Coconut Cloud is Green conditioned on marshmallows and mellow, toasted coconut. Green bursts with notes of creamy pineapple sundaes, ice-cold pineapple rings, and passionfruit juice. Encircling its tropical hoppiness are waves of toasted macaroon aromas and layers of marshmallow notes throughout its fluffy body. Consider dessert handled.

Medley bursts with notes of fresh-squeezed oranges, clementines, and tangerines. Background notes of melon, pine, mango, and papaya wash over the palate and linger on its creamy finish. Just look at the color! Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic. These are just a few of the hops that find their way into a staggering number of our hoppy beers. Whether showcased on their own, paired together, or used as a supporting flourish beneath a new variety, they are indispensable to us. For that reason, we devote a great deal of effort to maintaining close relationships with our growers and travel to the source for hop selection, experiencing them firsthand throughout the harvest process. Medley is a beer that showcases our favorite lots of these standbys, blended in equal parts to create a hoppy fruit bowl of sorts. Consider it our thank-you note to four old friends.

🌳🪵 Lager yearns for the trees 🪵🌳 Oak House Lager is an American Light Lager made entirely with flaked corn and malt from our friends at Thrall Family Malt in north-central Connecticut. After primary fermentation, it rested in our oak foeder before a secondary conditioning in our horizontal cellar. If you aren't sure what we mean by "softening the beer's profile" as we often describe these oak-aged Lagers, try one side by side with the original. There's a round, mellow, and smooth body to oak-aged lager, balanced right at the end by a dry, slightly enhanced bitterness from its time in the wood. The trees, it turns out, love the Lager back.

⚙️🍑 🍋 🍍⚙️ Juice Press is a Double IPA featuring one of our most distinctive Citra expressions. Pouring a glowing orange hue, tropical notes erupt from a crest of frothy foam. Atop a creamy malt bill with subtle notes of honey, aromas of passionfruit popsicles, fresh-pressed juicing oranges, mango syrup, and lemon zest wash over the palate. You may be wondering what sets Juice Press apart, and why it demands a new series name altogether in a sea of Juice. Whereas most of our Tree House-style IPAs utilize hops in the kettle, whirlpool, and dry hop, Juice Press receives a mega mash hop charge in lieu of a kettle addition. This treatment breaks down chemical compounds locked within the hops, saturating our wort with precursors that our house yeast transforms into an incredibly juicy profile. And don't worry, we still dry-hopped it to the moon and back. Artwork by our longtime collaborator @keever 🙏🏻

Looks like it's gonna be another scorcher. Curiosity 161 is here to help ❄️ ☀️ Our first summer drop in the series carries a very special hop from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops. We were lucky enough to snag an experimental variety, HBC 1183, which we blended with a base of hand-selected hops from the same region. A vigorous pour unlocks potent aromas of pineapple syrup, candied Meyer lemon peel, and mangosteen, all fading into a soft, creamy finish with notes of citrus zest. Built for the heat. Summer's just getting started. Artwork by the inimitable @keever

🪸 🐠 🐟 🪸 Sea Dragon is a Pale Ale crafted with a hand-selected blend of Citra, Anchovy, and Idaho 7, lending notes of grapefruit, raspberry, ripe papaya, and bright pine. We're returning to our exploration of English Pearl malt, this time in the form of a fluffy Pale Ale. It lends a wonderful honey aroma that reminds us of the crust of a freshly baked loaf. We find it works really well as a supporting base for juicy hops, and its delicate character shines in this scaled-down offering within the series. Small in the series, big in the glass.

Joining our Cherry Magic Cold Brew is a limited whole-bean offering. This roast is bright and delicate, with a rich sweetness beneath the surface, and it shines when served hot. Set up a proper pour-over, and floral notes of amaretto rise with the steam, followed by juicy dark cherry cordial. A captivating expression of co-fermentation that reveals new layers with every sip. Worth the ritual.

2 photos: Cherry Magic Cold Brew 🪄🍒

Cherry Magic Cold Brew 🪄🍒 We've got a summer treat for you. Our exploration of juicy co-ferments continues with a crisp, refreshing cold brew carrying sweet, floral notes of amaretto and layers of cherry cordial. We've worked with brothers Shady and Elias Bayter of El Vergel Estate across several releases, including Pink Bourbon Cake and Pink Honey. They pioneered fermentation techniques like this one, always chasing new flavors and doing right by their community. This one's called Cherry Blossom, and aptly so. We roasted a collection of coffee cherries from the Colombian regions of Tolima, Huila, and Caldas. At El Vergel, the cherries undergo a 48-hour anaerobic pre-fermentation in plastic bags to initiate flavor development. Once de-pulped, the coffee stays in its mucilage and co-ferments with yeast and cherry flavors for five days, then dries in the sun before a final mechanical stage. It still astounds us how co-fermentation fuses flavors into the coffee, adding layers to beans that are already remarkable. Cold, crisp, and a little magic.

2 photos: New Cold Brew🚨

New Cold Brew🚨 Joining our infatuation with co-fermentation offerings is a more traditionally processed bean from one of our favorite producers: introducing El Naranjo. From the first sip to the last, expect waves of black cherry and maple syrup imparted by its unique fermentation and drying process. Colombia is known for its rich volcanic soil and shade-grown cultivation. But what really sets it apart from its neighboring countries is the alternation of wet and dry seasons, which allows Colombia to have two coffee harvests. Naranjo is one of the regions Tree House often sources from to find some of our favorite farms, producers, and varietals. We've been fortunate to work with Evelio Bados of El Naranjo since 2021, particularly with this white honey process. This process removes nearly 100% of the pulp, leaving a thin layer on the beans to dry, resulting in a sweeter, more complex, and slightly fruit-forward cup. Hard to make. Easy to drink.

We went into this summer excited about our big plans for our line-up of House-made canned cocktails, and so far, it has not disappointed. A few of the most popular ones - Wild Strawberry, Transfusion, Caddie Cooler - have sold through faster than we can make them. We haven't seen gaps in product availability like this since the early days of Charlton. On the one hand, it's amazing to see that so many of you have made them staples in your fridges. On the other, it's tough not to get you what you are after when you want it. But it's a good reminder of what makes them special. With sourced spirits, you just call the tanker truck. We'll never do that - ours take time, patience, and a team dedicated to making something you can't get anywhere else. The good news is that the supply-constraint window is short, and we're nearly through it. If you have a favorite, do not wait to stock up, because they do come and go, and making them again is never guaranteed or easy. Thank you for putting your trust in us to make your day a little bit better - we aren't slowing down any time soon.

Gather round, ladies and gents, the show is about to begin 🎪🎭🤹‍♂️ Illusionary is a Double IPA with a blend of pungent New Zealand hops! It bursts with notes of guava popsicles, juicy mango, ripe apricot, and summer berries. Illusion has always carried a little magic, the thrill of not knowing quite how it's done. Eggers X is the same kind of trick, a hop that reveals itself one bright, impossible note at a time. The trick is, it's real. It’s good to have friends in hoppy places.

Back from a three-year hiatus: Mega Radiant! ☀️😌🍑 Mega Radiant is our most intense rendition of our Radiant series. Brewed with an enormous dose of peach purée and an amplified blend of our favorite American hops, Mega Radiant pours a glowing orange in the glass and delivers overwhelming, juicy flavors of ripe peach, mango sorbet, Sunkist, and sticky tropical fruit. It's such a gem, and we're delighted to have it back!

🐻🌲⛰️ Queen of the Tetons is a light and delicious Cream Ale made with heaps of a grizzly’s favorite snack: huckleberries. Pouring a light golden color, aromas of fresh-baked rolls and sweet huckleberry jam rise from the glass. Notes of dark, juicy berry compote cover the palate before a clean, dry finish. Cream Ales came about as a uniquely American beer style in the mid-1800s. They offered notes of sweet grain and a crisp, soft quality from cold conditioning. For this Cream Ale, we wanted to highlight the intersection of baking and brewing: both rely on great grain and healthy yeast. With the flavor of fresh-baked Parker rolls and golden-crusted loaves in mind, we thought we’d add to the beer exactly what we’d want on toasted bread: a thick spread of huckleberry jam 😋

The Tree House Transfusion is back. 💜 With a splash of ginger and savory thyme, it’s an incredibly balanced sipper that’s proudly New England in construction and in its juicy profile.

Summer is margarita season 💃🍈 Enjoy our own agave spirit, Casa de Arbol, a touch of agave syrup, and bubbly - right out of the can or over ice with a salted rim. It’s just the best getting home from work and having a few hours of sunshine left in the day. We don’t need much more of an excuse to take a seat and enjoy an exceptional cocktail.

We make this seltzer the same way we make our Creamsicle line of beers, with heaps of fresh vanilla beans bagged up and placed in our stainless steel brite cellar for conditioning. The slightly copper-orange color, soft but spritzy carbonation, and creamy orange flavor are all the result of the real deal. 🍊🍦

Tree House Coffee has been dreaming of this one from the get-go... Diego Bermudez is a world-renowned producer from Cauca, Colombia, who has been redefining the standard in coffee processing since 2008. Today's release, Gesha Luna, named after one of Diego's daughters, is an exceptional result of the pioneering innovation and the visionary work of Finca El Paraiso. In the cup, you'll find vibrant oolong florals and a grape jelly sweetness. 🍵🌿🍇 His scientific approach to controlled fermentation and his dedication to precision quickly positioned Diego and his family as masters of the industry. To say that Tree House is beyond elated to be able to source this coffee directly from his farm at Finca El Paraiso is an understatement. These Gesha coffee cherries were first handpicked and sorted for ripeness. Any overripe cherries were placed in anaerobic tanks to ferment for 12 hours, followed by pulping, then an additional 48-hour fermentation with a Gesha yeast culture extracted from its own cherry juice. The coffee was then sealed using a thermal shock-washing process to lock in expressive aromatics and silky textures before drying and stabilization. This is an incredibly complex and delightful cup that is not to be missed. It is available both online and in-store.

A little Charlton treat this afternoon. . . Zwickelbier on cask! We dry-hopped this special offering with Lorien hops, lending notes of fresh wildflowers, lime zest, honeydew melon, and a touch of noble spice to its soft body. Zwickelbier is an unfiltered, naturally cloudy lager traditionally drawn directly from the lagering tank before full clarification or carbonation, showcasing the beer in its freshest, most raw form. That said, compared to modern ales, these are still relatively clear. We love this style for its soft malt character and gentler hop expression than its clarified counterparts. The yeast left in suspension adds layers of fruity esters rarely captured in a German lager. It's a great afternoon to enjoy it.
