This delightful one-of-a-kind cider was aged on the pomace of red and black raspberries and then re-conditioned on fresh peaches from our 2022 estate peach harvest. After touching off a secondary fermentation and producing further complexity, this cider pours peachy pink with notes of subtle berries and vibrant peach with an underlying crisp apple tone throughout. Deuxième Utilisation Baie Et Pêche. It is available today in Woodstock.

Curiosity 133 is a special beer made with Peacharine, Nelson, Motueka, & Waimea hops. It is features a similar recipe to Silver Fern; here utilize a yeast known for it's amazing biotranformative properties. The result is outstanding. Thanks to @keever for the 🎨!
Silver Fern. Not much to add here other than we are absolutely delighted to have this beer back. It encapsulates our most cherished recent memories, tastes like nothing we have ever made, and is wildly delicious.

Made with our very own Casa de Árbol Agave Spirit, Ginger Beer, Cassis, and Lime, our Diablo is absolutely delicious and ready to drink. An inspired combination of flavors, El Diablo combines spicy ginger with earthy currants to highlight the beautiful floral and citrus notes of agave. Both rich and refreshing, this 1940’s cocktail classic is sure to make your taste buds tingle! Stay tuned!
Paragon, our espresso blend, is a bit more on the intense side of things with rich dark fruit notes carried by a full body. It is freshly brewed and tasting absolutely delicious.
