The fun never stops - this week’s @treehousebrewco carousel is brimming with “Did you know?” beginning with a little morsel that has slowly made its way around the collective knowledge base. From there, we’ve started with Friday and Sunday event space availability in Charlton, Deerfield and Friday availability in Tewksbury Up next we have @eatalyboston joining us in our Prudential beer garden with snacks this week. what a potent combination! Up next, we were delighted to learn we were the most-awarded brewery in the world with 52 medal in the @untappd Community Awards. Every check-in counts, and we appreciate it! From there we had a great Cars & Coffee in Tewksbury and Deerfield is just a few weeks away! Weekday pour limits are a thing of the past, we made an epic custom polo with @greysonclothiers, and the week’s @treehousecoffeecompany and @treehousebrewco releases were some of our favorites ever. So…. all that said… we’ll see you soon? 🫂

At Tree House we seek elevated experiences on old standards. The same can be said for our partner coffee farmers, who go beyond the ordinary with varietals, fermentations, and experiments that we are fortunate to bring you. To that end, Tropical Magic contains an experimental coffee lot from Don Juan of Ciudad Bolivar in Antioquia, Colombia. Coffee cherries are introduced into a pressurized stainless-steel tank while CO2 is flushed to create an anaerobic environment. Cherries are fermented for five days, de-pulped, and then placed back in the same tank for an additional three days - but this time, the tank is fermented with kiwi and strawberry juice before a final 15-20 days of sun-drying. Enjoy the uncompromising efforts of this special cold brew from all ends of the coffee spectrum as we taste a tropical medley of strawberry, kiwi, and lychee - a special treat that embodies the inventiveness and creativity of all involved.

Starting the day with a little fresh Marigold. Marigold is sourced, roasted, and brewed with the brightest summer days in mind. This year’s summer offering features an Ethiopian Yirgachee highlighted by flavorful notes of lemon-lime and golden raisin. It has a light body and a sweet finish. Raise a glass to customer Marc! While making images of the day’s upcoming releases, he dropped by to share this story with us. We were so inspired that we took his portrait! Marc, a schoolteacher from Switzerland, recently stopped at Tree House during his 1,000-mile beer and bike journey across the Northeast United States and Canada. He intends to visit many other great breweries along the way. This wasn’t Marc’s first encounter with Tree House: his previous visit left such an impression that it gave rise to the entire trip! His trip illustrates the power of great beer, which can create bonds across borders and backgrounds, and showcases how a singular passion can inspire spontaneous and memorable adventure. It also sent us down memory lane for the beer adventures that informed our path - hopefully it can do the same for you! Marc doesn’t have social media. . . so if you know him, do us a favor and send him this image! As Marc pedals onward, we wish him well. We’re honored to have inspired his journey and grateful he included us again!

Swipe ➡️ for a pair of Deerfield before and after images. As we approach our third anniversary in our Western Mass home, we’re reflecting on the growth and evolution of this space. Transforming the iconic building of the forming Channing Bete publishing company into a brewery, distillery, and taproom was no easy feat - but in spite of the challenges, we continue to invest in making this a vibrant and inviting space for all to enjoy. Acting first as a beer-to-go hub and then a taproom, it has blossomed into a community space that hosts marathons, private events, summer concerts, thester performances, comedy, bike races, birthday parties, and more. We hope to serve you here soon.

We are pleased to release the latest version in our American IPA series, this time featuring malt from our friends @blueoxmalthouse This series hammers home the idea that terroir and process contribute hugely to outcomes and character in a finished beer. The only difference in process between each batch here is the base malt utilized. Yeast, hops, salt dosing, mash temperature, conditioning process, dry hop volumes, etc., remain the same. What’s the Problem? The Problem is a Triple IPA brewed with a proprietary yeast blend and meticulously crafted construct that combines over a decade of hoppy beer refinement. It utilizes an enormous hop charge of Citra, Nelson, and Peacharine hops that we have traveled the world to source. Pouring a glowing yellow color into your glass, it tastes like super ripe tropical fruit, mixed citrus, and peach nectar with a pleasing and quenching bitterness. Most importantly, it tastes as good at the end of the glass as it does at the beginning of it. Today, we are pleased to release a new batch of our hopped Gin - A Gin whose story begins centuries ago in the Rhine Valley of Germany. In the long and storied history of hops, there was a champion of these noble flowers whose immense contributions are nothing short of miraculous. 12th-century Benedictine abbess, artist, author, composer, philosopher, mystic, visionary, and natural historian Hildegard von Bingen helped us understand hops' effect on the body. We have created a gin in honor of this polymath's contribution to the world's most popular beverage. A celebration of malt and hops, this gin begins in our brewhouse with a barley mash and is later distilled with potent doses of resinous hops and juniper. Ruby Bay resides within Tasman Bay in the Nelson region of New Zealand. Mapua Wharf leads out into the bay, and this area is known for its charming shops, breakfast spots, and waterfront vistas. A White Heron graces the can for Ruby Bay, and the story of this majestic bird is heartwarming. Hamish, a native White Heron, visited the Mapua Wharf each winter from the 1980s to 2010 before perishing and is remembered fondly by local residents. Mapua sculptor Arthur Hawke says his sculpture of celebrity heron Hamish has almost replaced the real bird in the hearts and minds of its viewers.
