A Tropical Hurricane is coming to Woodstock today! This gem is layered with notes of papaya, melon, mandarin orange, and passionfruit throughout. For this rendition of our Hurricane series, we utilized a novel thiolized yeast designed to amplify tropical aromatics. This strain unleashed a storm of pungent thiols, creating uncanny passionfruit aromas in the base beer even before dry-hopping. No fruit was harmed in the making of this beauty. Warm days and cool nights have been a welcome change from some recent years' more sweltering springs. We've got a some great seasonal offerings still available, our Sun Shower cold brew, our Spring Apple hard cider, of course our core beers and our latest crispy Woodstock Pilsner.
