Ice-cold beer and properly covered gear. See ya in Tewksbury (and Charlton) for these limited beauties. 🏌🏼♂️⛳️
The Emperor is here for all of your insanely-hop-saturated needs. 🧡🍊🧡 Pulling a fresh beer like this off of the line and tasting it feels like a small miracle, every single time.
Don't fear the 🌲🌲🌲. It's been a miute since King Sap was on the scene. It is a massively dry-hopped version of our core beer Sap. It is unlike any of our other core beers, with a constantly evolving flavor profile that hits aggressive notes of dank hop yards, pine sap, and soft, juicy citrus. A true king of hops of a different kind.
We’ve got a stowaway in our box o’ limes. El Mago Lime is our crisp and crushable Mexican Lager with a burst of lime zest. We wanted that zippy citrus snap ready to go, no knives or limes required. At 12 oz and under 5% ABV, it’s the king of the cooler. Craft in every sense of the word.
The flavor of New England summer, all grown up. The Transfusion is a classic cocktail we wanted to champion when we first broke ground on our new distillery. Crafted around our Double Gold Medal-winning House Vodka, we blend fresh Concord grape juice with lime, a splash of ginger and a sprig of thyme. The result is jammy sweetness balanced by a zing of ginger heat and a savory touch of fleur de sel. It's so good.
🎺 🪅 ☀️ Lena Marita is back! Our canned Margarita is simple and refreshing at its best. Our own 100% agave spirit is blended with bubbly effervescence, agave syrup, and bright lime juice for a crisp, lively finish. We're fired up for the week.

Maybe not the best morning, but a sweet afternoon indeed. ☀️ #treehousebrewing #itsalwayssunnywithjulius
Can you feel the pressure drop? Gust of Guava! We took a small portion of Hurricane and conditioned it on buckets of guava purée. Its beautifully tropical hop profile melts into a mellow and creamy finish.
King Fern is a Double IPA as bold and robust as its namesake. Citra, Peacharine, Motueka, and Paradisi burst with notes of orange zest, ripe summer peach, passionfruit, and soft creamy vanilla. When we create these blends, it’s the culmination of a long process: days spent in the field with growers, selection at the source, and blending sessions on our brew deck. The hops used in King Fern are sourced from multiple farms and specific lots within their fields, chosen for how their characteristics play off one another. The ulitimate Fern is a potently tropical journey of flavor unlike anything else we make.
Multiple storm fronts today 🌪️🍍 We took a portion of Hurricane and conditioned it on pineapple purée. Hurricane's waves of tropical citrus and resinous hop intensity roll in first, then soften into lush pineapple sweetness. It's safe to say we've become a bunch of pineapple connoisseurs. It might seem like a stretch, but the pineapple is a symbol of warmth, hospitality, and friendship throughout New England. Look closely around Massachusetts and you'll find them everywhere, carved into awnings, perched atop gateposts, woven into old tavern signs, and flying on welcoming flags. This beer's for you, pineapple buddy.
Rain, rain, please go away. Blown away with a Hurricane of our own making. Hurricane is one of our more elusive core offerings, and today it makes landfall again. A classic blend of hand-selected hops bursts with papaya, mango, and tropical citrus, then settles into a deep, dank finish.
Say hello to the magic of cotton candy with hardly any calories. A little seltzer sorcery, conjured from thin air and spun into something you can actually drink. All the carnival, none of the sugar crash.
Strawberry Lemonade, all day, everyday. We're just getting started today - stay tuned.

Wicked good. Our Fern series comes home with Boston Fern. It pops with notes of grapefruit, mango, peach, and overripe papaya. Atop this familiar juicy hop bill, we added Massachusetts-grown Cascade and a rare variety dubbed 'Chaos', the former adding a dank note that brings us back to the early hazy days, while the latter lends a dry black tea note to the finish. It’s a special beer for a special city.
see you *today* and all summer 📢📢📢
We've got a new one at Tree House Farm today: Spring Apple! 🍎🌷🍏🌼🍎🌺🍏 When strolling the quiet fields of our Connecticut farm, we yearned for a cider reminiscent of the fresh-pressed ciders found across New England orchards. Spring Apple features a seasonal blend of estate and local apples. It pours with a rustic, cloudy, unfiltered appearance inspired by traditional farmstand ciders, offering a fuller, more expressive apple character while finishing dry with a lively effervescence. Fermented cool in the early spring, it captures that farmstand nostalgia while maintaining the bright, delicate character we seek in sunny weather.
👑 The Queen of Hops 👑 Wow. It’s been a long time since we’ve been graced with her presence. This rare amplification of the already elusive Queen Julius returns, boasting huge notes of citrus zest, mango smoothie, orange cream, and tropical fruit salad. We also add a charge of Cascade, a blend from various growers that gives its aroma a floral lift as foam erupts from the glass. Not to be missed - the Empress returns!
What happens when you brew a pils in winter and forget about it? An extended conditioned version of Woodstock pils - An absolutely essential offering for our farmers and anyone strolling the sunny property. Crafted with an addition of Connecticut-grown malt, classic German hops, and lagered slowly for months, it’s as crisp and clean as they come. Sitting out under the shade with a beer like this is something special. The peaks of foam rise like meringue over the glass, leaving delicate lines of sticky lacing after each sip, quiet marks that slowly stack along the glass, like a soft measure of time passing as conversation stretches on. Watches, phones, and alerts fade into the background, and the world settles into a more natural rhythm where the only clock you notice is the changing light and the level of the beer in your hand. We didn't actually forget about it - but it's been conditioning for so long you might think that we did. Get it!
💡! The OG Hoppy Blonde Ale is back, proving once again that simple construction and a great hop profile are something to shout about. Crisp, delicate citrus notes are followed by a soft body and notes of doughy malt. Delish.
Dunk the cookie in the milk, and nobody gets hurt 🍪🥛 Breakfast is served ice cold. We make our own chocolate syrup from Ghanaian cacao nibs, fold in freshly split vanilla beans, and blend it all with the creamiest oat milk we can get our hands on. The result is a runaway hit that tastes like milk-dunked chocolate cookies, layered with roasty cold brew depth underneath. A necessary addition to the weekend.
With all the excitement around the Vodka Soda mixed pack this week, there's no chance we're forgetting about the 🐐. Wild Strawberry and Basil Vodka Soda is a light and bubbly cocktail that bursts with sweet and savory notes. Our Double Gold Medal-winning House Vodka brings a mellow, clean finish to one of our favorite summer refreshers. If you don’t keep your eyes peeled, it’s easy to miss wild strawberries 🍓‿🍓. They're tiny little jewels hidden in the grass; they melt in your mouth in an instant, which is exactly why we chose them for this dreamy delight. Lock in - big Friday. Big holiday weekend. Big mood.

A big summer release deserves its own box. 😱 Grapefruit x 3 😱 Mango x 3 😱 Key Lime x 3 😱 Pomegrante x 3 The Tree House Vodka Soda mixed pack is here, and it's built to be a cooler staple all season long. Juicy fruit flavor, bubbly effervescence, and a base of Wheat House Vodka - distilled in-house from regionally-grown wheat rather than the sourced neutral grain spirit so common in canned cocktails - come together in a low-calorie sipper that's sure to turn heads at your summer get-togethers. Available TODAY at the Pru, Charlton, Deerfield, Sandwich, Saratoga, and Tewksbury. Pick your favorite and let the good times roll.
Touquet is a special spirit. Inspired by the classic Italian aperitivo, but with a distinctly New England twist. Its brilliant color comes from fresh cranberry juice, adding a tart snap to its traditional aromatics. We use bitter and fresh oranges, rhubarb, gentian, quassia, and other botanicals throughout the distillation process, balancing its sweet berry notes with a complex bitterness. While we love it on its own, bookending a meal, it also adds a splash of color and nuance to a wine spritz. Though you’ll most likely find our distillery staff adding a shot to our Lagers in the grand tradition of the after-work Spaghett!
Woodstock starts summer hours this week - seven days a week - and to celebrate, we have fresh Doubleganger at the Farm! One of our more elusive beers, Doubleganger — an amplified version of Alter Ego — has been flying out of our cooler lately, so we wanted to make sure you can still get your hands on it. Bursting with notes of peach, blueberry, and juicy mango, it delivers a fluffy body with a thirst-quenching bitter bite on the finish. There's nothing better than enjoying a pint in our Adirondack chairs or lounging on a blanket while watching the wind ripple through the grass across the rolling hills of the farm.
Still waters run deep. Still River is our German Weissbier featuring a wheat-heavy malt bill. Its highly effervescent carbonation is balanced by a fluffy, creamy body, while Hallertau Mittelfrüh lends notes of noble spice. Traditional yeast expression fills the air with aromas of banana and clove. Our Classics program is a place where we get to step back through time and give beers like this the praise they deserve. Among all our modern styles and thoughtful reinterpretations, there is something uniquely satisfying about brewing beers that have endured for generations. These recipes are living pieces of brewing history, shaped by countless hands across centuries, and a reminder of how deeply beer is tied to culture, then and now.
Hoppy, elegant Lagers - the season of Komorebi is upon us. Komorebi Kaori is a rumination on the delicate Lotus blossom. This Dry-hopped Japanese-style Lager pours a brilliant pale yellow color into the glass with notes of bready malts, straw, and white rice. Lotus hops lend delicate notes of orange blossom honey, summer berry salad, tropical zest, and a hint of vanilla. If you haven't tried our series of Japanese Lager, our newest release is a perfect jumping-off point. Across dark water Where the river mirrors sky Flowers sweetly spill
Bear is our American Brown Ale that feels just right, with notes of toffee, chocolate, and coffee, and a bold burst of American hops. Citrus and pine balance its complex maltiness, making it one of our most flavorful dark beers that easily turns into a session. Our classic beer program is broad and mature, led by the character and refinement of simple, well-executed beers like Bear.
Bear with a Hint of Coffee is a beer long in the making. Our American Brown hides a wealth of chocolate and coffee notes beneath a cloud cover of pine and citrus. As we broke ground on our own coffee roastery a few years back, beers like this were heavy on our minds. As always, fresh ingredients make all the difference; coffee roasted a mere stroll from the tanks adds layers to an already incredibly characterful beer. Simple, elegant, refined, delicious.
