🐻🌲⛰️ Queen of the Tetons is a light and delicious Cream Ale made with heaps of a grizzly’s favorite snack: huckleberries. Pouring a light golden color, aromas of fresh-baked rolls and sweet huckleberry jam rise from the glass. Notes of dark, juicy berry compote cover the palate before a clean, dry finish. Cream Ales came about as a uniquely American beer style in the mid-1800s. They offered notes of sweet grain and a crisp, soft quality from cold conditioning. For this Cream Ale, we wanted to highlight the intersection of baking and brewing: both rely on great grain and healthy yeast. With the flavor of fresh-baked Parker rolls and golden-crusted loaves in mind, we thought we’d add to the beer exactly what we’d want on toasted bread: a thick spread of huckleberry jam 😋
We're super excited about this beer. The Boss! This new rendition of Big Bear is conditioned on maple black tea. Pouring a dark color with a head of coffee-colored foam, the aromas of brown bread, caramel, dried fruits, and earthy American hops greet the senses. On top of this robust introduction are mellow notes of maple sugar candies, Irish breakfast tea, and a hint of citrus that lingers on the palate. We have a few Grizzly enthusiasts in our ranks, if you couldn't tell from our recurring beer Queen of the Tetons. This beer honors another famous bear from our national parks, "the Boss", who is so beastly he's survived being struck by not one but two trains. His story is worth a dive on Wikipedia while you sip on this robust American Brown. More to come!
Queen of the Tetons is a Cream Ale made with a generous helping of huckleberries. These berries are virtually unknown outside of the Northwest, and we've fallen in love with them on our hop selection travels. Their flavor is rich, jammy, and somewhere between a blueberry and a raspberry; it's the perfectly subtle complement to a crisp and doughy Cream Ale. If you don't know the story of the grizzly this beer is named after, crack a can and go down a YouTube rabbit hole. #productphotography #productphotodaily #photography #craftbeer #treehousebrewing #beergram #beerstagram #beersandcameras #beerlover #beerbeerbeer #beerme #beergeek #beertography #beernerd #fujifilm #gfx100II @fujifilmx_us@profoto
Queen of the Tetons, Queen of Tree House. Our apologies to Julius the shark and Clawdia the lobster, but the Tree House Teddy Bear is the cutest Tree House stuffed animal.

Grizzly 399, born in Pilgrim Creek, Wyoming, was above all else a mother: fearsome as they come, but cautious of dangers on the edge of her periphery. Raising 22 cubs over her wondrous life, she adapted in ways never before seen: following hunters for the discarded sustenance of their trophies, making her way to tourist areas to keep wary male suitors at a distance, and even teaching her cubs to look both ways before crossing our roads. This legendary bear left us two legacies that we celebrate with this beer: progeny and protection. Not only will her spirit be carried on through her cubs lives, but her fame brought attention to the importance of the Grizzly within these ecosystems.
