🍑🍑🍑 There's more than one way to juice a peach! Fresh Peach is an IPA featuring Citra, Peacharine, and Nelson hops. Our cooler is full of single varieties from various growers and the different lots from each of their operations. We selected our most stone fruit-forward hops and, with some novel fermentation processes, created a blast of uncanny summer peach! No peaches were harmed in the making of this summer treat! 🍑

We take unique hoppy beer experiences seriously - not only because we love our work but we’ve come to seriously love how freshly pelletized hops express themselves in finished beer. And so it’s with great delight that it’s now become tradition to cold chain air-freight freshly pelletized Peacharine each year so we can enjoy a singular experience in our New Zealand-centric efforts. These hops almost beat us home (three days too slow) from this year’s selection. They’ve already imparted incredible character in the current batches of Fresh Peach and Silver Fern. We hope you love them.

Fresh Peach was crafted to showcase the best and most fresh Citra, Nelson, and Peacharine that we have. We went to great lengths to get Nelson and Peacharine specifically in-house as close to harvest as possible to make this beer. In addition to the New Zealand hop charge, we selected Citra, which carried aggressively stone fruit-forward notes. To elevate the experience further, we coaxed our yeast to throw more stone fruit esters than a typical batch. The resulting beer is a singular expression of our hop selection and brewing efforts toward the most peachy beer we can make. It’s all a function of water, malt, hops, and yeast—it’s fun, isn’t it?!
