It's wild how deep our back catalog has grown. We've reached the point where a beer like this can sit quietly for two years before its moment arrives. When it does, it pours with hop-saturated notes of orange creamsicle, mango jubilee, and bright tropical hop oils, all pulled into balance by a clean, quenching bitterness. Our Rainbow series takes the characteristics we love most across our core beers and weaves them into a single expression. End of the Rainbow is the most intense entry yet, built around a massive dose of hops drawn from the very lots we reserve for our flagship offerings. A Tree House hoppy cuvée, if you will 🧐🌈. Here for you - let's get it.

🥊💥🍎🍏🍊🍋🍌🍉🍇🍓🫐🍑🥭🍍🥥🍒 Our Punch series moves into the heavyweight division with its first Triple IPA entry. It bursts with notes of overripe pineapple, peach rings, passion fruit, and citrus punch, with heaping scoops of sherbet swirling throughout. Like its predecessors, the addition of oats transforms its bold introduction, enveloping its hefty ABV and hoppy body in a creamy texture and soft finish.
Just a little sour and a whole lot of juicy. The Three Sisters – Fruit Basket is a fruited Sour Saison brewed with guava, mango, and peach purée. Pouring straw-yellow, rustic malts, and a blend of Belgian yeasts fill the air with notes of bread crust, peach jam, ripe champagne mangoes, and creamy guava smoothies. This is a beautiful, simple beer that is just enormously crushable.
We're taking a trip down memory lane. . . Sphere hasn't been in our coolers since 2023. A focus on refining and evolving our yeast practices was put to the test with buckets of hand-selected Galaxy hops and a kiss of Citra. For all the hop heads out there, you don't want to miss this rare emergence. It's the real deal Galaxy sauce.
If we could pick only three summer beers, you bet your bottom dollar Hefeweizens would be on that list. Apparently you all agree, because we had to start a second batch almost as soon as our first hit the coolers. This silky, fluffy, and soft crusher has notes of doughy malt, with hints of banana and clove from a traditional yeast strain. #wedreamofhefeweizen
🚗 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🌳🏠 The second we release a batch of Wild Strawberry and Basil Vodka Soda, we start making another one. It's a reminder that you can't easily just make more of something that's handmade. This sweetly aromatic, slightly herbaceous, bubbly cocktail is so smooth because we use our Double Gold Medal-winning House Vodka as a base spirit. If you're looking to chill, we can lend a helping hand.
The jewel of the fruit world in a gem of a cocktail. Deep, juicy pomegranate notes blended into a smooth, bubbly refresher at an easygoing 5% ABV. Look for the gold lids and have yourself a summer of crushable deliciousness!
A proper Cold Brew should fit seamlessly into your routine. We drink this one for many reasons, a few of which are: - It kicks starts the day☀️ -Underneath a wave of classic coffee roast are notes of caramel and cocoa powder -It's an excellent value. Drink well and lock in. It is a big day of releases!

It's the start of Father's Day week here at Tree House - a week we look forward to all year long. There's a particular kind of strength that doesn't announce itself. The calm voice when everything feels like it's coming apart. The quiet willingness to carry the heavy thing without being asked. For the reliable, ever-present men who keep us moving simply by being there. Showing up. Steady Hand is our Single IPA featuring copious amounts of Citra and Galaxy hops. This classic combo of American and Australian hops smacks the palate with notes of ripe pineapple, fresh OJ, and tropical zest. 🫂 🫂 🫂

☁️☁️🏰☁️☁️ Cloud Castles is a zippy Bavarian Pilsner crafted after the soft, floral lagers from southern Germany. Bohemian pilsner malt produces a crisp, straw-colored body with airy notes of sweet grain. Spalt and Saphir hops lend wispy notes of woody spice, spring flowers, tangerine peel, and a hint of red currant black tea. Bavarian pilsners are the gentler cousin to the assertively bitter Northern German Lagers. Their profile seems to match the landscape. The largest state within Germany evokes quintessential imagery: the alpine hills rolling down from snowy peaks, castles dotting the countryside, and endless farmland. Ours is brewed meticulously to style, the cloud-like foam mimicking the famous Alps before collapsing into sticky lacing along the glass.
C'mon down to the ice cream shop 🍨🏪 Rainbow sherbet seltzer pops with sweet aromas of heaping scoops of raspberry, orange, and lime ice cream! < 5 calories, 100% fun.
It's the real deal, y'all. Our Ginger Ale soda is nice and sweet with a little zing of heat! Steeped in dried ginger and carbonated to a pleasing effervescence, this zippy little treat is good whether you're settling an uneasy stomach or just chasing that bright ginger bite.

Dads are notoriously hard to shop for. Most have spent a lifetime gathering what they need, while the years that followed were spent focused on the people they love. Tree House, though, is a safe bet. So get him what he really wants: a moment with you, his favorite beer, and a proper glass to pour it in. These beauties are now available in-store at all locations. We're gearing up for an exciting Father's Day week, and this weekend is a great time to get ahead. See you out there.
the best feeling 🎶 sound on leave the world and have an afternoon.
Today is the day. Rarely do we bring Julius into the world of Triple IPAs. It is not done lightly. Our flagship has been refined and obsessively crafted from our barn in Brimfield to our brewery in Monson, and now on our dialed brewhouse in Charlton. It is the heartbeat of our brewery and is always in a brite tank, fermentor, or making its way across the brewdeck from vessel to vessel. This rendition amplifies its character without sacrificing any of the qualities we love about it: balanced bitterness, pleasant malt character, and juicy tropical notes rendered in 3D. Available now, for as long as it lasts.
Julius, Julius, Julius. 🍊🥭☀️
Bring your boogie board 🏖️🌊🤙 Little Ripper is our Pale Ale packed with hoppy flavor. 🏄♂️Strata ,🏄♀️Nelson,🏄Citra, and 🏄♀️Cascade barrel across the palate with notes of dried mango, grapefruit pith, bright citrus, and pine. Supremely crushable.
Tree House Lager. Whether it's your next-door neighbor stopping by before dinner, an old friend making a pit stop on the weekend, or family coming together after months apart, the first thing we do after a bear hug is ask a simple question: "Can I get ya a drink?" Sharing a beer is often about much more than what's in your glass, which is why we crafted House Lager, a crisp offering carefully brewed with nothing to hide behind. It's meant to fade into the background while you share a moment with no distractions. However, if you choose to pay close attention to it, you'll find a meticulously made, fresh beer that incorporates regionally grown ingredients and is the product of patience, not deadlines. Who are you seeing this weekend? 🍻

A very special little piece of imagination from the Tree House cellar today in Charlton: Dreamer Coconut Cask - A vibrant twist on tradition! 🌌🌙🥥🍌 We took our hefeweizen, Dreamer, which offers soft notes of banana and clove above its silky wheat body, and conditioned it on toasted coconut. It's an unlikely pairing that feels completely natural once you taste it. The coconut's warm, nutty sweetness intertwines with Dreamer's banana character, evoking fresh banana bread, tropical pastries, and toasted coconut macaroons. What a perfect day to enjoy it while it lasts!
Momentum is a massively hopped Double IPA brewed with our newly selected lots of Citra, blended with El Dorado, Nelson, and a dash of Huell Melon. Aromas of cotton candy bubblegum, lychee soda, and honeydew melon burst from the glass. Layers of grapefruit and watermelon Jolly Rancher notes follow, all wrapped in a smooth, creamy finish. There's a lull across the beer industry in the dead of winter, after the holidays have passed and the weather keeps us indoors. It's during those weeks that we get a chance to breathe, put our heads together, plan new beers, and take stock of the lessons we've learned as we refine our core lineup. Then things begin to build, and by May and June we're rolling at full force. When we're firing on all cylinders, everything coalesces into a wave of creativity accompanied by an equal sense of clarity. In other words, Momentum.
The Method is a Triple IPA that pours a glowing orange hue into the glass. Utilizing potent hop extracts alongside Nelson, Peacharine, and Cascade, it fills the air with notes of ripe peach, lychee, passionfruit sorbet, and citrus candies. Our fluency in brewing Triple IPAs has reached a point where we felt comfortable incorporating some of the industry's most cutting-edge hop products into these already intensely hop-charged beers. Alongside our dry-hop regimen, we used two hop kief extracts: Kohia Motueka, a lupulin-rich blend with dried passionfruit, and Maui Nelson, enhanced with pineapple extract. Together, they create waves of tropical intensity while contributing virtually no bitterness, essentially sending our pounds-per-barrel rate into the stratosphere. There's a certain magic in watching a new skill become second nature. Whether it's developing a recipe, finding the rhythm of our fingers while knitting, or untangling the chaos of a machine we've decided to repair ourselves, it's exhausting being a novice. But slowly, your muscles learn the steps and your mind settles into a flow state. Before long, you're as fast as you are precise. The method.
First there was good nut; now there's great nut. House-toasted coconut ftw. 🥥 We take our juicy Double IPA, Perfect Storm, and condition it on mounds of toasted coconut to add a creamy texture and layers of coconut macaroon character. This beer pairs exceptionally well with tropical adjuncts. Citra provides bright citrus notes, while Simcoe delivers a myriad of tropical fruit aromas before finishing with a resinous, piney quality. That firm hop character balances additions like fruit juice or creamy coconut, creating a rich yet refreshing drinking experience.
Ultimate Haze is a reflection of brewing and hop-sourcing efforts that stretch the better part of fifteen years. It bursts with overripe peach nectar, pulpy orange juice, and the most delectable fruit cocktail you've ever tasted, all harmoniously intertwined. Originally brewed for our Anniversary Week in 2024, this beer took Haze into the realm of Triple IPAs: carefully, thoughtfully, and with an exacting methodology. It's the culmination of over a decade of obsessively crafting a beer a thousand times over and incorporating techniques from more recent fascinations. When we first amplify a style, it puts the original into sharper focus. Certain notes jump out, reminding us of the first time we experienced the beer.
Campfire beers 🔥🍺🏕️ Sticks is our Sticke Altbier, a traditional ale hailing from Düsseldorf, Germany. Pouring a deep amber hue with a creamy head, it has a complex grain bill lending notes of toasted bread crust, figs, roasted nuts, and knotweed honey. Spalt hops add assertive bitterness and earthy, noble-spice aromas that linger through its malty finish. This rather rare style carries its history within its name. The “alt” in this style’s family tree - meaning “old” - refers to the fact that it is an ale, one of the few that endured over hundreds of years, as Germany’s became a powerhouse of lager production. “Sticke” is derived from the local dialect of Düsseldorf and means “secret.” These beers were often stronger versions brewed for seasonal celebrations or offered as off-menu pours for brewers and their favorite patrons. While summer certainly belongs to lagers, when the sun sets we crave something stronger to stoke the campfire, yet still effortlessly drinkable. Sticks was conditioned for an extended period, and its natural carbonation brings a wonderful softness to its rich malt character. Our friend @telepathdesign captured the mood on this can of how it feels to slip into the darkness, gathering fuel for a toasty campfire.
The rarest of all hat tricks - the June Stout Hat Trick - is complete! Hold On to Sunshine is one of our favorite Milk Stouts, brewed with gobs of peanut butter, a rich, chocolatey grain bill, cacao nibs, and conditioned on house-roasted coffee. The intersection of peanut butter and coffee roast is one of those flavor combinations that seems obvious in hindsight. Both are so familiar, so woven into our everyday routines, that it's easy to miss how naturally they complement one another. Layered atop a fluffy mouthfeel, the pairing creates a beer that is deeply decadent yet remarkably easy to drink. Whether life gives you lemons or life gives you juicy sweet peaches, it's paramount to Hold On To Sunshine.
Moment of Clarity is an American Milk Stout carefully brewed and conditioned with coffee, chocolate, and dark amber maple syrup. If you're from New England, your cupboard or fridge probably has a bottle of real maple syrup, and if you're lucky enough, a friend may even go through the trouble of making their own. The real stuff is so good, I think we can all admit we've taken a sip straight from the bottle. This beer is dedicated to that post-chocolate-chip-pancake urge, but in beer form. Maple aroma wafts from the glass, while its fluffy, drinkable body makes for an easy sipper rather than a syrupy dessert stout.
🍫🥛🤎 Chocolate, thankfully, doesn't have a season, at least not in our books. We brew this beer with cacao nibs and chocolate-forward roasts provided by our coffee team. It carries notes of mocha lattes, melted chocolate bars, and cocoa-dusted French truffles. The reason this beer carries such decadence at an approachable ABV is that lactose sugars are virtually non-fermentable by brewer's yeast. The malt sugars attenuate while this extra layer of silky texture and flavor remains, folding wonderfully into some of our favorite adjuncts. What a treat.
Dream drop-down in Woodstock today - Eureka Peacharine! There are few beers more worthy to wield the mighty yet delicate Peacharine hop. The soft, fluffy, and crisp body of our Eureka Series pairs perfectly with the lush stone-fruit character of Peacharine hops. Bright notes of ripe peach, nectarine, and apricot fill the air as the foam settles into the glass. The days are packed, and summer is almost here. If you’re craving a moment of quiet between summer camp, birthdays, beach trips, and everything else we squeeze into these warm months, the farm is the perfect place to unwind.
