Sea Dragon is a Pale Ale that pours a golden color with a crest of foam above the glass. We return again to the English Pearl malt for its sweet and doughy characteristics, wonderfully displayed in this fluffy body. A hand-selected blend of Citra, Anchovy, and Idaho 7 lends notes of grapefruit, raspberry, ripe papaya, and bright pine.
Leads with grapefruit; also papaya, berry and pine. Feels pillowy.

🪸 🐠 🐟 🪸 Sea Dragon is a Pale Ale crafted with a hand-selected blend of Citra, Anchovy, and Idaho 7, lending notes of grapefruit, raspberry, ripe papaya, and bright pine. We're returning to our exploration of English Pearl malt, this time in the form of a fluffy Pale Ale. It lends a wonderful honey aroma that reminds us of the crust of a freshly baked loaf. We find it works really well as a supporting base for juicy hops, and its delicate character shines in this scaled-down offering within the series. Small in the series, big in the glass.
