Tree House Boston is on the arcade level of the Prudential Center, between Shake Shack and the USPS. Look for the giant Tree House logo.

Two options. By car in the Free Loop of the Prudential Center Parking Garage, accessed at 125 Huntington Ave (follow the Tree House signs). On foot, at the storefront on the arcade level next to Shake Shack.

Yes. Draft pours are available at the Atrium Bar Wednesday through Sunday, and at the South Garden Beer Garden when weather permits. Follow on-property signage for where consumption is allowed.

The Center Court Kiosk has self-serve ordering for cans-to-go and a merch shop. No beer pickup or consumption — pickup happens at the Free Loop or storefront.

The Free Loop of the Prudential Center Parking Garage is free for the curbside cans-to-go pickup window. Otherwise standard Pru garage rates.

Your order will ship within 1 to 3 business days depending on our current volume and the timing of our next package pickup. This may extend by a day or two during busy holiday seasons. We work hard to get items shipped as quickly as possible.

Yes. We ship USPS Priority and you’ll receive an email with tracking the day your order ships. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see it. While we can’t guarantee delivery times, most orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days from shipment.

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. A valid receipt is required.
