Happy days - today we release Solitude, our dry-hopped Marzën. German Pilsner, Munich, Cara Munich, and Vienna malts make for a hefty backbone for a charge of hops. While still carrying all the traditional notes of caramel, honey, toasted nuttiness, and bread crust, an addition of Tettnang hops lends layers of noble spice. If your summer was anything like ours, it was packed to the absolute brim. There's a welcome pressure to make the most of our short summers, and by the end of it we're ready to slow down and take a moment for ourselves. A moment of Solitude, if you will.

Pineapple enthusiasts, rejoice: fresh Green is here. Share it with someone you can always lean on. But share judiciously, because Green works a quiet magic, turning everyone whose palate it touches into a devoted IPA drinker. We accept no responsibility for the converts you create. Grab an extra four-pack; you'll need it.
The goat of canned cocktails is back! 🍓🍓🍓🌿 We pack this summer sipper with buckets of wild strawberries and just the right amount of basil to balance their sweet berry notes. When you're dealing with bright and delicate flavors like this, you don't want to detract from them with a super-boozy base. Our House Vodka is renowned in part because of its ability to simply disappear when other flavors take the spotlight. It's a well-refined labor of love, made entirely in-house with local grains in every batch. Don't sleep - it's been hard to keep this beauty in stock this summer.

It's been three whole years since we've seen this Rauchbier. 🔥🏕️ Utilizing wood-smoked malts in the grist, it carries aromas of toffee, campfire smoke, smoked honey, and a roasted nuttiness that drift above the glass. The whiff of campfire that greets you while pouring beers like this recalls an older chapter in brewing history. Before indirect-heated kilns became widespread, malt was often dried over wood, straw, or coal fires, allowing traces of smoke to carry into the finished beer. Here, that first robust note is quickly overtaken by sweet maltiness, which gives way to a crisp finish. It’s a beer that never wears out its welcome.
Hops with a crown of white foam and decadence. Ladies and gentlemen, the King. Every time feels like the first time.
Hats off to the production crew for a fresh batch of Haze. Hats and Haze dropping today.
Blue Raspberry Seltzer 🤯 Butterfly pea flowers give this seltzer its pleasing blue hue, but with a spritz of lemon, it turns royal purple! This natural effect is due to the drop in pH and its effect on the molecular structure of the pigments extracted from the flowers. It's one of our favorite seltzers as a base for mixed drinks, with a garnish of lemon for a little magic show halfway through the glass. 🪄🦋
Codder bursts with notes of juicy peaches and thirst-quenching hibiscus. This guy is CRISP. Steeped hibiscus flowers create its blush color and add a flash of tang to its sweet summery notes, making Codder oh-so-crushable. Bet you can't drink just one.

We've been busy bees designing a beautiful selection of new women's tees! 🐝🌸 You can find them all online now and scattered about Tree House-land while they last. Keep an eye out for fall drops coming soon. #flowerfriday
Creamsicle Peach is Julius ' conditioned on heaps of real vanilla beans and peach purée! This new exploration in our Creamsicle series is super creamy, mellow, juicy, and ripe with delicious, novel flavor. We hope it finds you on a hot afternoon.
👊 💥 This Triple IPA uses a touch of milk sugar for a creamy mouthfeel and a tropical hop blend leaning heavily on Galaxy. It bursts with notes of pineapple, papaya, passionfruit, OJ, and mango! It might be a Triple, but no training required; this one is a big, friendly juice bomb. It's been three years since we last brewed Juicebox Brawler. The archive is now so deep that every week it feels like we're breaking out the deepest cuts. Get after it!
🚚🍬🚛🍭🚢🍬 Mega Treat is en route. The flavor of our Treat series can only be described as "hop candy." We take our most tropical lots and, through a series of cold-side processes, pull out all the juicy flavor with almost no bitterness. We had to double-check, but indeed it has been over a year since we last had this gem. Don't miss it!
Triple your Julius, triple your fun. Julius gone wildly hoppy with the same ABV and famous creaminess. 🍊🍊🍊
A beer that belongs at the farm. For the first time, one of our favorite Milk Stouts is available in Woodstock. Brewed and conditioned with coffee, chocolate, and dark amber maple syrup, it carries waves of roasty cocoa notes and chocolate-covered maple cream candies. As we've grown as a brewery, we've slowly collected all the materials an artist could ask for: the best equipment; malt and hops from all over the world; our own coffee, dialed in to our beers' specific profiles; and a farm of our very own fruit. It affords our team the creative freedom to create beers for every occasion and mood. We love beer at concerts and cookouts, split between old friends, or enjoyed during a quiet moment to take stock of our improbably fortunate lives. This is one of those beers, meant to be shared with a good view or stowed away for a future moment of clarity. Happy days.
The summer of love and of Latte continues. Cinnamon Bun Oat Latte starts with a chocolatey cold brew, oat milk, and our homemade syrup! These small-batch syrups are made by hand by our coffee team, fresh for each batch. Real cinnamon sticks, vanilla, and dark brown sugar combine in this sweet and cozy treat! Love is in the air. So is cinnamon.

The only thing at the farm that doesn't grow on trees 🧡 We could tell you all about our lovely little escape from the modern world, but we'd rather show you. 1. Type in Tree House Farm Brewery into your Map app. 2. Hit satellite mode 3. Picture yourself there, sipping on Julius, with nowhere else to be.
Endless Curiosity. Our favorite Citra lots lend notes of freshly zested citrus and sweet mango to its hop-saturated body. We then blended in two relative newcomers, Alora and Dolcita, which burst with aromas of peach jam, honeydew melon, and coconut cream popsicles. Our longtime collaborator Keever illustrated this can, providing a peak into the brains behind the juice machine. Don't miss it! @keever
After a four year wait - a fresh batch of Double Nectarous Peach! 🪜🌳 The best fruit is at the tippy top. Double Nectarous Peach is a Double IPA conditioned on fresh peach puree! It bursts with notes of peach crumble, orange creamsicle, tropical fruit salad, and mango cream. We blend some of our favorite tropical hops and add a dash of milk sugar during the boil, which creates a smooth and creamy body. Worth the climb.
⛈️ 🌩️ 🌧️ A Citra and Simcoe stormfront collides in Super Typhoon! Massive amounts of two legendary hops create pungent passionfruit notes and a zing of orange sherbet. Take shelter accordingly.
*Bites hand. We also bottled a limited amount of this batch. 🥾⛰️ When it comes to traditional beers, a bit of reverence is in order. It just feels right popping the cap off this gem.
A fresh batch of Nomad is about the best way to start the day's releases. Nomad is a cornerstone of our Lager program: a Dark Czech Lager layered with notes of toasted bread, caramelized malt, dark chocolate, and a touch of roasted coffee. “Complex grain bill” is a phrase we use often, and Nomad is a true representation of what we mean. A layered combination of malt varieties creates remarkable depth and richness without leaning into intense roastiness. The result is a deeply flavorful beer that finishes with the crispness and drinkability you might expect from a much lighter lager. Nomad forever.

Every time we reach the precipice, we push ourselves a little further. Liquid Greenest Green takes Green to the limits of hoppy territory. The addition of liquid Galaxy extract essentially increases our already staggering pounds per barrel without adding bitterness, and truly punches the senses with ripe passionfruit and juicy pineapple notes. Gotta have it.
Super Saturated is a blast of tropical aromas, swirling with notes of mango juice, orange marmalade, and pulpy orange juice! Even with our cold-hopping processes, there still needs to be a sweet balance. For this beer, we utilize Mango Simple Syrup, Golden Syrup, and Orange Blossom Honey! These sweet additions add layers of floral aromas, but due to their high fermentability, they don't come across as syrupy or cloying. It's an incredibly smooth beer with intense tropical saturation. 🌈🌴🌴🌈
Our Citra and Nelson Pale Ale is back. Our favorite hand-selected lots go into the making of this beer and, when combined, create a juicy, blissful profile greater than the sum of its parts. How lucky are we to find exactly who we need in this life? ❤️
Ice-cold, on-the-go, get-it-done-ifier. Monochrome is anything but ordinary, crafted for the everyday coffee drinker.
Easy-peasy espresso ☕️🍫🫐☕️ Our espresso blend is a cascade of chocolate and berry notes from washed and naturally processed Central American beans. Carefully crafted, roasted, and enjoyed liberally by our entire crew. Paragon.

It was five years ago today, August 18th, 2021, that we first introduced our Classics Bar in Charlton with this photo. That energy now spreads to bars in eight locations across Tree House-land. Pursuing classic styles has a long history at Tree House. Beginning with Old Man, our Extra Special Bitter, and Cleona, our Irish Red Ale, over fifteen years ago, we've been chasing the perfect expression of these styles since our early days of homebrewing in the kitchen. The Classics Bar is home to some of our proudest work. Each beer is a passion project and an expression of our love for brewing and the never-ending search for a perfect pint. It's where you find staff when they punch out, and hopefully where we'll find you soon. See you out there.
Pucker Mixed Fruit!!! 🥭🍑🥭💗 Our juicy Sour IPA returns with a brand-new blend of fruits. With a flash of tang across the palate, we get hop-saturated tropical notes and then a splash of sweet fruitiness from mango, peach, and passionfruit purée! Much like our Tart series of beers, we aren't trying to make the most sour "Sour" of them all. These beers have all the Tree House hoppiness with a zing of thirst-quenching tartness throughout. 🥳
Green 📈💚 The Greenest Green hits with overwhelming notes of pineapple and tropical fruit from a massive dry-hop. Finishing with a sharp but short-lived bitterness, it retains beautiful balance in spite of the hop onslaught it brings. Somewhere along the line in our Find the Limit series, we made a note to ourselves that went something like, “Green!!!!!” We were in the thick of exploring the limits of hop saturation and realized that, with certain blends and pounds per barrel, the hoppy notes fell right between a fresh bag of hops and super-sweet, overripe pineapple. We stand by all five exclamation points.
