The beer you are holding celebrates the inaugural run of fresh beer from our Connecticut Farm Brewery and beautifully portrays the wholly unique Tree House profile we've worked so hard to refine and distinguish. Pouring a hazy yellow color with sticky foam clinging to the glass, tropical notes abound in this special release.
Leads with orange, citrus peel and mango; also grapefruit; hints of melon, berry and pine.

📡 🌩️ Tropical Hurricane has been spotted at the farm! It's a creamy, hop-saturated treat with a blast of papaya, melon, mandarin orange, and passionfruit throughout. This special rendition of our Hurricane series uses a special "thiolized" yeast strain. While similar to the yeasts we use in heavy rotation, it contains extra enzymes that break down thiols locked within malt and hop structure that usually go undetected by our noses. In practice, the fermenting beer carried intense passionfruit aromas before dry-hopping, giving it a juicy head start. We're taking in the late sunsets as much as we can in these last days of summer. The farm is stocked with all the usual suspects, as well as some specialty releases. Juicy Road and our Woodstock Anniversary beer are tasting incredible, and we have our tequila barrel-aged cider in bottles for pours and to-go. Come soak up the end of August in the quiet corner of Connecticut.
We're celebrating the 2nd anniversary of our Woodstock Farm Brewery in Woodstock, CT, with two very special Double IPAs. The reality of operating a farm, however idyllic it appears from our taproom, requires an enormous effort from a team willing to burn the candle at both ends. When our day's work is done and we peer out over the rolling hills filled with fruit trees, herbs, wildflowers, and grapevines inching their way up the trellis, it brings a new sense of meaning to the term "fruits of our labor.” Pouring a brilliant yellow color with pillowy white foam rising above the glass, Woodstock Anniversary Beer utilizes a novel yeast strain, bringing notes of apricots and tropical fruit. A copious dry hop of Pink, Peacharine, and Paradisi hops follows, imparting aromas of apple blossom honey, peach juice, creamy vanilla, and citrus zest.
