• Fail to show up on the day you placed it

Keep all beer cold at all times. If refrigerated:

• Hoppy beers stay vibrant for 12+ weeks
• Classic and non-hoppy beers last 6+ months

Warm temperatures shorten these timelines.

Ordering ahead is strongly encouraged to improve efficiency. Kiosks are available on-site if needed.

• Charlton & Deerfield: No. Orders are filled as you arrive, first come first serve.
• Tewksbury & Sandwich: Yes. You must arrive during your reserved time slot.
• Saratoga: Yes. Pickup is curbside: select a time slot when you order and arrive at your stated time, then tap “I Am Here” on your receipt and we’ll bring your order out.
• Boston (Prudential Center): Garage pickup requires ordering ahead and arriving at your chosen time. If you pick up on foot at the arcade-level storefront, we’ll hold your order while you shop.

Beer is added daily as it is packaged. The schedule is not planned far in advance.

No. Orders must be picked up the same day. Unclaimed orders may be refunded and restocked.

Yes. Children must always be accompanied by an adult and stay with their group. At Sandwich, Boston, and Saratoga, guests under 21 must be accompanied by a guest 21 or older.

Tables are first-come, first-served, with no reservations for general seating. Parties larger than 20 must email info@treehousebrew.com before arriving. For a reserved space, see private events.

The draft list is available online; physical copies are no longer printed.

All well-behaved dogs are welcome everywhere but on tables or chairs.

Order at any in-Clubhouse kiosk or directly at the Pizza window. Dine-in only.

Yes. Cans to go at Tewksbury require a reserved pickup time slot, which you choose when you order.

Cans to go runs through curbside or the in-Clubhouse kiosks. Turnaround is usually quick. Drafts and pizza may have peak-time waits.

Dogs are not allowed at this location unless designated as an ADA Assistance Animal.

Midweek visits offer better availability for desired time slots and prime draft seating.

No, drinking is prohibited on First Beach.

Yes. Cans to go at Sandwich require a reserved pickup time slot, which you choose when you order.

There is virtually never a wait for beer to go. Draft and pizza may have waits.

Tree House Boston is on the arcade level of the Prudential Center, between Shake Shack and the USPS. Look for the giant Tree House logo.

Order in advance (recommended) with the Order Beer To Go button, or at a kiosk inside the Pru shopping center. Garage pickup requires ordering ahead.

Two options. On foot, at the retail storefront on the arcade level between Shake Shack and USPS. By car, at curbside garage pickup (order ahead): enter the Prudential Center Parking Garage at 125 Huntington Ave (the entrance on the right, just before Pressed Cafe), go straight, and take a left before the ticket gates to the Orange Level Free Loop and the Tree House pick-up spaces.

If you are picking up on foot, yes. If you are picking up in the garage, you must be able to receive your beer at your chosen time.

Beer, seltzer, cold brew, coffee, and recovery drinks. Beers come in 4-packs, some in 2-packs, with no order minimum. We don’t sell spirits at the Prudential Center.

Yes. The seasonal Atrium Beer Garden serves drafts Wednesday–Thursday 3pm–8pm, Friday–Saturday 12pm–8pm and Sunday 1pm–6pm. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a guest 21 or older. Follow on-property signage for where consumption is allowed.

The Center Court Kiosk has self-serve ordering for cans-to-go and a merch shop. No beer pickup or consumption — pickup happens at the Free Loop or storefront.

Yes. There is a discount for those spending over $25 at the Pru.

Whole pies are available every day, along with shareable House Garlic Knots. Order, pay, and pick up at the ordering window. Don’t forget hot honey.

Order ahead at the link provided and select a time slot. You must arrive at your stated time. Follow the signs to one of our marked curbside spaces and hit the I Am Here button on your order receipt, and we’ll bring your order out.

Yes. The grounds open into a large landscaped lawn with seating, fire features, and room for kids and leashed dogs. A heated fire pit lounge runs in the colder months.

About ten minutes by car. Tree House Saratoga is on Route 9, in the shadow of SPAC.

Leashed dogs are welcome in outdoor areas only. Non-service dogs are not allowed within the building per Board of Health.

Yes. Taproom live music runs Thursday and Friday from 6 to 9pm.

Midweek afternoons tend to be quietest. The pace at the farm is unhurried any time you come.

No. The farm is a working operation. Trails are open for walks during business hours only; please stay on designated trails.

Yes. Draft cider flows alongside draft beer at the bar. Cans to go are available on your way out.

Your order will ship within 1 to 3 business days depending on our current volume and the timing of our next package pickup. This may extend by a day or two during busy holiday seasons. We work hard to get items shipped as quickly as possible.

Yes. We ship USPS Priority and you’ll receive an email with tracking the day your order ships. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see it. While we can’t guarantee delivery times, most orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days from shipment.

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. A valid receipt is required.
