Peach season starts early at 🌳🏠 We take Daze, our Single IPA version of Haze, and boost its peachy character with buckets of real peach puree. It fills the air with floral peach aroma and follows through with sweet ripe stonefruit notes before a hop-saturated bite. What a beer - what a lineup!

Daze is a Single IPA version of Haze that’s fluffy, hop-saturated, and bursting with stone fruit juice and notes of tropical smoothies. Daze is a smaller expression of Haze, but in no way a lesser or watered-down offering. Massive dry-hopping delivers the same saturated aromatics as its big brother, carried in a lower ABV and a silky body.

On its way to our brite cellar, we diverted a portion of our latest batch of Daze and conditioned it on heaps of vanilla beans and sticky peach purée. Our Single IPA version of Haze is transformed, bursting with notes of ripe peaches, mango nectar, and orange creamsicles. It’s a stunning ode to perfectly simple summer desserts, with an authentic and delicious flavor profile.
We love us some Daze around here, a super peachy Single IPA version of our core beer, Haze. Today, we have a fresh batch at Tree House Farm Brewery in Woodstock, and it is magnificent! Right off the beaten path, our farm sits up a winding dirt road. You might see some of our neighbors’ horses as you start to climb the hills, and our crew sowing the start of a big growing season. Eventually, there’s a dip in the road, a patch of trees, and the glistening fermentory against the tree line. There’s plenty of space to sprawl out for a picnic, check out the chickens, and soon enough, rows and rows of wildflowers ablaze.
