Tree House Farm Brewery in the quiet corner of Connecticut is the soul of the company, the working farm where we grow apples, grapes, berries, and heirloom vegetables, and where we ferment small batches of inventive ciders and farm-brewed beer in the barn. It's the smallest, slowest, most deliberate of all the locations, and that's the point. Order draft cider, draft beer, or cans to go, browse a curated selection of local cheeses and jams, and post up on the lawn looking out over the orchard and the heritage trees. Leashed dogs are welcome outside, the pace is unhurried, and the experience is more of an agricultural pilgrimage than a brewery visit. If Charlton is where Tree House is most fully itself, Woodstock is where Tree House remembers where it came from.
