Two OGs get the juice bar treatment. Juice Project Citra + Galaxy swirls with notes of overripe pineapple, juicy citrus, and sweet passion fruit. We alter various processes to keep these hops cold and extract all the aroma with none of the bitterness. No pulp. No bitterness. No notes.

Fresh VG at the farm today. 🐐 This amplified version of our core beer, Green, bursts with overripe pineapple, juicy citrus, and sweet passion fruit. It hits all the notes we love in a hoppy beer: sweet, fruity aromatics, a creamy body, and a hop-saturated bite to close it out. The Quiet Corner of Connecticut, and Woodstock especially, seems to exist on a different timeline. As streetlights, busy intersections, and shopping centers have steadily become part of everyday life elsewhere, Woodstock has remained remarkably unchanged. Slowly but surely, we're filling the endless stone wall-lined fields of our farm with berries, produce, apples, and anything else we fancy using or sharing. If you're in need of a slower pace or a break from our constant obligations, it's a shorter drive than you might think, and we're fully stocked with everything you need to make a day of it.
Mai oh Mai. A fresh round of our most popular ready-to-shake cocktail lands in our ecosystem today. Le Fruitiér Curaçao, Richley Hogo Rum, and house-made orgeat, bottled together and waiting on the best fifteen seconds of work you will do all week. Pour over ice in a tin or mason jar and shake it. Strain into crushed ice, garnish with a squeeze of lime and a sprig of fresh mint, and let a taste of the tropics take you away. Note that a little separation will occur in the bottle - a natural condition of the orgeat. That's what the shake is for. 💃
Texture is our hoppy Pilsner featuring a rotating cast of hop combinations. For this rendition, Sabro and Strata carry notes of tangerine peel, wild strawberries, passion fruit, and creamy coconut. Hoppy, crisp, and with an incredibly smooth texture, these 12oz cans are made for summer. It is just so. Damn. Good.

I Have Promises to Keep. It's been almost two years since we've seen this special beer. Brewed with copious amounts of Citra and Nelson, it carries potent notes of Sauvignon Blanc grape, gooseberry, fresh orange juice, and juicy mango. This beer's title is drawn from a line in Robert Frost's poem Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening. As the speaker begins to drift into the darkness of the woods' siren song, he snaps himself out of the trance, reminding himself of all those to whom his heart is indebted. We hope this beer offers a similar moment of reflection on the promises we make to those we love, and how fortunate we are to be given another day to live up to them. Consider this one kept.
It had to be done 🥛🍑 Our Milky series combines processes that transform our beers into the creamiest versions possible, walking the line between hoppy and smoothie. We took our Milky King 👑 and folded in buckets of sticky peach juice for an incredibly juicy ride. A very fruity month ends on a fruity note.
When it comes to adding fruit to our amplified hoppy beer, guava is always the right choice. Its creamy texture and mellow sweetness work wonders to boost Doppleganger aromatics while adding a sweet note to its hoppy bite. They say everyone has a double somewhere. Ours lives in the tropics.
Alter-ish -> Alter Ego -> Doppelgänger -> Doublegänger -> DDDoublegangerrr It's easy, isn't it? 😳 These mirror images of the Julius family are strangely familiar, with a completely different hoppy profile of blueberry and mango. The blueberry, though, doesn't fall that far from the bush.
Pale Ale is life. Juli-ish is our Pale Ale version of our flagship IPA Julius. It's soft and fluffy with oodles of mango and citrus notes. Alongside our core IPAs is a quieter, equally refined line of beers: our Pale Ales such as Lights Out and Lights On set the standard for a long list of quaffable cans. Taking the lessons learned from over a decade of Pale Ale devotion, we incorporated our favorite characteristics from Julius into a somehow even more approachable format.
Big Star is back, thanks to our friends and longtime collaborators, Pablo and Eva Del Cid. This special Cold Brew carries notes of chocolate 🍫, pear 🍐, and amaretto 🥃. We couldn't help but see a shared vision in our pursuit of flavor when we met these incredible producers. We invested in their farm and built a direct trade partnership, allowing us to work closely together from harvest to cup. This release celebrates both the incredible quality of their work and the relationship we've built over the years. In coffee, origin is everything. The same goes for friendship.
We also have our latest release in whole bean form. Served hot with a splash of creamer, the jasmine notes are soft and inviting while its bright passionfruit carries into a refreshing finish. The Pink Bourbon variety once again deserves all the hype. 💧
We are delighted to bring back our very first Pink Bourbon Cold Brew offering from producer Martha Zuñiga at El Triunfo. It's a crisp, snappy offering with pronounced yet delicate aromas of Jasmine and Passionfruit. The Pink Bourbon variety is named after its strikingly pink cherries and is known for yellow fruit sweetness and strong floral aroma. At El Triunfo, Martha and her family maintain a steady fermentation process, leaving the coffee cherries in anaerobic tanks for 48 hours, then fermenting them again for 36 additional hours once de-pulped. After a three-year hiatus, it's an absolute treat to have these beans in-house, experience the subtle changes of terroir in the interim, and apply our refined processes to these incredible beans. El Triunfo means The Triumph. Three years later, the name still fits.

Welcome to the bake sale 🍍🍰 We conditioned Green on pineapple purée and bundles of cinnamon sticks to create a thirst-quenching ode to a nostalgic slice of goodness. Pineapple Crisp!
Our curiosity for brewing continues unabated. Utilizing hops in the mash, kettle, whirlpool, and dry-hop, Curiosity 162 is a swirl of pungent tropical notes. It bursts with white grape, muddled red berries, pineapple, and passionfruit ice cream atop a fluffy Tree House base. How to be curious. Shut off the GPS a few blocks before you get there. Bake cookies for someone, or everyone. Remember what it was like to be a child, and ask questions you want to know the answer to. Stop living in perpetual preparation for tomorrow morning. Routinely, forget to take your vitamins and get less than eight hours of sleep. Do things that scrape your elbows, palms, and knees. Remember that everyone you see has been broken multiple times and put back together. Don't forget to enjoy your senses. Squeeze the fruit with your bare hands and drink it. Be free. @keever
Milky King Julius is our super creamy Double IPA that tastes like citrus, mango, and melon smoothies. It's inspired by the King, of course, but takes a vastly different approach to what you get in your glass. Only water, malt, hops, and yeast were used to make it. ✅ Wheat ✅ A softer water profile ✅ A different yeast blend ✅30% more hops for good measure 🥳🎉 Milky magic.
Green light to enjoy. 🚦🐐
This Texture drop features Krush and Mosaic hops, which bring a blast of ripe guava, summer berries, and mango notes to this smooth and crispy Pilsner. Krush is a fantastic hop on its own, but it really shines as a blending hop. It carries a wide range of flavor notes that, depending on when we use it in the process and which hops it's paired with, act as a wonderful complement or even enhance their profile. A true team player. Krush, to put it simply, plays well with others.
Our favorite summer refresher pours a blush pink color from real strawberries. 🍓 Lightly sweet, it's balanced by savory basil and made oh-so mellow with our award-winning House Vodka. The distillery is moving at full steam this summer, and we still can't keep this one in stock. 🐐
A squeeze of grapefruit. 🍊 A healthy dose of our agave spirit, Casa de Árbol. 🌵 A dash of simple syrup. ✨ What more could you ask for from a bubbly cocktail? The Tree House Paloma just hits the spot.

Curiosity 71 (!) Certain beers stand out. While many of our beers are one-offs meant to capture our headspace as brewers in the current moment, we continue this series for a different reason. Our Curiosity Series gives us insight into our process, and with rigorous note-keeping, it's just as informative to recreate as it was to make the first time around. This entry was an experiment where we stressed our yeast in new and untried ways to coax intriguing fruity esters from its fermentation. When it comes to the conditions a certain yeast prefers, stress isn't necessarily a bad thing. By slightly altering its environment through pressure, temperature, and other more nuanced factors, a familiar yeast profile can produce novel aromatics that elevate the overall profile. Curiosity 71 bursts with notes of juicy white peaches, tropical zest, a hint of yellow raspberry, and sweet overripe pineapple. It's imperative to look to our past as we aspire to be the best version of ourselves in the future. A @keever classic graces the can.
What a time to be alive - Green conditioned on marshmallow!!! Green's sweet pineapple aromatics and hop-saturated bite get a mellow addition of our favorite summer campfire treats. We used to only have this on draft in Charlton, but we finally caved and gave it a proper can. 🔓
Utilizing a massive dose of Citra hops, Critical Mass carries notes of grapefruit juice, mango smoothies, and tangerine sorbet floating above its creamy base. Additionally, a charge of the experimental variety EXP 2B lends notes of Asian pear, floral quince, and syrupy honeydew melon! This beer represents the tipping of the scales into a new era of hoppiness. Our Triple IPA process draws on knowledge gained from a vast array of releases in which we tweaked malt bills and hop ratios and incorporated new ingredients. The goal is to change the perception of a Triple IPA as an overly sweet, hop-burn-inducing feat of strength on the palate - to what it should be: an amplified yet balanced expression of everything we love about hops. 🧪🧪🧪
A little Tart and a lot of mango. Mango Tart is what we're splitting on the porch, downing after yard work, and enjoying as a thirst-quenching complement to summer grilling. It's an everyday beer that's mighty special - and it doesn't come around all too often, so scoop it up while you can.
