This mindset has enabled us to evolve and grow into a better version of ourselves with every batch. All 9,000 of them here in Charlton. We're pulling out all the stops for batch 9,000, featuring an experimental hop we fell in love with last year during our hop selection trip. This experimental hop variety from our friends at Segal Ranch, dubbed D55, carries intense aromas of ruby red grapefruit, pomelo zest, and overripe pineapple. When we picked this variety off the bine, it smelled like we literally just popped a can of Dole pineapple juice for a cocktail. We put this batch of Little Fire into a horizontal tank early this autumn and nearly forgot about it. Well, not really, but you might think we did, given the amount of extra time it spent softening and rounding out in stainless. We'll take a Smoked Helles any season, but it hits different in the winter. German malts make for a complex profile that leads with whisps of campfire smoke and ends as crisp as can be. Beers such as Patient Little Fire represent the pinnacle of our efforts at Tree House. They require meticulous attention to detail and, perhaps most difficult of all, extreme patience. The treebiotic quartet is complete! Today, we're pleased to release the latest addition to our prebiotic soda lineup: Strawberry Cream! We used the same process for our delicious Creamsicle, with freshly scored whole vanilla beans, and added sweet strawberry puree! A lighter January just got a little easier: we pack all the good stuff into this tasty soda, including agave inulin, chicory root powder, and apple cider vinegar.

Cocktail of the week - the ‘Green’ Gimlet! Simplicity survives; it’s no wonder the Gimlet has been a mainstay from the speakeasy days to the present. Ours is lime forward with a layer of herbal complexity from the addition of our Perrine Amaro. Served in a coupe with a garnish of dried lime, we start with our own Percy’s Gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and a splash of Perrine. This emerald-colored amaro is made with a plethora of roots, botanicals, and freshly squeezed key limes. It’s a playful aperitivo that balances a bracing bitterness with sweet juicy lime notes, truly elevating the classic gimlet profile! Available this week and this week only!
We've been looking forward to this beer for over a year. After a few failed attempts, we think we've really hit on something special with this classic West Coast-style Triple IPA. Marcus Aurelius is a Triple IPA dosed with a staggering charge of Pacific Northwest hops. Citra, Nugget, Centennial, and Simcoe combine and burst with notes of pine, citrus peel, and bitter hoppiness. Resin, grapefruit, lingering bitterness. It tastes decidedly old school, with a brightness and modernity that just make us grin. Meditations, a collection of his thoughts, is a work of deep reflection, ruthless self-examination, and a celebration of the human spirit; it is as resonant now as it was then, nearly 2000 years ago. Within its pages lie the inner workings of a great mind that sought to relinquish what one cannot control and instead turn one’s efforts towards the cultivation of virtue and wisdom. We've put a modern twist on a rustic, historical beer. The Three Sisters is a sour saison conditioned on mango purée!
