Just look at the color! Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic. These are just a few of the hops that find their way into a staggering number of our hoppy beers. Whether showcased on their own, paired together, or used as a supporting flourish beneath a new variety, they are indispensable to us. For that reason, we devote a great deal of effort to maintaining close relationships with our growers and travel to the source for hop selection, experiencing them firsthand throughout the harvest process. Medley is a beer that showcases our favorite lots of these standbys, blended in equal parts to create a hoppy fruit bowl of sorts. Consider it our thank-you note to four old friends.
