On the Hoppy wheel, from Tree House’s own descriptions of this beer.
Two OGs get the juice bar treatment. Juice Project Citra + Galaxy swirls with notes of overripe pineapple, juicy citrus, and sweet passion fruit. We alter various processes to keep these hops cold and extract all the aroma with none of the bitterness. No pulp. No bitterness. No notes.
Citra + Galaxy = best friends forever. 🫂 Our Juice Project series explores the juiciest side of hops through cold-side hopping that reduces bitterness to a whisper and turns up the volume on sweet and tropical aromas. It's hard to imagine that Juice Project Citra + Galaxy is now both a rarity and a classic.
