Our American Brown Ale features house-roasted coffee creating notes of toffee, caramel, chocolate, brown bread, and black coffee. We are excited to welcome Bear back, this time with a tasteful and restrained addition of custom roasted coffee! After careful deliberation and assessment, we chose a coffee that exhibits delicate flavors of milk chocolate, cinnamon, and molasses.

Bear with a Hint of Coffee is a beer long in the making. Our American Brown hides a wealth of chocolate and coffee notes beneath a cloud cover of pine and citrus. As we broke ground on our own coffee roastery a few years back, beers like this were heavy on our minds. As always, fresh ingredients make all the difference; coffee roasted a mere stroll from the tanks adds layers to an already incredibly characterful beer. Simple, elegant, refined, delicious.
