Crispy, hoppy, bubbly 🫧 The perfect hydrating seltzer with a juicy bite, now in 12 oz cans for the first time! We take the same hand-selected lots of Citra used in our beer and blend them into this zippy, non-alcoholic option. A backbone of pure Citra hop oils gives it a real kick and that taste we seek, any time of day. Bubble Hop is BACK!

Friday Sep 11
You've trained for it. You've dreamed about it. You've dreaded it. Sunday is your day to shine. To celebrate, we've packaged up some special cans available this weekend in Deerfield. And hey, there's still a chance to sign up if you have not already.
Some of the most profound things we'll ever say take very few words to do so. Showing our love for craft is no different. Our award-winning Ready-to-drink Old Fashioned keeps things simple, with a straightforward construction built around classic ingredients. Our High Rye Bourbon is mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged in-house, robust in character and incredibly smooth. From there, we add a dash of simple syrup, Angostura, and orange bitters. It's the perfect addition to your at-home bar or stowed in the cooler for a tailgate. This is what we want to drink as the sun sets and the conversation starts flowing.
🍑🎉 Haze with a party hat! 🎉🍑 We took a small portion of Haze and transformed it into Haze Punch! Conditioned on a blend of pineapple, sweet orange, passion fruit, and lime purée, it bursts with notes of sweet peach, tropical fruit punch, and happiness. 🍍🍊🥭🍋
Hey everyone, it's Friday and Haze is fresh this weekend. Nothin' better.
Vanilla + chocolate malts = happy campers. We took a small portion of this batch of Fellowship, our English Porter, and conditioned it on fresh vanilla beans. It's as effortlessly drinkable as any respectable pub offering, but with a wave of vanilla cream in each sip. 🚶♂️⛰️🌋
🥊 Core beer one-two punch kinda Friday 🥊 Galaxy for days...
Our Traditional English Porter arrives for the early days of dark beer season. Subtle aromas of baker’s chocolate and earthy hops rise from the glass. Its smooth body carries notes of caramel malt, creamy coffee, and molasses-drizzled toast. Gentle carbonation and a soft mineral finish balance these complex flavors. English Porters are wonderfully mild. A gentle roast character is present but never dominating, offering plenty of chocolatey flavor while remaining appropriately dry. Full of flavor yet completely sessionable; in other words, built for a pub hang, wherever that may be.
🫐🍓🍒 Treebiotic Berry Bonanza! 🍓🫐🍒 We took our favorite summer berries, real cane sugar, and a house blend of prebiotics to make this guilt-free treat. Keeping your gut healthy has never been so easy. ❤️

It's not every day we release an epic new mug. Today is that day. Available now in all Tree House locations including online.
Juice Machine harvest at the farm. A banger batch of our juicy robot is back in Woodstock. A unique blend of some of our favorite hops explodes with notes of mango, creamy orange sorbet, papaya, and passion fruit. The farm is transitioning into our favorite season, and we've got plenty of options for hanging out. Inside our renovated cider house, cozy tables offer a view, plus coffee, cider, and farm-fresh cheeses. Outside, we've got fire pits lined with Adirondack chairs, shady spots for picnics, and, down by the pond, a row of tables with umbrellas for the midday sun. It just feels good to be in the Quiet Corner of Connecticut.
A two Trail day might be the best kinda day. Our favorite German Pilsner meets a new hop. German Lily hops continue to blow our minds with their intersection of New and Old World flavors. They carry a wonderful bitter bite, but with intense fruity flavors you might normally find in a New Zealand variety. Floating above a zippy Pilsner base are notes of gooseberry, tangerine, and red berries. It’s funny to think about, but German Pilsners once held the title of “hoppy beer”, at least among their European counterparts. Almost like a mirror image of the Helles’ ability to be malty yet crisp, the German Pils is supercharged with noble hop aroma, creating a thirst-quenching, dry snappiness. Our series of dry-hopped Trail puts a modern spin on a style built for a splash of hoppy character.
Trail is friends with everybody. Trail Riwaka is our venerated German Pils with our freshest lots of New Zealand Riwaka. It's lagered to crisp perfection while carrying a huge nose of tropical citrus and sweet stone fruit. When we can't decide which can to crack at the end of the day, a well-hopped pils is the best place to turn.
With our half marathon just around the corner, we thought it would be a good time to add some recovery into our routine. 🏃♂️💪 Sugar has its place, but it’s not in the gym or at the end of a workout. We were sick of the options in the store, filled with ingredients we couldn’t pronounce, so we made our own sports recovery drink with just the good stuff. Tropical fruit purées and a standard blend of electrolytes, all combined in-house, are all you need. Get after it.
This year’s Walden features washed and natural coffees from the respected origins of Burundi's Muyinga region and Carrasco, Bolivia. The resulting roast carries notes of spiced cider and nougat. We look forward to this release every year. It excites our daily routine and hammers home that summer is behind us and the season of color awaits. Among our highest callings, Thoreau reminds us that we were put on this earth to eat and drink. “Live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influence of the earth.”
The crisper the morning, the closer we're holding those coffee cups.🫶 ☕️ Rising with the steam from a fresh pour-over are notes of warming spice and floral, fresh-pressed cider that give way to creamy nougat and heavenly roasty notes. Walden isn't here for long, but with a few bags stored in the pantry, we can carry this special blend throughout the holidays.
The time is nice, for the introduction of this year's Maple Spice. Maple Spice Oat Latte is a creamy, roasty cold brew with a classic, scratch-made syrup. The key ingredient in all our syrups is fresh! For this classic, we steep freshly cut vanilla beans and crushed cinnamon sticks in real maple syrup. Jordan, who heads our Cold Brew program, says this is their favorite latte release; it's clean, cozy, and lets the coffee shine with some sweet nostalgia to boot. It is available in Charlton today and making it's way across Tree House-land tomorrow.

We love fall; we really do. But it’s still summer, baby. ☀️🍹🌴 Blackberry Sage Bramble is our newest cocktail at the bar, featuring Percy's New England Dry Gin, blackberry purée, lemonade, plus a splash of fresh lemon and sage. Botanical gin, sweet blackberry, and an herbal citrus pop hit all the right notes as we round out our summer. Available today.
10,000 batches of beer in Charlton. It feels almost unfathomable to say that, feeling like we were just standing on the brew deck for the first time and tearing the tarps from the west-facing windows to reveal a sight we would call home for the next decade. Seeing these cans roll off the line this morning made it real. This monumental release utilizes five of our most essential hop varieties: Citra, Galaxy, Amarillo, Nelson, and Simcoe. With vivid aromatics, we taste notes of fresh grapefruit, mango juice, ripe pineapple, summer peaches, Sauvignon Blanc, and fresh pine. Passion and proficiency; it’s an incredible thing to witness. We see it on the field, glimpse it through the kitchen doors, hear it from the stage, and hold it in the most ornate and everyday objects. Trained repetition is something we all experience; things that once took almost painful concentration become as second nature as driving a car. When we finally reach that ease of operation and flow, that’s when the real work begins, and it starts with questions. Why does this process work? How can we improve it? Where are my blind spots? What roadblocks have I simply gotten used to? What happens if we remove them? Even after 10,000 batches of beer in Charlton, we continue to ask these questions. For a brief moment, every batch we make represents the best we can do. We have not really expanded our brewing volume much in the last half-decade, but we have deeply expanded our knowledge and passion for the craft, and we have no intention of slowing down. 10,000 down and full steam ahead.
The Light That Stayed is a Double IPA with a bright and juicy blend of some of our favorite hops. Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka pop with notes of pink grapefruit, blueberry-peach chutney, lime zest, and mandarin orange soda. This beer reflects the constants in our lives. We have this illusion that we’ve remained the same while the world around us changes, but every moment belongs to an evolving person. Sometimes with luck on their side, other times trudging through the dark. Through all of this change, the bonds we share with those closest to us become stronger. They are the people who walk beside us through thick and thin. We hope you’ll share this beer with someone who’s been at your side through it all.
🍊🍦🥭 Orange Vanilla and Mango Twists! 🍊🍦🥭 We took Julius and conditioned it on fresh vanilla beans and sweet mango purée! The second we pop the can, notes of vanilla ice cream, citrus zest, and tropical mango lift into the air. Hats off to anyone with the willpower to share this one. 🍻
Something this good deserves a little pomp and circumstance. Life With Music is crafted with history in mind. We took our rich smoked Lager and conditioned it on oak, resulting in a beer with complex maltiness interwoven with smoke and tannic oak. It’s a beer that not only transports us to the city of Bamberg, but takes us back to a time when oak vessels were the standard. Serving this treat up in a glass just feels right.

Big screen, big game. We'll be open late in Charlton, Deerfield, and Tewksbury tomorrow for opening night. In Charlton, our 27' video wall will be on full display with stadium speakers and a stadium feel. Just a note: bringing your own chair is encouraged, but please keep blankets on your lap only, as ground space is limited. See you here!
The only thing better than a pint or three is September by the Sea. Join us for live music, stein holding, ring toss, and the debut of our clam pizza. You read that right. The debut of our clam pizza. We hope to see you there. #treehousebrewing #septemberbythesea
Salute to the truck drivers who haul all sorts of goodies from one place to the next, not only in Tree House-land, but across America. Say hello to Julius - Big Truck Edition. 🚚💪🏻 We're not sure what's cooler, the can or the truck - either way, give us a honk if you see us on the road. A small number of these are available in Charlton today, external locations tomorrow. 🪿
A classic cocktail doesn't need an arm's length of ingredients. Rum Buck is a refreshing drink with a kick, featuring Richley Rum blanc, spicy ginger beer, and lime! It's the perfect mix for that in-between-season feeling: summery rum, a little heat, and tropical citrus. Yum. One might call it a little stormy and a little dark.
Fresh Julius and a short work week? Hell yeah, brother. The OG has never been more popular here at Tree House - so much so that we've had our hair blown back the last couple of weeks. We'll keep churning the juice as quickly as is reasonably possible for ya.
