General: We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave for policy violations. Disruptive behavior of any kind is not permitted. Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on Tree House property.

Taproom seating: Tables are first-come, first-served; no reservations for general seating. There is currently no beverage limit.

Family friendly: Everyone is welcome. Children must always be accompanied by an adult and stay with their group. Running and roughhousing are prohibited.

Food & beverages: Outside food is welcome; please clean up after yourself. Personal water bottles are ok; all other outside beverages are prohibited.

Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome everywhere but on tables or chairs. (Tewksbury, Sandwich, Deerfield, Boston, Saratoga: dogs are not allowed unless designated as an ADA Assistance Animal.)

Where is the entrance? Tree House Boston is on the arcade level of the Prudential Center, between Shake Shack and the USPS. Look for the giant Tree House logo.

Where do I pick up my cans? Two options. By car in the Free Loop of the Prudential Center Parking Garage, accessed at 125 Huntington Ave (follow the Tree House signs). On foot, at the storefront on the arcade level next to Shake Shack.

Can I drink beer on-site? Yes. Draft pours are available at the Atrium Bar Wednesday through Sunday, and at the South Garden Beer Garden when weather permits. Follow on-property signage for where consumption is allowed.

Can I order from the Center Court Kiosk? The Center Court Kiosk has self-serve ordering for cans-to-go and a merch shop. No beer pickup or consumption — pickup happens at the Free Loop or storefront.

Is parking free? The Free Loop of the Prudential Center Parking Garage is free for the curbside cans-to-go pickup window. Otherwise standard Pru garage rates.

May I bring my dog? Dogs are not allowed at this location unless designated as an ADA Assistance Animal.

Do you take cash? Yes. We can help you in house. Just ask.

Do you require photo identification? Yes, valid and current photo ID is required, no exceptions. International guests, please note that only passports can be accepted.

Can I purchase a gift card at the brewery? You can buy gift cards at any location or online through our gift card platform.

Why was my order refunded? Orders are refunded if you fail to show up on the day ordered or exceed stated purchase limits.

I want to buy beer as a gift. How long will it last? When refrigerated, hoppy beers stay fresh for 12 weeks or more. Classic styles and non-hoppy beers retain bright, youthful character for six months or more.

Do I have to order beer on my phone? Advance ordering improves efficiency. In-store kiosks are available if you prefer to browse on-site.

Does my order have a time slot? Charlton and Deerfield use first-come service. Sandwich and Tewksbury require reserved time slots.

When will you have beers X, Y, or Z? Beers are added to the website daily as they are packaged. If you are interested in a particular beer, check back often.

I placed an order today, can I pick it up in a week? No, orders must be picked up the day that they are placed.

Can I use a gift card? Yes, you can add gift cards as payment during checkout.

Are there limits on how much beer I can purchase? No stated limits unless specified per item, though excessively large orders may be restricted.

Do you have gluten-free beer? Not currently.

Can I purchase draft pours and reservations for more than one location on the same day? Yes. There are currently no drink limits per person per day for any Tree House location.
