Emperor Julius stands tall alongside Very HHHazyyy at the very top of the Tree House family tree. We don't take brewing a beer like this lightly. It has to make sense, and the flavors have to be soft, rounded, elegant, and easy to drink all the way through the glass.

We told ya there would be some Creamsicle shenanigans this week, didn’t we? 🍦 We took a small portion of Emperor Julius and conditioned it on mounds of fresh-cut vanilla beans. Our process is pretty simple: We take fresh vanilla beans, macerate and bag them, and then place them in our brite tanks. As we purge out the oxygen in preparation for the beer to be transferred in, the cellar air is filled with tropical, mellow vanilla bean aromas (because we use A LOT of vanilla). That’s it. Great hops and fresh vanilla create one of our favorite limited releases.🍦 Shenanigans concluded. For now.
