Seven years have gone by in a flash, but so much has changed. When we went for it as a roastery, we had two goals of equal weight. One put the brewery first. The other was our way into the world of specialty coffee. We first set out to create blends that complement our beers. Monochrome, House Blend, Aurora, and Big Star, along with our seasonal blends, are the coffees we reach for every morning and the coffees behind some of our most beloved dark beers. As brewers, we select ingredients at the source, control our variables, and understand what fresh ingredients can do. Conditioning beer on coffee roasted a stroll from our brewery is a dream come true. Two personalities have emerged from our coffee program. The first is our playful line of cold brew lattes, built on seasonal flavors, gastronomic curiosities, and nostalgic odes to our New England home. Every batch of Blueberry Pancake Latte or Dubai Chocolate Latte starts with syrups we make fresh in-house from real ingredients. The other belongs to the farmers we work with through our Single Origin Series. Pablo and Eva Del Cid of Estrellita, Juan Puerta of La Sirena, Anna Maria Donneys of Café Primitivo, and Diego Robelo of the Aquiares Estate are among the producers featured in our releases. These farmers are helping shape the future of specialty coffee. Each relationship has opened another window into the diversity of coffee, from heirloom varieties and experimental processing to the traditions that have shaped coffee-growing communities for generations. This blend celebrates seven years of snappy, complex cold brew, roasts that have made our beers better, and a global network of friends who inspire us with their creativity, their terroir, and their dedication to the craft. Served hot, our 7th Anniversary Blend opens with sweet blackberry juice and finishes with a hint of cola. Great coffee comes from great people. Here's to seven years and to the next seventy.

Pomegranate ✔️ Bubbles🫧 House Vodka🏅 Drinking bliss.
It's the drink of the links this summer and every summer - Caddie Cooler! This Tree House classic is a lightly sweet, non-carbonated blend of our award-winning House Vodka, lemonade, and iced tea.
Beer is living history. ⛏️ Promised Land is our California Common carrying notes of toasty and sweet malts and rustic American hops. It finishes cleanly with a pleasant hop bitterness and grainy malt flavors. 🌾🍺 The Gold Rush brought waves of prospectors, settlers, and immigrants westward to California, many making the journey by wagon in search of their fortune. Prospecting is, if anything, thirsty work. The California Common was born, a distinctly American interpretation of lager brewing, and like so many cultural artifacts, was born out of necessity and grew into a distinct style. Brewers had access to lager yeast but not the cold conditions traditionally used to ferment it, so they adapted, fermenting their lager strains at warmer temperatures. The result was something wonderfully unusual: a beer with the crispness of a lager, but with a touch of fruity fermentation character more at home in an English pub ale. Such a fun beer to have in the lineup this autumn.
Mini Bock!!! Crafted with the same ingredients as a proper bock, we scaled down one of our favorite styles of German Lagers. A combination of pilsner, Munich, and chocolate malts lends notes of toasted country bread, chestnut honey, and a hint of caramel on the finish. Hersbrucker hops then add subtle, complementary aromas of orange peel, black tea, and dried garden herbs. Bocks are a wonderful complement to hearty dishes, but we're not always looking for a high ABV sipper. This little guy has a complex kick neatly wrapped in a 4% ABV package. Sublime.
Fresh Squeezed 🍍🥭🍑🍋🟩 First Press is a Double IPA bursting with notes of candied pineapple, passionfruit syrup, crushed white grape, and fresh limeade that wash across the palate. Whereas most of our Tree House-style IPAs utilize hops in the kettle, whirlpool, and dry hop, First Press also receives a mash-hop addition. This treatment breaks down chemical compounds locked within the hops, saturating our wort with precursors that our house yeast transforms into an incredibly juicy profile. It differs from Juice Press in the way that we aggressively adjust its mash and post-boil pH to supercharge its juicy characteristics. Pair that process with a blend of fresh New Zealand hops, and you’ve got something mighty special. Epic artwork by the inimitable @keever

Moonbeam Nectar is an intergalactic Double IPA utilizing Citra, Cascade, and Amarillo hops!. It pops with notes of mangosteen, juicy peach, and orange sorbet, while orange blossom honey added during the boil lends sugary floral notes to its already citrus-saturated body. Sometimes a blend creates fruity notes we just can't put our finger on, and we get to wondering: what juicy secrets does the boundless universe hold? 👽🛸🌌 Lucky for us, we've got endless creativity without ever leaving the planet. When you consider the grower, the lot, the blend, and the process, the combinations are practically infinite.
Peachling is a fluffy Pale Ale brewed with Citra and Peacharine hops. A novel yeast strain pulls intense hoppy stonefruit character that punches way above its weight class. Pale Ales are dear to our hearts; they bring us back to the beers we first fell in love with. When it comes to this style, we'd trust none other than our long-time collaborator Keever to capture the mood. A peculiar and delicious pale ale, indeed.
Behold! A machine that runs on juice! 🤖🍊 Juicy Machine is a Single IPA that leaves one asking, "Is there really no fruit in here?" Through a series of processes, we turn some of our favorite hop lots into a tropical oasis with almost no bitterness. Crush city.
When we pulled out the whiteboard and started crafting sodas, this was at the top of the list. Massive cherry flavor and cane sugar. 🍒 It's perfect on its own, but it also goes great with a neat pour of our bourbon for dessert if you're in the mood to get after it.
Our Lime Seltzer is fresh and zippy as ever. Shhhhhh... he doesn't know he's not an actual lime.

Available today in Boston, Charlton, Deerfield, Sandwich, Saratoga, and Tewksbury, we have a special little treat for lagerheads who embrace elegance and tradition. Life Without Music is our meditation on the rustic smoked beers of Germany. This classic lager pours a dark hazel with a robust swell of foam that clings to the glass. Aromas of toffee and toasty biscuit are the foundation for a puff of campfire, smoked honey, and roasted nuttiness. Despite its robust introduction, this beer’s classic profile closes with a clean and succinct coda. We hope you enjoy this beer while taking stock of the cadence of good conversation and the gift of an infinitely melodious world. Perfect for pouring at your next shindig or for stowing away in the fridge until it's campfire season. Artwork by @sarahlovesberries_art

🍑🍑🍑 There's more than one way to juice a peach! Fresh Peach is an IPA featuring Citra, Peacharine, and Nelson hops. Our cooler is full of single varieties from various growers and the different lots from each of their operations. We selected our most stone fruit-forward hops and, with some novel fermentation processes, created a blast of uncanny summer peach! No peaches were harmed in the making of this summer treat! 🍑
More like Strawberries and Dream. ☁️🍓☁️🍓☁️🍓 Our Strawberries and Cream Treebitotic Soda is made with real strawberries and heaps of real vanilla beans. What's even better is that this sweet treat has agave inulin, chicory root fiber, and apple cider vinegar to give your gut a boost of everything it needs.
House Blend Cold Brew was one of our first projects, meticulously sourced, roasted, blended, and cupped to perfection. It's an everyday coffee with extraordinary character. Even in cold brew form, it has a wonderful, mellow roastiness and is a regular addition to some of our most beloved coffee beers. 🌳🏠❤️
Aurora has aura. One of our absolute standbys is this special cold brew. We blend Central American and African beans for a perfect melding of bright citrus and mellow chocolate notes. An ice-cold can is usually part of our morning routine, but it also comes in handy when you're doing some stargazing on these late summer nights. 🌌✨☕

Bon voyage, Big Blue 🏝️🌴🌊 We took a small portion of our Mosaic Double IPA and conditioned it on peach, guava, and mango purée! It tastes like a blueberry smoothie full of sweet fruit juice, ending on a pleasantly bitter, hop-saturated note. Mega dank.
📡 🌩️ Tropical Hurricane has been spotted at the farm! It's a creamy, hop-saturated treat with a blast of papaya, melon, mandarin orange, and passionfruit throughout. This special rendition of our Hurricane series uses a special "thiolized" yeast strain. While similar to the yeasts we use in heavy rotation, it contains extra enzymes that break down thiols locked within malt and hop structure that usually go undetected by our noses. In practice, the fermenting beer carried intense passionfruit aromas before dry-hopping, giving it a juicy head start. We're taking in the late sunsets as much as we can in these last days of summer. The farm is stocked with all the usual suspects, as well as some specialty releases. Juicy Road and our Woodstock Anniversary beer are tasting incredible, and we have our tequila barrel-aged cider in bottles for pours and to-go. Come soak up the end of August in the quiet corner of Connecticut.
Julius is a beer we make, and we're packaging more of it today to make sure you can have Julius this weekend and every weekend.
Nano Hop Tech 🤖 Mini Machine is the littlest guy in our Juice Machine series. We crafted this Blonde Ale with our most tropical hop blends to create a supremely fluffy and light juice bomb. This beer is made for any afternoon that calls for a crushable, juicy beer... which, by our estimation, is all of them. @keever

Big things happening in the barrel cellar.🍫🥥☕ Big Nugget is conditioned on dark chocolate, almonds, coconut, and our own freshly roasted coffee. It tastes somewhere between an Almond Joy and a coconut-foam mocha latte, with plenty of barrel character to balance its sweet base. It's been three whole years since we've made this treat - now in cans, it's impossible to pass up.
Hey, Big Blue ☁️ 🌤️ 💙 With a touch of Honey Malt and a massive dose of 100% Mosaic hops, this treat utilizes a single-hop blend from some of our favorite growers. It pops with notes of mango, citrus, and, most of all, juicy summer berries. It might look like a core beer, but this one only comes around once in a Big Blue moon.
Triple the juice in a Double IPA. JJJuiceee Project Citra + Strata is saturated with tropical hop flavors with almost no bitterness on the finish. Swirled within Citra's familiar notes of mango and grapefruit, Strata adds notes of sweet melon, summer berries, and bubblegum. We're obsessed.
It is time. Little Fire is our Smoked Helles carrying notes of fresh-baked bread, clean lager yeast, straw, and whispers of smoke. The Helles can do no wrong. This versatile lager is full of rich malt character but somehow snaps to a clean finish every time. We use it as a base for dry-hopped lagers, a variety of wood-aging techniques, and, in this case, a kiss of smoke. Woodpile: stacked ✅🪵 Fridge: stocked ✅🧊 Marshmallow sticks: whittled ✅🔥 Get it.
Decaf Cold Brew? You better believe it. Our love of coffee is deeper than an eye-opening buzz, which is why we use a blend of Mexican and Ethiopian beans that undergo a natural water process to remove the caffeine. This natural process sacrifices nothing in flavor; it carries notes of bright citrus and mellow chocolate. It's so, so tasty.
We also have a limited number of our latest Single Origin release available in whole bean form. This blend of SL28, Ruiru 11, and Batian beans delivers a cohesive and robust cup, encapsulating all that Kenyan terroir has to offer. Served piping hot, we're greeted with tart blackcurrant notes that give way to a pleasant acidity and juicy pomegranate that lingers on the palate. This special release is equally suited for a momentary pause on a busy morning or as a rich accompaniment to after-dinner sweets.
Sourced from a variety of growers at the Kamwangi Washing Station in Kenya, our latest Single Origin is rich with notes of blackcurrant and pomegranate. Through extensive cupping sessions, we landed on a blend of SL28, Ruiru 11, and Batian, all three hailing from volcanic soils at the highest elevations of the Kirinyaga region. These beans showcase what Kenyan coffee is known for: bright acidity, a savory finish, and layers of fruity notes. Each cherry underwent the same process once harvested. After being de-pulped and washed, the cherries are fermented for 24 hours and then washed once more, totaling 72 hours for the entire process. The more we learn from these farmers, the more meaningful our role in the journey becomes. 🌱 Farm ➡️ 🌳🏠 Roastery ➡️ ☕ Your Cup

Merch been on fire lately. Shark Jersey's drop today at the Cape. The Brown Jersey's are in Charlton and online. And the Green Jersey's are in Tewksbury. Get after it.
The American diner deserves its own beer 🥞🍌🍳 Wafflenanner is brewed with Grade-A maple syrup, a deliciously chewy malt bill, and banana purée! We also use an experimental hop variety, HBC-638, which carries uncanny notes of creamy banana ice cream. It's got it all, folks: classic New England ingredients, hop science, real fruit, and a little bit of Tree House magic. Not everyone loves bananas, but for those who do, you're in for a treat.
