In 2019, we journeyed to Australia in search of developing relationships with our growing partners for Galaxy hops - it was a memorable trip of a lifetime. While there, we had the incredible opportunity to perform an in-field sensory analysis on Cascade hops.

Trail Australian Cascade! It's been a bit since we showcased this unique terroir of Australian Cascade, so we took the other half of our Trail batch and let it shine. Notes of pineapple and resinous pine intermingle over a classic Pilsner body. Experiencing Australian Cascade in the field for the first time remains a top beer moment for us at Tree House. Going through the effort to import this gem so we can relive that feeling with each can is an incredible little feat. It's running freshly into cans on our packaging line as we speak.
Trail Australian Cascade features Cascade hops grown in Australia. It is the first and only beer outside of Australia to utilize this incredible expression of Cascade. We have been working on this beer since 2019 when we first smelled what Cascade grown in Australia was capable of. It has an aroma of sweet grapefruit and tangerine, with a woody backbone and pine character. We are grateful to our friends at Hop Products Australia and the Barth Haas group, who have fielded our tireless requests to make this happen. We could not be more grateful for their efforts, and we could not be more pleased to bring you a singular dry-hopped pilsner experience. This is truly a one-of-a-kind special treat. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.
