Farm life meets the modern era. 🧑‍🌾🤖 A fresh batch of the Machine lands in Woodstock today! Ok, apparently we just skipped from spring into summer. This morning, the fields were covered in wisps of fog as the sun came blazing over the treeline. Our farm team is busy in the field, and our taproom crew has the coolers stocked with what you need to stay cool. We've got coffee, cider, seltzers, and most importantly, fresh juice bombs.

In Perpetuity is a timeless IPA that blends American Citra and New Zealand Nelson hops. It bursts with notes of fresh-zested oranges, mango, crushed grapes, and passionfruit. It is one of the best beers we make, intentionally crafted to be shared with those you love. “My formula for greatness in a human being is amor fati: that one wants nothing to be different, not forward, not backward, not in all eternity.” - Neitzche

Are you ready for the crispiest Tree House summer of all time? Our Texture Series is a line of super-smooth Pilsners that feature wholly unique hop blends. Classic Simcoe meets the newcomer darling Tangier, creating notes of pine sap, dank hop yards, tangerine juice, and Valencia orange. It’s a rare example of having it both ways; you get a blast of hop aroma alongside a smooth body with the zippy finish of a European lager. These beers filter out the noise and hone in on specific hop characteristics like nothing else; it’s akin to exploring a single color and its many shades.

Caddie Cooler captures a feeling. Made with our mellow House Vodka and a blend of bright lemonade and sweetened black tea, it’s the ultimate on or off the course. 💛💚

Sometimes you just want a great cup of coffee without the caffeine. Bokeh is our decaf cold brew made with a blend of Mexican and Ethiopian coffees, flush with notes of citrus, lemon, raspberry, and cocoa powder. The Mexican base is a fully traceable, mountain water–processed decaffeinated coffee from the Yajalón region of Chiapas, while the Swiss Water–processed Ethiopian component comes from the Shakiso Tero outgrowers in Guji. Even in the specialty coffee world, it’s hard to find decaf coffee that’s upfront about its process, and even rarer to find it as a cold brew offering. We go to great lengths to source and blend these varieties not only for peace of mind, but because natural decaffeination processes retain a richness of flavor you won’t find in chemically decaffeinated blends. Great coffee, no exceptions. ❤️

Passion King Creamsicle has returned after a very long hiatus. On its journey to the brite beer cellar for conditioning, we diverted a portion of King Julius and conditioned it on buckets of passionfruit purée and whole vanilla beans. This is hands down one of our favorite tropical riffs on the King. It opens with a blast of bright, tart passionfruit juice, then settles into a smooth, mellow vanilla finish. #passionate

One scoop of pineappley hops, two scoops of marshmallow. 😋 Our Galaxy Hop-saturated Green gets a sweet boost from gobs of creamy vanilla marshmallow. What a time to be alive.

2 photos: The Resolution.

The Resolution. Damn. This massive Triple IPA utilizes a staggering pound per barrel of hops, along with a blend of liquid hop extracts to boot. These extracts are an incredible tool for boosting aromatics—leaving the plant behind, delicate aroma compounds and volatile oils are captured, essentially multiplying the sensory hop charge without subduing the overall profile of the beer with vegetal or earthy notes. We use full-spectrum extracts, which unleash a pungent wave of tropical fruit and add a wonderfully dank finish to its fluffy, smooth body.

2 photos: 'Tis the season to be coachin'.

'Tis the season to be coachin'. Coach is a Pale Ale with a massive charge of Citra, Lotus, and Strata CGX hops. It pops with notes of mango, grapefruit peel, strawberry jam, passionfruit, and orange creamsicles. Where do they find the time? This beer is dedicated to the champs in our crew who are leading the next generation both on and off the field.

We're starting to get those butterflies. It's Marathon season, gang. 🏃🏼 To celebrate, we've given the King a festive coat in these tiny little bite-sized cans. A perfect way to celebrate covering 26.2 miles (or to gift to those who do). Lock in!!!

3 photos: Iconic.

Iconic. Pizzeria Pils. Great Pizza requires great beer; it's the law. Pouring a brilliant yellow hue with lively carbonation, Pizzeria Pils offers notes of wispy malt, fresh-baked bread, and a zesty spice from a blend of noble hops. We’ve upped our pizza game this year, now serving piping-hot pies in Saratoga, Sandwich, Tewksbury, and finally at our flagship location in Charlton. When crafting the ideal companion to a fresh slice, we wanted a crisp, hoppy complement that doesn't distract from the main event: pizza. We use Spalter Select and Saaz, two noble varieties that bring a bright, zesty hop character without overpowering the malt or the finish. Their earthy quality, hints of garden spice, and pop of lemon make for an exceptionally thirst-quenching beer.

3 photos: Tree House makes prebiotic soda?

Tree House makes prebiotic soda? We sure do. Is it any good? It sure is. Our original prebiotic soda is back, gently sweet and made with real fruit purées. It is loaded with the building blocks for a healthy gut. We’ve enjoyed the boom in better-for-you sodas for years, and have taken our time sourcing the best ingredients, testing blends, and running countless small batches. Much like the early days of our coffee program, this juicy soda lived as a secret tap in our cellar while we honed in on our favorite flavors. Treebiotic Wild Berry is a true labor of love, and we’re stoked you love it as much as we do.

You can enjoy a Sunset anytime of day. 🌅🌄🌇

You can enjoy a Sunset anytime of day. 🌅🌄🌇 Our tangerine and peach seltzer is made with real fruit purée and only has 5 calories. It's juicy and tasty and hard to enjoy just one.

Stacks on stacks of juicy, sweet, delicious pineapple. We charged our juice machine overnight and loaded it up with overripe pineapples. Juice Machine Pineapple bursts with hoppy notes of tangerine, mango, lime, papaya, and grapefruit, and now with a sticky, sweet finish of tropical pineapple!

All That Is and All That Ever Will Be is a surprisingly light-bodied-for-how-incredibly-delicious-it-is Milk Stout aged on fresh roasted coffee, cacao, and vanilla beans. It carries frothy notes of mocha lattes, vanilla cream, and melted dark chocolate bars. For us, this beer is a meditation on the present moment and the richness of our life within it.

3 photos: Who doesn’t love a glass of French toast?

Who doesn’t love a glass of French toast? Nervous Energy is a delectable Imperial Milk Stout featuring maple syrup, cinnamon, and fresh vanilla beans. With a warming maple aroma, layers of mellow vanilla swirl within its chocolatey body. Conditioned on bundles of cinnamon sticks in our conditioning cellar, it carries a subtle, cozy spice note that lends a drier finish than you might expect from such a hefty stout. It’s the perfect treat to pop open as the sun dips low and warm days give way to chilly spring evenings.

House Latte.

House Latte. Uniquely delightful and decidedly the creamiest around. "Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don’t plan it, don’t wait for it, just let it happen." - Dale Cooper ☕👍

2 photos: You'd better believe that House Cold Brew is going to power our Friday!

You'd better believe that House Cold Brew is going to power our Friday! The companion to House Latte for those who like it unadulterated. Subtle notes of caramel and cacao lie just beneath a classic roastiness. It's just plain delicious.

6 photos: Spring cocktails are here.

Spring cocktails are here. Our distillery team has been busy crafting two incredible variations of the Bee’s Knees, featuring our own Percy’s Gin. Highly aromatic, Percy’s Gin delivers punchy notes of juniper, with subtle hints of apple and hazelnut peeking through alongside more classic botanicals. Paired with our house-made syrups, it makes for an enlivening spring sipper. We’re pouring a classic Bee’s Knees at the bar, finished with a lemon wheel float, as well as a dry, citrus-forward rendition made with hibiscus honey syrup and garnished with candied hibiscus buds! Genuinely hand-made from start to finish.

3 photos: A beer for the treasure hunters out there.

A beer for the treasure hunters out there. This gem of a new Pale Ale is fluffy as always, and crafted with a classic blend of American hops. Barn Find pours a hazy orange color with a mountain of foam rising above the glass. Citra and Cascade lead with aromas of grapefruit peel, overripe mango, and mandarin orange juice. A charge of Simcoe follows with notes of pine and a hint of apricot. With our forehead against the car window and our eyes closed, red and orange colors splash against the darkness. The engine purrs under the gleam of the hood while the radio sputters as we ride into the outskirts of town. In between the trees, there is the glint of an old barn roof way back off the road. The air inside is a cool lake that smells of sawdust and oil. Somewhere in the back, there is a familiar shape, somehow left behind, wrapped in a faded tarp like a forgotten gift. 4 photos: We'll take Citra any which way, but when it's combined in All Ways, it's truly spectacular.

We'll take Citra any which way, but when it's combined in All Ways, it's truly spectacular. Citra is a single-hop, multi-lot beer that carries the full range of Citra's complexity. It bursts with notes of bright citrus, stone fruit, lychee, ripe mango, clementine-like character, and a hint of vanilla. For this recurring project, we blend hand-selected hops from Carpenter Ranches in the Yakima Valley of Washington, Coleman Agriculture in St. Paul, Oregon, and Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, Idaho. It's a special beer from a special place, flying over this section of the country, the grand scale of the land and its evolving contours, stuns us every time. As the Cascade Mountain Range slopes from rugged peaks toward gentler foothills, eventually meeting river valleys and lowlands, splashes of green begin to emerge along its rocky spine. In Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, these lush oases of verdant plains nurture hidden gems, each farm capturing the essence of its terroir. The snowpack from these hills makes the sun-drenched hop fields of Yakima possible. Swipe all the way through to see how up close and personal we've been with the inspiration for this beer.
