Landing in each of our locations this morning fresh for the taking today is a new beer called Cosmic Odyssey! Brewed with copious doses of Zappa hops, grown exclusively by our friends at CLS Farms in the Yakima Valley, it carries notes of orange juice, fruity pebbles, passion fruit, and mild spice. This is a highly unique experience and turned out quite lovely - we can't wait for you to try it!
It's never a bad time for fresh Creamsicle! The generous use of whole bean vanilla imparts a wonderful overtone to the orange-forward flavor of our original IPA.
Doomfire. This extremely juicy Double IPA carries rich notes of mango and tropical fruit from the liberal use of HBC 1019, one of the most promising new varieties in recent memory. 🔥❤️🔥🔥❤️🔥🔥❤️🔥🔥❤️🔥🔥❤️🔥

Today we are pleased to introduce Batch 6,000, the 6,000th batch brewed on our brewhouse in Charlton. At Tree House we have never been content with the status quo. Today we are pleased to introduce our Tanuki Shōchū! Made by distilling fresh sake kasu (the leftover rice and lees from sake production) lovingly provided by our friends at Farthest Star Sake, our Tanuki Shōchū is both delicate and assertive. Soft and round on the palate and brimming with bold flavors of coconut, banana, mango, and pistachio, we recommend pairing this aromatic ambrosia alongside your favorite sushi or ramen, or explore the myriad uses of this complex dram in a refreshing cocktail!

Trailbreaker begins life as Trail. From there it is laid to rest in our American Oak Foudres for an indeterminate amount of time until it reaches peak maturity. This batch is beautiful, exhibiting notes of doughy malts and hints of noble hops. Its time in oak has introduced a unique softness, enhancing the overall complexity and character of this singular lager experience.

Today we are introducing Woodstock IPA at our Farm & Fermentory in Woodstock. These beers represent the best of our efforts and are crafted to be supremely drinkable, flavorful, and never tiresome on the palate. Our enthusiasm for this release of Trail is palpable! This beer came about by chance. Brewed with the first lot of Cascade hops grown by Garston Hops to be utilized outside of New Zealand, it pops with a unique character that is entirely a function of the location in which they are grown. Nestled amidst the tranquil seclusion of the South Island's verdant hills in New Zealand, Garston Hops @garstonhops farm is an enclave, separated by hundreds of miles from its nearest hop-growing counterpart. The isolation lends these Cascade hops an unparalleled taste profile, making this brew a genuinely singular experience. These Cascade leap out of the glass with notes of white wine, red grapefruit, and lemonpeel across a supple and thirst-quenching texture. We hope you are able to enjoy this wonderful experience and reflect upon the effort, energy, and people who went into making it a reality.

This year’s rendition features coffee from the Agaro region of Ethiopia, and bears flavorful notes of yellow pear, honey, and oolong tea. This is an extraordinary putter with one-of-a-kind provenance, and it could be yours. Made by Joe Legendre of @legendgolfcompany, it is crafted with the rare and expensive Mokume-gane, an exotic metal amalgamation made with contrasting colored metals which are fused together with heat and pressure and worked to produce a patterned mixed-metal laminate. Both the Tree House and Legend Golf Company logo are tastefully etched on the putter face. It is exceptionally beautiful in person and has to be seen to be believed! The retail value is $2,500. Utilizing a fantastic hop grown exclusively in Idaho, Very Pink has Galaxy-like characteristics in an all-American grown offering. We love this beer.
