Stagnation is not in our nature. Breeders of hops are perpetually engaged in cultivating novel varieties, which fascinates us as craftspeople. Our interest lies not only in the diverse array of exciting new characteristics these new varieties bring forth but also in the intriguing manner in which they undergo biotransformation when interacting with various yeast strains. Our latest exploration of this ideal manifests in our newest beer series, drawing inspiration from this winter’s Data Set series and elevated by our excitement for our 11th Anniversary Double IPA. These new beers harmonize exceptionally well with new New Zealand hop varieties recently discovered in our travels. Contrary to most yeast explorations in the Curiosity series, this one has some staying power for us. Velvet, Silk, Satin, and Tree of Discovery, pictured here, introduce this blend in a larger series of beers embodying our restless spirit for progress and innovation. We find them to be intensely flavorful and aromatic, veering more towards vivid tropical notes and retaining more of the pure hop essence of the hops they contain rather than the unique melon, stone fruit, and sweet fruit profile typically found in our House yeast. Of course, our core beers remain unchanged and taste fantastic of late, thanks to diligence on the brew house and better hop selections at every turn. We do not wish to rest on our laurels, and we hope you have a chance to try this series - we find them to be delightful. Thank you for reading, and have a great rest of your day.

Life is a like a cooler full of Tree House cocktails; you never know what wonders lie within. If you have not yet enjoyed our canned cocktail program, we encourage you to do so. It has come into its own this summer with modern takes on classics and many lesser-known cocktails that are completely new to the canned format. When you come across them, we want you to know they are lovingly crafted in-House, mostly from local ingredients, and if not, they are purchased from sustainable sources. We mash, ferment, and distill our spirits and do not enlist a third party to do so. Creating our beverages in House is core to our ethos, and we find these cocktails to speak volumes to that approach. We hope they can contribute positively to your celebrations this summer. They are available in abundance at all of our Massachusetts locations.

Satin is an American Double IPA crafted with a proprietary yeast developed this past winter. Through each successive fermentation, we continue to adapt, hone our process, and push the boundaries of hoppy beer. Satin is constructed to be a vehicle for intense hop biotransformation and lupulin expression in a wholly different but equally satisfying way as our iconic House yeast. Galaxy, Motueka, Citra, and Mandarina Bavaria blend seamlessly into a bright display of tropical delights. Pouring a stunning opaque yellow color into your glass, it purveys vibrant and expressive notes of mixed tropical fruit, sweet lime, citrus gummies, and overripe pineapple. We are in love with this series, now containing Silk, Velvet, Satin, and Tree of Discovery.
We are running more fresh Julius today to ensure our supplies remain well-stocked for you through the weekend. It is tasting glorious.

Pictured here is Woodstock Pale Ale. Almost five years ago, we closed on a bucolic plot of land in the quiet corner of Connecticut. Not long thereafter, we planted the literal seeds that make it what it is today - a thriving farm with a large fruit tree orchard, berry block, produce program, hop fields, chicken flock, and now, for the first time in the history of protected farmland in Connecticut, a brewery. Today we are quietly opening the Tree House Farm & Fermentory for the first time with malt beverages. You can have a draft pale ale at the farm today - one of two options, a pale ale with Peacharine, Citra, and Riwaka and a pale ale with Simcoe and Citra. They both embody the ideal of what our fermentory beers will be for the foreseeable future: small beers of great character that are easy to drink and enjoy in the magical setting of our farm. These beers join our robust cider program that currently offers both draft and bottle options to go. Throughout the summer, we will offer a variety of produce, primarily our characterful heirloom tomatoes that gained favor last summer on our Summer Tomato Pizza. Our farm is core to our operating ethos of making everything that we can from scratch, and personally attending to the variables that result in a distinctive and native outcome for our beverages we care so deeply about. This is very real, very hard work, and the team responsible for taking care of the farm deserves our congratulations today. To visit, a pre-purchase of draft tickets is required. There is a limited number of draft tickets available each day. We are committed to maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors. It could not be more simple. Drink tickets are now available under the Woodstock tab at treehousebrew.com - We encourage you to bring your own snacks. We do not have air-conditioned facilities currently at the farm. More information and hours are forthcoming, but for now, we celebrate. Thank you for reading.
🚨🚨🚨 VELVET! 🚨🚨🚨 Velvet is an American Double IPA crafted with a proprietary yeast developed in the Winter of 2023. Through each successive fermentation, we continue to adapt, hone our process, and push the boundaries of hoppy beer. Velvet is constructed to be a vehicle for intense hop biotransformation and lupulin expression in a wholly different but equally satisfying way as our iconic House yeast. Our hop regimen begins with a hand-selected blend of American hops, forming a familiar foundation on top of which our brewers blended some of our favorite new varieties. Peacharine, Pink, and Nectaron blend seamlessly into a bright display of tropical delights. These stunning varieties represent the next chapter in fruit-forward aromatics, magnifying their appeal through our yeast's transformative qualities. Pouring a stunning liquid gold into your glass, it purveys vibrant and expressive notes of mixed tropical fruit, fuzzy summer peaches, and citrus gummies.
It would be impossible to overstate how important our journey to Australia and New Zealand was this spring for our hoppy beer program. Harmony is a beer at the center of that energy, featuring purposefully selected Nelson Sauvin hops from our friends in the land of the long white cloud. Pouring a beautifully hazy yellow color into your glass, it emits amazing notes of passion fruit and citrus.
Peach Tart - a Tree House summertime classic.
Starting the day the best way that we know with a fresh run of our flagship cold brew, Monochrome. Since the start of summer we have had a very difficult time keeping this beauty in stock so we suggest not waiting when a fresh batch comes around. Stay tuned for more!
