Emerald Fern

Emerald Fern pours a glowing yellow color in the glass, with a crest of sticky white foam rising above it. Cascade and Peacharine greet the senses with aromas of grapefruit, nectarine juice, and fresh pine. Following behind, Nelson and Paradisi create bright notes of lychee, passionfruit popsicles, white sangria, and a hint of vanilla within its creamy finish.

Something glimmers in the darkness. Our newest 🌿 is only our second TIPA in the series. Emerald Fern utilizes a blend of Cascade, Peacharine, Nelson, and Paradisi, and bursts with aromas of nectarine juice, fresh pine, lychee, white sangria, and a hint of vanilla, all within its creamy finish. Our hand-selected lots of New Zealand hops land wonderfully in a bombastic TIPA. Their light, fruity aromas are amplified without straying into bitter territory, even with massive charges like this. We've spent years refining this style to bring out new characteristics from these otherworldly hops. We hope you get a chance to try this; it may be a bit before we cycle through the series back to it again.
