We love us some Daze around here, a super peachy Single IPA version of our core beer, Haze. Today, we have a fresh batch at Tree House Farm Brewery in Woodstock, and it is magnificent! Right off the beaten path, our farm sits up a winding dirt road. You might see some of our neighbors’ horses as you start to climb the hills, and our crew sowing the start of a big growing season. Eventually, there’s a dip in the road, a patch of trees, and the glistening fermentory against the tree line. There’s plenty of space to sprawl out for a picnic, check out the chickens, and soon enough, rows and rows of wildflowers ablaze.

Remember to stretch before you engage in extreme air guitar.🦅🤘 Can You Take Me Hazier! Haze’s unparalleled smoothness swirls in the glass with notes of sweet summer peaches and dank, overripe papaya. We then amplify its iconic profile with a very specific blend hand-selected from some of our favorite West Coast and Pacific Northwest growers. A massive charge of fruit-forward hops saturates the profile with notes of blueberry lemon ice cream, piney mango juice, and orange hard candies. With arms, and hops, wide open.
We’ve been making Earth Day Pale Ale for years, and as much as we’d love to have it year-round, part of what makes it special is its fleeting rarity. It combines two wonderfully delicate hop profiles: Nelson and Hallertau Blanc. Nelson gives off light notes of white grape and sweet lychee, while Hallertau Blanc fills the air with aromas of fresh elderflower and passionfruit juice. While our species’ curiosity sends us searching the cosmos for answers, it seems resoundingly clear that the most exciting place in the universe is right under our feet. The very root of our name, “humi” → human, denotes our origin: “of the earth.” It’s best we not forget what should be so obvious, that this soil and water and sky are our only home; our origin and eventual return. A portion of this beer’s sales will, as always, be donated to The Nature Conservancy 🌍
Rainbow has returned! 🌈🌈🌈 Rainbow draws its cornucopia of inspiration from each of our core beers, resulting in a blend of tropical flavors! We taste tropical fruit salad, honeyed peach, sugary mango, and ripe orange juice, all wrapped in a fluffy texture. Not only is the beer great, but the cans are just fun. Taste the hoppy Rainbow.
Tree House is excited to bring one of our favorite coffees back around for year number three! Bombe Village is named after the Bombe mountains in the Bensa region of Sidama Ethiopia, where Ngiusse Nare produced this coffee 2300 meters above sea level. The coffee cherries from Nare as well as cherries collected from 60 of out-grower neighbors were dried on raised bed for 20 days before processing. The results from this natural process present a stellar sweetness with notes of blood orange accompanied by a delicate lavender aroma. We hope you enjoy this coffee as we begin a new year with much more to come from the coffee team.
Sunshower is a magical little cold brew utilizing a Colombian honey-processed red bourbon bean and a naturally processed blend from Costa Rica. It has a lively, eye-opening acidity that transitions into a mild sweetness with notes of honeysuckle. It reminds us of that magical feeling when the day feels newly born after a sprinkle of rain and a bright spring sun in the sky.

Caution: Oversized Load ⚠️🚧 Jumbo Treat is an insanely hopped Double IPA that bursts with notes of orange juice, orange gummies, mango sherbet, and tropical fruit bubble gum! Aggressive cold-side hopping techniques with tropical hop blends create something that can only be described as "hop candy". The Jumbo Treat doesn't come around very often, but when it does, it's really sometnhing else!
There's just something about this beer and it's pretty can. 🌞 Luminosa Squeeze is a super juicy IPA featuring an ultra-pale malt bill and, you guessed it, Luminosa hops. Combined with a crisp base, it pops with notes of mango lemonade, papaya, pineapple, and guava!
Wanderer and Trail on back-to-back days is just magnificent. Trail is our German Pilsner, a crisp, zippy, and traditionally hopped lager. We’ve been making this Lager longer than any other, and our technique when brewing and lagering it continues to gather nuance, ever refining its refreshing profile. It would be impossible to overstate the time, energy, and care that go into a single batch. Have you heard of “trail magic,” the term Trail’s name nods to? When on the Appalachian Trail or hiking the Pacific Northwest Trail, there are all sorts of kindnesses you stumble upon: a ride into town, fresh socks, food for hikers with bottomless stomachs. But by far the best thing you can feast your eyes on when turning a corner is a cooler of ice-cold beer left by some angel in a nearby town. When the days are measured in miles, this is the beer we would have been dreaming about. Trail is a reminder that the little things mean a great deal, especially when you least expect them.
If it seems like we've released a lot of Transfusion this winter and spring, it's because we have. And we have because you're loving it. 🍇🌿🍸 Transfusion is a bubbly little number that blends our award-winning House Vodka with sweet Concord grape juice, a splash of ginger, and savory thyme. When we started our line of canned cocktails, we wanted to make drinks that are simple, delicious, and unique. Transfusion is an elegant expression of that goal. Cheers to you finding your new favorite cocktail.
Summer is coming, and so too is a steady stream of the original Lena Marita 🪅! Casa de Árbol is our agave spirit. Its mellow character is a testament to the care that goes into crafting it. Few distillers and purveyors of ready-to-drink cocktails expend the effort to distill their agave base from scratch. We do it here because when drinks are this simple in construction, there is nothing to hide behind, and it needs to taste perfect. Agave spirit agave syrup fresh lime = the ultimate bubbly refresher.

Guys and gals, we have an incredible treat in our distillery locations today. Our Absinthe Verte is a wonderfully aromatic spirit and an essential addition to your after-dinner routine as a classic digestif. Its herbal bouquet complements a variety of gin-based cocktails, and its sweet anise notes also work beautifully in creative frozen cocktails. Few spirits carry the lore of our dear friend, Absinthe. Its popularity soared in the late 1800s as a hallmark of bohemian culture, adored by artists of all walks of life, including Vincent van Gogh and Oscar Wilde. Like so many spirits, it uses a long list of aromatics. One of these, wormwood, became falsely associated with mystical hallucinatory effects. Absinthe’s newfound prominence as a darling of counterculture coincided with a major blight in grape harvests for winemakers, making ample room for its popularity to grow even further. This threatening surge of public infatuation eventually brought down a smear campaign from the powers that be. Multiple countries in Europe banned its production and sale, and the United States followed suit. Thankfully, this is no longer the case. Our Absinthe is made according to tradition, and its alluring green color is known as “feuille morte” in French, literally “dead leaf.” This natural hue is a manifestation of its aromatic components, including anise hyssop, veronica speedwell, mint, lemon balm, basil, tarragon, hops, and sweet woodruff. The essential oils from these herbs contribute to its famous serving transformation, where it shifts from a clear emerald color to a milky opaqueness. The oils are completely soluble in alcohol, but as drops of water are added to its high-proof body during serving or when mixed into a cocktail, they separate and become visible. This effect in the glass is known as “La Fée Verte,” or “The Green Fairy.” Maybe it is a little magical after all 🧚♀️🍸
Iconic in more ways than one. 💨 Available fresh today in Charlton and beyond tomorrow.
Everyone loves Creamsicle! We're firm believers that the right combination of a few quality ingredients creates a transformative experience. Citrusy, hoppy, Julius is conditioned on heaping handfuls of freshly cut vanilla beans. Your tastes buds won't know what hit them 🍦🍊
A fresh batch of Wanderer feels extra special these days. Wanderer, our German Helles, is a crushable Lager that snaps with notes of fresh bread and noble spice. Helles achieve something really special; they're malt-forward and flavorful but crisp and light. Showcasing Munich malts, our brewers create a soft water profile, and our Lager team conditions slowly and steadily for a tight carbonation and brilliant clarity. We find after a long day, the first few sips go down easily, but eventually its character invites a pause and a moment of attention for its simple beauty.
Big Peach is Haze conditioned on buckets of peach puree, the inherent stone fruit notes from hazes hoppy get amplified...big time. So what actually goes down when we amplify a core beer with puree? Early in the morning before the main batch is transferred a freshly cleaned stainless steal brite tank is filled with peach juice, purged of all its oxygen, and brought to an icy cold 32 degrees. our cellar crew hooks up to the speciality tank before the main transfer and sends in the fresh beer.
Fresh Haze. Still butterflies and excitement, every single time.
How do you make a great thing even better? Add Strawberries.🍓 Strawberry Lemonade Setlzer all day.
Codder is just the best. This is one of our seltzers that we hope you pour over ice. With a sweet bouquet of peach notes, Codder pours a brilliant red color from heaps of hibiscus. Packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, these hydrating flowers create a snappy dry finish to a spritzy carbonation.

Citra 🏃♂️ Riwaka🏃♀️ The need for speed. Fastest Known Time returns with Pale Ale perfection 🏁
Brewster Hut is crafted with the quintessential New Zealand blend. Nelson hops are one fo the most distinctive varieties carrying notes of crushed white grape, tropical lychee, and passionfruit juice. Rakau lends myriad stone-fruit and tropical notes, with a distinct pop of zesty lime juice. For those of us with a flair for adventure, we all know the feeling when we reach shelter in a wild terrain. We took this picture on a rare off day during hop selection, after miles of rugged terrain, the clouds parted and unveiled this unlikely respite. The legendary Brewster Hut. It's a beer we only brew from time to time, requiring a thoughtful blend of our hand-selected hops. This combo of hops is commonplace across New Zealand, and we dutifully recreate its profile in an attempt to transport ourselves back to moments like the ones that adorn beers like this. We hope you get a chance to try it while it's here.
Golf Pils. Clean, simple, and brewed with precision. A blend of American Cascade and European Saaz adds subtle notes of lemon and pine, but the main event here is a crisp, crushable water profile. Meant to be enjoyed liberally, in the sun, in the shade, or in the sticks, where, let's be honest, your ball probably is. ⛳
Summer of 2026 - the crispiest of all time. Our Texture series continues this week with another blend of the old and new guard of hoppy flavor. This Hoppy Pilsner pops with classic notes of pine and grapefruit from Cascade, while Anchovy brings hints of raspberry and an uncanny watermelon aroma. The burst of aromatics from the pop of the can carries into a smooth texture and a crushable finish. These beers are made for warm-weather hangs.
Day Dreamy 🪻💜 Our cold brew takes a stroll on the mellow side of life with our Lavender Honey Oat Latte. Floating above roasty cold brew and creamy oat milk are sweet notes of honey, vanilla, and calming lavender from our house-made syrup. Each ingredient is a careful addition, meant to highlight rather than overpower. It just tastes better when it’s the real thing.
Ice-cold...espresso? 🧊🧊🧊🧊🧊☕🧊🧊🧊🧊🧊🧊 Paragon is our espresso blend of Cold Brew. It's super snappy and refreshing with a wave of chocolate and berry notes. You can genuinely taste the care and energy for a great coffee experience in every can.

Oat Pale Ales 🤍 Oaty is an Oat Pale Ale named after our Cellar Manager Kyle’s dog, Otis. It pours a golden color, with a swell of sticky foam rising above the glass. Hand selected Citra hops burst with aromas of grapefruit hard candies and mango juice, while El Dorado lends notes of juicy lime, pineapple, and watermelon bubblegum. Otis has more energy than most, the energy of three dogs to be exact. In the early 1800s, the German Shorthaired Pointer was bred for three traits: to track, flush, and retrieve. Before these rascals, hunters needed a different dog for each task. Otis is constantly checking the wind, playing endless games of fetch, and letting his parents know exactly where the squirrel in the yard is.
The Prodigal Haze XI! 💨 A long-awaited return to this monumental series, XI brings together hand-selected hops from New Zealand legends Clayton Hops and Freestyle Hops. It erupts with notes of white grape, passionfruit sorbet, lime hard candy, lychee soda, and a flash of citrusy pine. Built on cool whirlpool temperatures and absolutely massive hop additions, this one pushes saturation to the limit while maintaining an impossibly smooth, juicy finish. It is a must have. . . a must have.
🎲🎲🎲 We'll keep the Triples rolling today. Chain Reaction is a Triple IPA built on a unique blend of hops. Utilizing a massive dose of Citra, Warrior, and Zumo, it delivers notes of grapefruit peel, orange sorbet, lemon zest, and limeade popsicles, all culminating in a piney mango finish. Our series of Triple IPAs builds on itself; each new entry and rebrew is a chance for refinement. What feels commonplace is actually the result of a slow, cumulative building of knowledge: a chain reaction.
Contrary to popular belief, the most important scientific beverage discovery of the 21st century was when we first combined Citra and Galaxy in JJJuiceee Project. New levels of juiciness unlocked🔓
