We took our rich smoked Lager and conditioned it on oak, resulting in a beer with complex maltiness interwoven with smoke and tannic oak. It’s a beer that not only transports us to the city of Bamberg, but takes us back to a time when oak vessels were the standard. Serving this treat up in a glass just feels right.
