It starts as a pure, rugged, and bold flavored beer; a function of the extraordinary European roasted & crystal malts used to make it. After extended conditioning time in stainless, we blend this with a thoughtful selection of its bourbon barrel-aged counterpart.

We condition the base at length in stainless steel before uniting it with a hand-selected blend of its barrel-aged counterpart. Where other stouts lean into overt sweetness, Space & Time rebels. It delivers intense waves of dark cocoa and chocolate candy, anchored by a firm bitterness that invites your next sip. Space and Time Barrel Blend does the cellaring for you. Our double mash Imperial Stout is given extended conditioning time in our stainless cellar before being blended with its barrel-aged counterpart. The bourbon barrel-aged portion of this beer is a blend of select barrels where it rested from 12 to 24 months, imparting luscious notes of dark cocoa, chocolate-covered vanilla nougat, and warming oak.
