More canned cocktails, you say? Okay, you've got it. Paloma is a classic expression of agave and grapefruit. Our Casa de Arbol is oh-so mellow, with an enlivening spritz of grapefruit zest and a dash of agave syrup for sweetener. It's just so good, and opening the fridge to see it in there during the week gives you a little something to look forward to. Stay tuned - it's #treehousetuesday, after all.

big week. see you out there. #julius
Without fear, there is no bravery. We earn it in the overcoming. It's the quiet theme running through our country's history, carried by everyone who held the line when it meant the possibility of the ultimate sacrifice. Heart of a Warrior is an immensely tropical DIPA, its notes of mango nectar and passionfruit in rare form thanks to our hand-selected lots. Raise it to the ones who never back down.
We’ve been blessed with a mild June, but we're bringing the Heat regardless. Heat Wave is an amplified version of Summer, bursting with notes of mango and tropical zest, with a subtle honey note in its creamy body. We upped the kettle and dry hop charges, creating a thirst-quenching bitterness to balance its sweet aromatics. So if Mother Nature won't turn it up, we will. Pours hazy gold, drinks like peak August, and goes fast. Don't wait on it.
This beer is here to stay in our lineup, but it’s never around for long. Creamsicle is our ice cream-inspired IPA. We transform our beloved Julius into a drink so singular it might need to be inducted into a new style category. With one simple ingredient - fresh vanilla beans, and a lot of them - Julius’s mango and citrus notes become a swirl of creamy, soft flavors that taste like a summer popsicle. Everyone loves Creamsicle.
It's a big week for Julius. 🍊 The J-train rolls on in all shapes and sizes.
The Haze train rolls on - summertime and the living is easy 🎶 Haze, straight from our stainless orchard and into your cooler.
Meander is a German-Style Pils crafted to give the most authentic expression of our native water profile here in Charlton. Brewed with a reverence for tradition, we utilize select German malts and a harmonious blend of noble hops to create a remarkably crushable, refreshing, and delightfully balanced beer. The biggest component of beer rarely gets the limelight, but it was at the forefront of our minds when we built our flagship location in Charlton. Our water undergoes an intricate filtration and treatment process, giving us the level of control vital to our wide range of offerings. This beer, however, is an expression of some of the innate qualities of our region’s water, and we could think of no better style to showcase its crisp profile. Meander is dry, crisp, and completely crushable. We just love it and are certain that you will, too. 🧊🩵
Treebiotic Wildberry! 🌞 Don’t get mad, but we were given three wishes - and we used one of them on a healthful soda. This sweet treat uses real fruit purées and is full of the building blocks for a healthy gut. We use a proprietary blend of chicory root fiber, agave inulin, and apple cider vinegar. Bright, jammy, and just sweet enough, with berry flavor that tastes like the middle of summer. Your gut and your taste buds can finally agree on something.
No rest for the weary, gang - Razzy is back to steal the show. With a burst of raspberry flavor and magical butterfly pea flower, this seltzer is our favorite to drink and to watch transform. With a squeeze of lemon shifting its acidity, its natural blue hue turns to royal purple. Summer is here and we're ready to bring it - stay tuned!

Beauty is in the eye of the Tree House beer can holder - the cans are super colorful, the vibes are good, and we’re looking forward to the official start of summer with you. We’ve never had a better or more interesting variety of beverages for you, both in our taprooms and to go. See you at Tree House soon.
A new one for Dad. 🧦🩴 Dad Sandals is a Single IPA that uses our post-harvest-refined lots from Coleman Hops and Eggers Special Lily. This approachable, crisp, and hoppy little number hits with an aromatic burst of tangerine popsicles, Sumo mandarin, and passionfruit juice! It’s Saturday afternoon. The neighbors have been awake since 7 a.m. when Dad fired up the lawnmower. Grocery store run: completed. Propane: refilled. Workout clothes: already in the wash. We’re still finishing our unpaid and heavily critiqued chores when, suddenly, the screen door opens. Beer in hand, socks and sandals, he strides into the summer sun.
Our latest Single Origin series, El Naranjo, overflows with notes of black cherry and maple syrup. Prepared hot and with a splash of creamer, the maple notes deliver an exceptionally silky cup, while our cold brew offering is given a refreshing boost from its rich berry notes. Why do we turn to Colombia so often in these series? It is more than their volcanic soil. Colombia's rare alternation of wet and dry seasons allows them to have two coffee harvests in a single year. Nariño, Columbia is one of the regions Tree House often sources from to find some of our favorite farms, producers, and varietals, which usually arrive in our roastery toward the beginning of the year. One of these incredible producers is Evelio Bados, who has been working the land on his farm, El Naranjo, for 35 years. We've been particularly drawn to his White Honey processed beans, an effort he has been refining since 2021. This process removes nearly 100 percent of its pulp, leaving a thin layer to be dried on the beans for a more sweetly complex and slightly fruit-forward cup.
Something glimmers in the darkness. Our newest 🌿 is only our second TIPA in the series. Emerald Fern utilizes a blend of Cascade, Peacharine, Nelson, and Paradisi, and bursts with aromas of nectarine juice, fresh pine, lychee, white sangria, and a hint of vanilla, all within its creamy finish. Our hand-selected lots of New Zealand hops land wonderfully in a bombastic TIPA. Their light, fruity aromas are amplified without straying into bitter territory, even with massive charges like this. We've spent years refining this style to bring out new characteristics from these otherworldly hops. We hope you get a chance to try this; it may be a bit before we cycle through the series back to it again.
Juicy Machine, because approachable Single IPAs leave room for more Single IPAs. It's just so juicy and wonderful and approachable and easy to enjoy.
Despite the need to replenish our thirst-quenching Hefe, Dreamer, we snuck a small portion away from this week's batch and dry-hopped it with Mandarina Bavaria. Atop classic Hefeweizen notes of banana and spice, this unique hop has mouthwatering aromas of noble spice, white needle tea, tangerine peel, and lemon honey. Mandarina Bavaria is as delicious as it sounds. This hop is a distinctly European take on American hops. Its lineage is actually derived from American Cascade, but it presents as much more delicate than what you might expect. Usually found as a supporting character in aromatic blends, we wanted to showcase it on its own alongside traditional Hefeweizen esters.
Grapefruits are delicious. Cocktails are delicious. Paloma is doubly delicious. Our Paloma uses our own agave spirit, Casa De Arbol, blended with juicy grapefruit and bubbly carbonation. It's just a phenomenal beverage to have in the fridge and in your glass.
Nothing to be scared of here. 🖤 Darkside Cold Brew is our darkest, most roasty offering. It's as crisp as any of our offerings, with rich undertones of molasses and dark chocolate fudge. When this blend is being roasted by our coffee team, the entire warehouse fills with its aroma. Our ability to have a closed-loop of coffee production- roastery, cold brew extraction, and packaging line all under the same roof keeps those fresh flavors locked in at their peak when you pop open a can.

Woodstock Fern is a Double IPA and our farm and fermentory's first foray into our Fern series of hoppy beers. We blend hand-selected Nelson and Peacharine hops, lending white grape and floral summer peach aromas. An additional charge of Motueka and Waimea then adds an undercurrent of citrus peel and subtle woody aromatics to its soft and juicy body. The twist in this rendition, however, occurs before the dry hop is introduced. We used a novel yeast that unlocks potent thiols during fermentation, creating layers of pungent passionfruit! Rarely does a small operation have access to a world of ingredients such as our hand-selected lots from New Zealand. It's always a trip knowing that, when we're in the midst of the hop harvest in New Zealand, some of these lots will make it to our humble farm in the quiet corner of Connecticut. We hope you have a chance in these last days of spring to mosey up our dirt road, unwind in our taproom, and explore the grounds with a special drink in hand.
The Summer Solstice is this weekend, and we've got a new cocktail to usher in beach season! Rum Punch uses our own Richley Rum Blanc, Richley Hogo, and House Curaçao, mixed with fresh mango nectar, pineapple juice, lime, and a splash of grenadine. Layered within the smooth base of our white rum and the citrus pop of curaçao, our Hogo Rum gets its moment to shine. Hogo is the term used for the intensely fruity, aromatic character found in certain traditional Caribbean rums. Extended natural fermentation produces abundant tropical esters that evoke notes of pineapple, mango, banana, and citrus. This beauty is available in Charlton, Deerfield, Sandwich, Saratoga, and Tewksbury today. It's a match made in summer heaven. ☀️🍍🥭🍹
When there's extra room in our robot blender, we go for the juice. Juicy Machine is our Single IPA version of Juice Machine - a beer that uses our most tropical lots of hops. The addition of sweet pineapple purée adds layers of sticky, tropical notes that feel like a trip to the tiki bar. 🌴🍍
Double the Fruit!! Call us crazy, but two is better than one, especially when it comes to juiciness! We took Doubleganger, which already bursts with hoppy stone fruit and berry aromas, and conditioned it on a massive dose of peach purée! If you double your fruit and double your ganger, your fun is quadrupled. 🧮
*The* King. 🧡👑🧡
Green - the color of hops. We're keeping the Green train rolling today as we gear up for our favorite weekend of the year. Stay tuned!

Memento Mori is a Single IPA crafted for the here and now. A classic combination of Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic lends notes of fresh orange juice, pine sap, mango nectar, and summer berry salad. An additional charge of the novel Tangier from our friend John Segal bursts with tangerine aromas, while notes of citrus soft serve linger through its creamy finish. Memento Mori is a reminder of life's impermanence. In this chart, each square represents a month. While it may seem like a somber exercise to map out our finite time, it is an important truth to confront. You may wish to hold on to a can and fill it out to mark the passage of time. There is something startling about seeing a lifetime reduced to such a small space, with so much of it already behind us. Yet rather than diminishing life, this perspective heightens the sweetness and significance of the present moment. How will you spend the time you have? It is a question we must ask ourselves if we hope to live well.
☁️☁️☁️☁️🍺☁️☁️ Whens the last time you looked up and named some clouds? Brewed with a combination of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Hallertau Blanc, and Citra hops, Azure bursts with notes of juicy tangerine, sauvignon blanc, sweet lime, and a bounty of tropical fruit offset by a gentle and quenching bitterness. This beer came to us while gazing upwards on a particularly beautiful day between hop selection in New Zealand. We hope it transports you to an equally peacful place.
📢🫐🥭 Double your ganger, double your fun.
Patient Wanderer is our German-style Helles Lager, given an extensive four-month rest in our stainless steel horizontal conditioning cellar. Pouring a brilliant straw-gold color into the glass, it carries notes of doughy malt, fresh-cut straw, clean lager yeast, and just the right touch of zippy noble hops. If you're lucky enough to grab one of our extended-conditioned lagers while they're here, take a moment to observe the bubbles as you pour. We suggest a vigorous initial pour to fill about half the glass, followed by a more measured pour after a brief rest to build a head that rises above the rim. The slow conditioning process, gradually infused into the beer through immense head pressure over many weeks, helps create fine, pinpoint bubbles. These tiny bubbles form a dense, meringue-like foam that lingers far longer than that of most ales before slowly collapsing into delicate islands of foam and intricate lacing along the glass. It helps create a soft profile and zippy carbonation, and it actually protects the surface from minor oxidation as you drink. It is such a beautiful beer.
Magic Trail pours a brilliant yellow hue, with noble hop spice notes that mingle with a clean, cracker-like malt base. It is one of our crispiest lagers and finishes with an exceptionally clean, mineral character. Each batch of Magic Trail is a time capsule, brewed months in advance and lagered cold for an extended period to heighten the characteristics of its crushable body. There was still snow on the ground when we laid this batch to rest in our stainless steel horizontals, and it's been awaiting summer's arrival ever since. Lagers of quiet elegance are such a delightful experience, especially when you choose to find their nuance. In Magic Trail, months of stillness, poured cold and gone too soon.
