy over here. Come hang.

3 photos: Unofficial banana week. 🍌🎉🥳🍌

Unofficial banana week. 🍌🎉🥳🍌 To create our newest Oat Latte, we gently steeped fresh, ripe bananas in our steam kettle to create our own banana water, then built it into a syrup with golden cane and dark brown sugars. We then slowly infused this banana syrup with freshly crushed nutmeg, vanilla bean, and cinnamon, bringing the impression of banana bread right out of the oven. These mellow and warm flavors blend seamlessly with our creamy oat milk and crisp cold brew for a latte made for the heart of autumn. We are consistently amazed at the lengths our coffee team goes to in creating these flavors from scratch. There is a plethora of well-made extracts and syrups for purchase, but they always pale in comparison to the real thing. Our syrups are a full-day, multi-team member endeavor; the scent literally lures our other departments to our roastery like cartoon characters towards a pie.🏠🥧 In other words, this is not one to miss. Like the ever-disappearing loaf on the counter, this small-batch seasonal is a well-deserved treat, whether it joins you for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or dessert.

2 photos: Happy pop-up eve, gang!

Happy pop-up eve, gang! The store is up at treehousebrew.com to browse. To be clear, you follow the link under Nanuet - none of the others. Ordering starts at 9 AM tomorrow. This pop-up is for cans to go and features a broad selection of our non-alcoholic seltzer, canned cocktails, coffee, and beer - all lovingly crafted here at Tree House. At checkout, you will select a pickup time. Arriving outside of your chosen window will not work and will make service poor for everyone. Please arrive on time. We cannot hold beer for you until Saturday or beyond. We are looking forward to a great couple of days! 🚄 🚄 🚄

2 photos: Cotton. Candy. Dream.

Cotton. Candy. Dream. Our new Double IPA takes three familiar hops and turns them into hop candy with a little brewing magic. 🪄 Citra and Mosaic burst with soft aromas of champagne mangoes, candied orange, and blueberry smoothies. We then added a charge of Simcoe, which swirls with notes of passion fruit, pine, and juicy nectarines. Is it safe to say that this is now old school? The stars are dancing ’round the moon in colors we’ve never seen, close enough to touch; surely, this must be a dream. Lovely can work and text illustrated by our own Sarah Laba-Barry 🎨

If you've ever walked by the freezer and grabbed a spoonful of ice cream on the go, this beer's for you. We took Jul-ish, our Pale Ale version of Julius, and conditioned it on mounds of fresh vanilla beans. It's light, fluffy, and the perfect mix of creamy and hoppy.

Bigger Peach is Very Hazy conditioned on an absurd amount of peaches. With a blast of hoppy aroma, it carries concentrated notes of overripe stone fruit, fresh summer peaches, orange juice concentrate, and nectarines. Scaling up Hazy to Very Hazy involves a lot of math and even more finesse. Big Peach ➡️ Bigger Peach. Well, that’s as simple as adding more peaches. Like, a lot more than you’d think.

Dark Czech Lagers are restrained yet wonderfully complex. Nomadism uses that perfect balance of flavor and crisp crushability to showcase one of our favorite coffees: Aurora. This blend of Central American and African beans lends notes of blackberry jam and dark chocolate hot cocoa to Nomadism's more classic notes of toasted bread, caramel, roasted malts, and straw. We released cans of Aurora Cold Brew earlier this week if you'd like to experience the coffee on its own, then bookend the day with this gem right here. It's a sublime lager experience.

2 photos: Julius's twin is fresh at the farm! 🧡💙

Julius's twin is fresh at the farm! 🧡💙 With the same malt bill as our flagship IPA, we feature a different bill of hops, with Amarillo and Mosaic front and center. It's crisp, with just the right amount of bitterness and tons of juicy blueberry and mango aroma. Guys, the leaves are giving the performance of their lives right now, and our farm is a front-row seat. It's easy to forget that so much of the world doesn't get to witness the colorful wave of change in our deciduous forests, and with our busy lives, we almost miss it ourselves. We hope you get a chance this weekend to pop in or make a detour after work. It's quite a view, and even better with the freshest beer around.

🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌

🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌 We took a small portion of King Julius and conditioned it on banana purée. This treatment creates a creamy body that still packs a wallop of hoppy character. Bananas are having their moment - All hail the banana smoothie 👑

All the hops means all the hops.

All the hops means all the hops. This Juice Project rarity is a sea of mixed tropical fruit, papaya, guava, pineapple, and clementine notes with almost no bitterness. When the hoppy revolution kicked off, you wouldn't bat an eye at a hop bill of 6, 7, 8, or more varieties, but these days our blends are usually a little more pared down. For this beer, however, we used a mountain of staple and some niche varieties, all from the West Coast, and blended them into a super-fruity juice bomb.

3 photos: Fresh from the farmers' market! 🧺🍍

Fresh from the farmers' market! 🧺🍍 Big Pineapple Crisp is Very Green, conditioned atop cinnamon sticks and literal buckets of pineapple purée. It pops with hop-saturated notes of overripe pineapple, passionfruit, fluffy caramelized pancakes, and brown sugar-cinnamon topping. A little twist on a classic, and we can't get enough.
