This week's single origin release of Andres Cardona is also available in whole bean form for your morning cup ☕️ While this roast makes for a strong pick-me-up, its producer describes the flavor as “taking you to the moon,” and we can’t help agreeing. It is a uniquely dreamy roast. These beans are renowned for their distinctive purple fruit character, and when served warm they carry deep, jammy elderberry notes with a playful pop of bubblegum. It’s just lovely. 🔮🫧🌙 Available at Tree House and in our online store.

🍑 X 🍭 We took a small portion of Super Treat and conditioned it on peach puree. Our Treat dry-hop processes combined with our most tropical hop lots creates candy like aromas in the glass. The addition of sweet stonefruit sends it into the peachy stratosphere!
The juice. The sweet, juicy, juice. 🍊 We introduced them, and it went swimmingly. Super Treat is conditioned on sugary, zesty, oh-so-juicy orange purée. It tastes as good as this image makes it look - perhaps even better!
Crisp as the cool mountain air - Say hello to 'Edelweiss'! Edelweiss is a crisp Lager whose unique character comes from a trio of European inspirations. Floor-malted pilsner from Litovel, Czechia, provides a clean, hearty base for a classic Bavarian lager strain. We then blend German Hallertau with Celia hops, whose complex lineage is partly derived from a wild Slovenian variety. Atop a mountain of foam, subtle notes of noble spice, lemon, field mint, and thyme rise through the glass. For a bunch of brewers from hilly Massachusetts, we certainly find ourselves on a lot of mountaintops. The edelweiss flower was an early symbol of mountaineering; its woolly form feels almost hand-stitched by Mother Nature. Its appearance is brief and cherished by those lucky enough to encounter its fleeting bloom. This is a beer we imagine drinking while looking out over a miniature world below.
🌦️☀️🌧️🌈 Sunshower Cold Brew! Our spring seasonal Cold Brew blooms with notes of black cherry balanced with a mellow brown sugar sweetness. The coffee folks at Tree House have been excited to dive back into the spring of things. To fully embrace this season of renewal, we’ve carefully curated a bouquet of coffee varieties from two Central and South American origins. For this year's rendition, we sourced a honey-processed pink bourbon from Finca El Mirador Tolima, Colombia, and a washed microlot from Volcan de Agua in the Guatemalan region of Antigua. Roasted to perfection, extracted ice cold, and canned fresh.🌺❄️🧋
Our newest Single Origin Cold Brew carries deep, jammy notes that invite a moment of wonder. Equal parts nostalgic and refined, this remarkable coffee bursts with playful bubblegum aromatics layered against rich elderberry character, which carries into an intensely juicy finish. Imagine having your 10,000 hours before you’ve finished high school. Andrés Cardona is a standout in the Young Producers Program, where the next generation of farmers learn and collaborate on a shared future. At the young age of 12, he began learning the trade and fell in love with the process of harvesting and cultivation. He now commits himself to meticulous quality and care, which clearly shows up in the cup. “Luna Azul” is a coffee that Andrés proudly says will “take you to the moon,” as it is known for its unique purple fruit characteristics. After seven days of natural fermentation, the cherries are depulped without water to preserve the sticky mucilage for optimal sweetness. The beans are then dried on raised beds for up to three weeks until they reach 11% moisture. This coffee is a symbol of Andrés Cardona’s dedication and ambition while paying tribute to the mentors who helped pave the path for him to excel.
Sojourn is our American Stout that pours jet black with hints of amber when held to the light. A complex malt bill carries notes of dark roast coffee and chocolate caramels. Magnum and Centennial hops tame the sweetness and blend with the toasty qualities, providing notes of dried citrus peel and earthy pine. Long before Imperial, Double, Triple, and Barrel-Aged became common terms, the American craft beer revolution was already interested in bold amplification. Sessionable stouts and porters were transformed by early independent breweries through increased hopping regimens, a focus on American citrus-forward hops, and by stoking the coffee and roast flavors of traditional grain bills into a roar. This beer is crafted in honor of those trailblazing beers, the type of glass you’d take a sip of, pull back, and stare at for a moment, wondering what exactly just happened to your palate and where it had been all your life.
Checking in from the Tree Ware-House. It’s going to be a great Wednesday.

The Tree House summer barbecue set is complete. Capping the releases of our brand new line of Vodka Soda is Grapefruit! Our supremely smooth, double gold medal–winning House Wheat Vodka carries a bright burst of grapefruit zest in every sip. At 5% ABV, it’s made to fill the cooler and travel with you wherever the day takes you. It is ridiculously good - but don't take our word for it. Give it a try.
Sunset Beers 🌅 Electric Skies is an American Double IPA brewed with ultra-pale malt and a heavy charge of Nelson, Galaxy, and Citra hops. Potent notes of Sauvignon blanc, orange juice, passion fruit, and mango-lychee erupt from peaks of foam. Inspired by the view from our brew deck in Charlton and the perfect summer shiftie. Here's to a summer full of Electric Skies.
Super Treat, super flavor. 🍭 🍭 🍭 We can't believe it has been a year since we last had this gem.
Island to Island 🏞️ Komorebi: Natsukashii is our Japanese Rice Lager brewed with Styrian Dragon hops and a charge of New Zealand Motueka hops. It is crisp and clean, with notes of white rice, fresh-squeezed lemon-lime citrus, melon, and herbal spice. Our Komorebi series is constructed with simple, elegant grain bills that allow for some of our clearest hop expression to date. It presents a striking duality, a wave of aroma that quickly disappears into a mineral-like finish. An absolutely perfect beer to pair with any dish.
House Lager is a crispy cornerstone here at Tree House. Our Classics program is an ongoing exploration of beers from around the world, historical recreations, and thoughtful creative spins on beloved styles. House Lager is a humble, obsessive mainstay that represents hospitality at its core: a simple, well-made beer that fits anywhere and everywhere. House is a beer for beer lovers. It's a true labor of love.
Signs of summer: Top down drives, outdoor shows, soft serve, trips to Tree House, Rose Kennedy canned cocktails. Rose Kennedy is our classic New England cocktail in both name and construction - and it's BACK. Built on our House Vodka made from local grains, including literal acres of wheat from our small state, it is layered with juicy cranberries and a spritz of lime. A subtle dash of rose water ties it all together, adding a delicate floral note that lifts the tart and zesty profile while complementing the vodka’s mellow character. A postcard of a cocktail showing the best New England has to offer, as always elevated by a subtle flourish from our distillery team that makes all the difference.

Ancient brewing traditions meet modern hop blends in Seter. 🌾 We blended Cascade, Nelson, and Super Sauvin — a thiol-enhanced expression of Nelson hops — for our newest Norwegian Farmhouse Pale Ale. This unlikely marriage of two vastly different terroirs, Nordic and Southern Hemisphere, creates an intensely tropical beer layered with notes of tangerine juice, pineapple, lychee syrup, and citrus zest. Kveik yeast, a strain preserved through countless generations of Nordic farmers, is a world unto itself. Deeply tied to the human experience, it was traditionally used to brew beer for weddings, seasonal celebrations, and agricultural gatherings in rural Norway. So how did this ancient yeast end up fermenting your beer? Lars Marius Garshol, a humble homebrewer, became fascinated with traditional brewing after encountering rustic farmhouse beers while vacationing in Lithuania. Curious whether similar traditions still survived in Norway, he began traveling through remote farming communities where brewing knowledge had been passed down orally within families for generations. What he uncovered fundamentally changed modern assumptions about ancient brewing. Researchers expected these centuries-old yeast cultures to be riddled with souring bacteria, contamination, and harsh off-flavors from primitive handling methods. Instead, they discovered remarkable strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the same family of yeast responsible for ales brewed around the world today. The lack of refrigeration, hot fermentation temperatures, and repeated drying between infrequent brews created evolutionary pressure that selected for resilience and vitality. The yeast in this very beer traces its lineage back to those farmhouse cultures, many of which, with the blessing of the farmers who preserved them, were transported from rural Norway to laboratories where they were isolated, studied, and cultivated for modern brewing. Thank you, Lars. 🖼️🎨 by Sarah Laba-Barry

Ladies and Gents, we've reached Escape Velocity 🚀 🚀 🚀 Our freshest New Zealand lots from hop selection are fueling this expedition. We blended Nelson, NZ Cascade, and Rakau, creating an explosion of passionfruit, Sauvignon Blanc, apricot, and lime popsicles. Garston Hops (@garstonhops) continues to blow us away with their harvest year after year. A sliver of green appears on the map as the mountains and hills begin to fade toward the distant shoreline, and it’s in that first valley that these former sheep ranchers laid their hop bines. The hop belt, the ideal latitude for growing hops worldwide, sits between 35 and 55 degrees, and Garston sits squarely at 45, which means long summer sun and a crisp, dry climate. New Zealand hops have an otherworldly quality, taking familiar fruit flavors and turning them on their heads. With this in mind, we worked with @spacegooose to channel our sense of exploration and discovery into this fresh can art.
King Guava Creamsicle is a rendition of King Julius conditioned on fresh vanilla beans and buckets of guava purée. This royal Double IPA bursts with aromas of tropical smoothies, bright citrus, vanilla cream, and mellow guava sorbet, all wrapped in a creamy body with a hop-saturated bite. Our creamsicle line of beers explores the transformative quality of vanilla beans. It fits seamlessly into the tropical qualities of the hops while enhancing the perception of an already smooth, fluffy mouthfeel. The thoughtful addition of real fruit purées further elevates certain renditions into a novel experience that almost feels like it requires its own style category 🍦
All aboard the S.S. Crispy ⚓ Shipshape is our Czech-style Pils crafted with Bohemian pilsner malt and traditional Saaz hops. The lemony character of this variety hits in the aroma and carries through to its clean finish with a lingering zing. We’ve been lagering this inaugural summer batch while awaiting the first wave of warm weather, and it looks like this weekend it's finally here.
Vanilla Bean Catharsis. We took a small portion of our robust, chocolatey Porter and conditioned it on heaps of vanilla beans. It adds wafting notes of creamy vanilla mocha lattes atop its complex profile. Perfectly suited for pairing with an evening campfire, these cans also age wonderfully when kept cold. Simple, elegegant, refined, authentic. Delicious.
The world needs more Robust Porter - we're happy to do our part. Catharsis is a Porter that we brew only a handful of times each year. It carries notes of cocoa powder, fudge, and caramel balanced by a dark chocolate-like bitterness and a hearty body. It's a genuine rrarity in the world of dark beer. Incredibly decadent yet surprisingly quaffable, it hits the spot when you’re craving layers of rich, chocolatey roasted flavor but aren’t in the mood for a high ABV or barrel-aged sipper.
Every week is Julius week at Tree House.
Aurora tastes as pleasing as this image looks. Aurora is one of our core rotating coffees, crafted to capture the light and bright end of the coffee spectrum. Our current blend utilizes some of our favorite washed coffees from Guatemala and Ethiopia. Rich chocolatey notes sit just beneath bright, fruity acidity, creating a wonderful balance of comforting roast and enlivening vibrance. It’s an ideal pick-me-up any time of day, ice cold and crisp as ever. Stay tuned - we have a lot to talk about!
