Razzy is our juicy raspberry seltzer made with butterfly pea flower. It's a little conceptual project meant to mimic the flavor of blue raspberry slushies and lollipops, but its color comes from an all-natural addition of these special flowers. Best poured over ice, the color changes from blue to royal purple from a pH change when you add a spritz of lemon. It's a perennial favorite, to be sure. 🫶🏻

Another batch from our secret orchard - or more specifically, our friend John Segal's field. Zumo Juice is a Double IPA that bursts with aromas of fresh-squeezed lime, limeade push pops, and lemon hard candies thanks to Zumo hops. Underneath this wave of zest, Motueka and Citra add notes of orange juice and ripe pineapple. We've featured Zumo prominently in our lager offerings; its lime flavor has made it a hot commodity for the crisp season. We crafted this blend to showcase its bright flavors while giving it some depth of character on the backend. Truly a standout hop for us this past year.

We've taken the dark fruit notes from Catharsis's complex malt bill and given them a boost with plum purée. Layered between notes of dark chocolate, caramel, fig, red currant, and fudge are rounded flavors of juicy plum. We rarely use fruit additions in dark beers, especially outside of our Truth Series, but this cohesive addition is a perfect complement to a beer we equally love fresh or cellared away.

Catharsis earned its Tree House emblem on the can because we drink it all year round. It is brewed with an array of pale, chocolate, and roasted malts and hopped ever so gently with Warrior and Simcoe. It carries layers of cocoa powder, fudge, and caramel balanced by a dark chocolate-like bitterness and a hearty body. It's also a beer we like to stow away every run; its flavors will continue to evolve for the colder seasons to come. It seems strange to call a beer that comes around two or three times a year a core beer, but at the same time, it would be hard to imagine Tree House without it. Porter bliss.

Friday, y'all - let's get into it. Cinnamon Bun Oat Latte features a house-made syrup from dark brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla bean swirled through chocolatey cold brew and creamy oat milk. We believe the ingredients in our lattes should be held to the same standard as the coffee itself. After spending so much time sourcing, blending, and roasting each batch, we make every syrup from scratch to complement our coffee rather than mask it. The first sip tastes like Friday.

Great news at Faneuil Hall this week. Our original canned cocktails are now available to go, and on-site we're pouring a new cocktail to help you beat the heat as you explore the city. Beginning with a base of Tree House Corn Vodka, made with natively grown corn, we add freshly squeezed watermelon juice and lemonade to this simple yet refreshing drink. It looks as pretty as it tastes. For some genuine icing on top, you'll get a stick of watermelon rock candy. It's a beautiful day in the city - we can't wait to host you for a drink! 🍉

🎸🎸 Hop volume is turned way up. Utilizing 100% Paradisi hops, this Double IPA bursts with aromas of passionfruit sorbet, sugared pink grapefruit, guava juice, and citrus zest. This incredible New Zealand variety carries a hint of vanilla that folds perfectly into our creamy house yeast. Consider this your ticket to ride. Not much else to say other than🤘

JJJuicyyy Machine is a rendition of Juicy Machine with a massively increased hoppy profile: completely saturated with an astoundingly low level of bitterness. Chapter one: scale down our robot into a Single IPA Chapter two: add way more hops Chapter three: party time🥳 Light in body, loud in flavor. See you at the party.

Bite-sized treats are on the menu. Our Pale Ale version of Treat is conditioned on mangoes, bringing a sticky, nectar-like layer to its burst of sweet tropical aroma. Creamy, candied goodness.

2 photos: The farm's forecast is looking Hazy 💜

The farm's forecast is looking Hazy 💜 Fresh Haze, you just can't beat it. This core Double IPA is one of our most well-rounded offerings, serving up a mix of tropical fruit and juicy stone fruit aromas. It's creamy and soft, but with a hop-saturated bite that pulls you back for another sip. Our farm connects us to the terroir of New England. As summer arrives, our fields fill with berries, orchard fruit, hearty produce, fragrant herbs, and wildflowers, each becoming another expression of the place we call home. We undertook this laborious endeavor for many reasons. We wanted to cultivate ingredients that fuel our creative pursuit of flavor while gaining greater control over every variable that shapes our beer and cider. Growing our own ingredients allows us to begin refining our products at their very source. Just as importantly, we wanted to create a place removed from the noise of everyday life, a place where people can slow down, bask in the moment, and enjoy singular creations made just a few steps from where their ingredients were grown. There is no better time than summer to experience what we're building: a brewery where the land, the seasons, and the beer come together to create something uniquely Tree House.

Hey gang, we may still be wiping summer's humidity from our brows, but it's never too early to start dreaming of pumpkin spice lattes and the lagers of autumn. And big news on that front - we'll be celebrating our growing October in the Field tradition in not one - but two (!) Tree House locations this year, adding Saratoga Springs to the roster of major autumnal celebrations. Every day at Tree House in autumn is an eventful celebration, but not all of them have pumpkin launchers, a deep line-up of live music, and our most coveted lager beers all in one place. Mark down October 3rd and 4th, and stay tuned - tickets go on sale soon, and autumn always arrives faster than you think. @treehousemusicandevents

Liquid JJJulisss carries vivid citrus aromas, combined with notes of homemade orange popsicles, ripe mangoes, and fresh tropical smoothies. Our already amplified riff on Julius gets a dose of hops in a form we couldn't have imagined when we first crafted our flagship. Liquid hop extracts from our favorite producers are added cold-side, essentially increasing our pounds per barrel with minimal bitterness, no volume loss due to absorption, and a potent aromatic kick. Somehow, more Julius than Julius.

CCCreamsicleee.

CCCreamsicleee. The extra Cs aren't because we're shivering while drinking this ice-cold bevy. It's because we conditioned Creamsicle on an even bigger mountain of fresh vanilla beans. 🍊🤍🍦 And the extra e's? That's just the sound you'll make on first sip.

The caped crusader returns! Super Treat is saturated with notes of orange Starburst, tangerine hard candies, lychee soda, tropical fruit gum, and mango Hi-Chews! How do we do it? A massive hop library and lots of practice. Oh and an insatiable sweet tooth.

3 photos: Living History.

Living History. Zoiglbier is a historical lager, pouring a glowing amber hue with sticky foam mountains rising above the glass. It carries notes of toasted bread, honey-brushed crust, noble spice, and wildflowers. Zoiglbier hails from a tradition where local brewers gather at a communal brewery, or “Kommunbrauhaus”; here they would mash and boil wort before dividing it up to ferment individually. While inspired by the communal spirit of traditional Zoiglbier, our interpretation is rooted firmly in New England. We imagined what these beers might look like if they had evolved here, crafting ours with a nod to local ingredients and distinctly American character. A trio of grains from Connecticut showcases our regional terroir much as historical German brewers would have relied on malt grown close to home. Adeena hops offer an American take on classic European noble varieties. With a hearty lineage, they are prized for their resilience while retaining a classic old-world character.

Lock in for a wild day of releases, gang - it might just be the biggest of the summer. Hats off to the coffee team for delicious consistency. Monochrome is our flagship cold brew; it is chock-full of fudgy walnut notes that meld perfectly with its mellow roast. We look forward to it on the daily.
