Shark Tooth sweeps us off our feet with notes of pine sap, dank hop yards, dark summer berries, and bright lime. We have a small lineup of beers that feature the iconic base malt 'Pearl' - a sweet, doughy English base malt. There is something special about its light, fluffy character; it supports a heavy charge of hops while still letting the hops shine through from start to finish on the palate. Floating atop this malty foundation is a unique hoppy bite from a blend of Colorado and New Zealand hops 🦈🍺 A huge joy of craft beer is nuance - the whispers of character difference that permeate ingredients grown in different places with different climates and harvesting practices and post-harvest treatment. Shark Tooth is the latest in a lifelong journey to discover pockets of originality in a well-worn endeavor. We just love it.
One farm and one hop, selected by hand at the source. Welcome Rock is a Single IPA crafted to share our love for New Zealand and our friends at Garston Hops (@garstonhops). Motueka bursts with notes of lemon jam, limeade, and juicy blueberries, finishing with a pleasantly bitter edge. The image on this can is a stone’s throw from their farm, high on the hill above little Garston at a place called Welcome Rock - a spot we’ve grown fond of for a well-earned beer after a long day of hop selection.
The Three Sisters Guava is a Sour Saison carrying notes of bread crust, ripe guava, and hints of orchard fruits. Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops contribute complementary notes of garden herbs, noble spice, and lemon tea. In search of a warm-weather refresher, we looked to the historical Saison, a beer traditionally meant to accompany a moment of rest at the end of the day’s work. Ours greets the palate from several angles: a gentle tartness offers a thirst-quenching lift, while soft malt character and noble hops lend a light floral touch. The addition of guava rounds it out with a mellow, juicy sweetness. Balanced, thoughtful, and effortlessly drinkable, it’s an everyday beer crafted with care for the whole experience.
I think I've seen you somewhere? Doppelganger is an amplified version of Alter Ego; the malt bill is identical to our family of Julius beers, but uses a completely different hop combination. Strangely familiar and oh so juicy. 💙🩵🫐🥭🍑🩵💙 Do we make Doppelganger enough? Feels pretty rare these days.
Mochachrome is a thoughtful and intentional marriage of our cold brew coffee and all-natural cacao. This rendition of Monochrome Cold Brew is conditioned on Ecuadorian cacao nibs for a week before being packaged, imparting rich notes of hot cocoa, baker’s chocolate, and dark chocolate bars. In between its roasty aroma and rich finish are notes of fudge and walnut from our flagship blend. Rarely is something so rich in flavor while retaining a refreshing lightness. It is a uniquely delicious cold brew that we'd love for you to try.
Tree House Cold Brew. 🎯 Today we have a fresh batch of Big Star: a beacon in our constellation of Cold Brew offerings.🌟 It is delicate and crisp, with notes of sweet milk chocolate, amaretto, and pear, balanced by a nougat-like body and pleasant acidity. This proprietary blend of beans is produced specifically for Tree House by our growing partners, Pablo and Eva Del Cid. The consistency from season to season is the result of the symbiotic relationship we have forged with these incredible growers.

Juicy Machine goes to the guava spa. Our Juicy Machine approach brings out the softer side of hops. On top of our juiciest hop lots, we added buckets of creamy guava purée for this tropical joy in a glass.
Juicy. ✅ Juicy. ✅ Juicy. ✅ Juicy. ✅ We have all our bases covered, for you.
He’s just a little guy 🌿. Little Fern is a New Zealand–style IPA brewed with a slew of juicy hops. Peacharine, Nelson, Taiheke, and Waimea burst with notes of citrus, peach, lime, and white grape. This is our only Fern series release featuring Taiheke hops, a variety that fits perfectly with the series’ focus on terroir. Its lineage is cross-continental, consisting of American Cascade, English Fuggles, and the Russian variety Serebrianka. Through countless generations, its characteristics still carry the pine and spice notes of its predecessors, along with a distinct, fruity, lime-like quality shared by many New Zealand hops. It’s a wonderful addition to this approachable Single IPA within the series.
When there are fewer ingredients than you can count on one hand, they better be great. Our agave spirit, Casa de Arbol, is blended with grapefruit and agave syrup to make a perfect Paloma. Bubbly and delightful right out of the can or over ice.
The Tom Collins is usually found in the classics section of any cocktail menu, and it’s so good that it hasn’t changed much since its debut in the 1870s. We blend our punchy Percy’s Gin with lemon, simple syrup, and lightly carbonated water. No need to reinvent the wheel, great Gin and simple ingredients are all we need. It's a sleeper favorite - we encourage you to try it, even if gin is not normally your thing. It may surprise you!

The King of kings. This absolute beast of a beer is an amplified version of an already bona fide juice bomb. Hop-saturated from increased kettle and dry-hop charges, it bursts with mango nectar, sugary orange juice, and grapefruit hard candy. Despite our hoppy adulations, this isn’t an attempt to blast your palate into the stratosphere; it’s incredibly smooth and creamy, inviting sip after sip.
Juicier, happier, more productive. Pouring a glowing yellow with a thick sea of foam atop it, Radiohaze delivers a novel yet familiar Double IPA experience. Building off Haze’s unparalleled smoothness, notes of sweet summer peaches and dank, overripe papaya swirl in the glass. We then added a blend from some of our favorite New Zealand growers, lending notes of grapefruit shaved ice, piney mango juice, apricot jam, and lychee hard candies. We like to think of this as a rare “B-side” of Haze’s original pressing.
Pamiątka is our Polish Lager, meticulously brewed according to tradition. Utilizing authentic Polish Lubelski and Izabella hops, it carries subtle aromas of bergamot zest, lemon verbena, and citrus tea. Influenced by its neighbors, Germany and the Czech Republic, Polish Pilsners are incredibly clean and zippy. While they get less attention than other brewing traditions, we’ve been enamored with their minerality and supremely refreshing quality. Like so many of our lagers, Pamiątka is an expression of terroir. This beer especially reflects that ethos, as it utilizes regional grain, mimics their water profile, and is brewed with two authentic Polish hop varieties. We hope this easygoing Lager accompanies you in those moments when time slows and lingers a little longer with those you love.
Massachusetts’ finest. Cranberry Lime Seltzer is one of our most refreshing offerings. Notes of bright, zesty lime and tart thirst-quenching cranberry dance atop its zippy bubbles.
Whoa, ginger ale made with real ginger. This classic soda is not the one you’ll find on the shelves. We use ginger root, ginger extract, and ginger purée, giving it a zing of heat and plenty of sweetness from real cane sugar.

We’re flush with local vendors, shops, and hopefully your collection! All ages welcome - no tickets or entry fee required. Haze Blossoms 🌸🌼🌻🌺 Haze’s signature peachy profile is given an extra charge of citrus zest from Citra and Cascade, conjuring the sweet aroma of blossoming orchards. We then introduce New York–grown Vista hops, whose floral notes add layers of honeysuckle, orange blossom, and white peach tea. Even in our short time in Saratoga, NY, its hop-growing heritage has left a meaningful impression on us as brewers. We’ve used various crops of Vista before, but never in our core beer, Haze. Despite being a heavily hopped Double IPA, there’s still plenty of room for nuance, and its stonefruit character works wonderfully with Vista’s delicate qualities. As spring slowly makes its way up from the southern edge of New England, we’ll be drinking this beer as we greet the first flowers.
Every time feels like the first time. As the Juice now enters its 12th year, it's tasting better than ever, with overripe, saturated notes of pineapple and citrus, all wrapped in a fluffy, pillowy body. Sometimes we'll go a few weeks without sampling the Juice, and the further apart those samplings are, the easier it is to forget just how damn good this beer is.
Today was a good day 🎶 That’s how we feel after popping a can of this West Coast beauty. California Dreamin' utilizes a novel blend of Cascade, Mosaic, and Strata hops, leading with aromas of lemon jam, blueberries, and strawberry bubblegum. These juicy aromas by no means overpower its malty backbone, which presents wonderful caramel notes before giving way to the snappiness of a piney, bitter finish. Insanely great draft beer. Even better from the can. California - all the leaves are green, and the sky is blue.
Trail Citra. 🍊 It’s one of our most popular dry-hopped Pilsners, and for good reason. Citra’s orange and mango notes are a welcome addition to a crushable base beer such as Trail. In our vast library of hops, Citra offers one of the widest ranges of expression, with variation across crop years, growers, individual lot selections, and terroir. That depth gives us a deep well to pull from when blending, whether we’re building out a single-hop charge or dialing in a very specific note we want to express. In a clean Pilsner like this, there’s nowhere to hide, so that precision matters. Trail Citra is our way of showcasing just how dynamic one hop can be when placed on a crisp, refined canvas. The world of craft beer is constantly evolving, slipping back into nostalgia, and breaking new ground. Something that has never changed, however, is a love of great hops and a perfectly executed lager.

Man. . . Juice Machine Guava Peach is a rendition of Juice Machine conditioned atop literal buckets of fresh guava and peach purée! We were talking about the softest, dreamiest, juiciest fruits, and our robot must have been listening. We used to only offer this on tap in Charlton, but it's too good not to share in cans. Run, don't walk.
The tool is as useful as the mind that weilds it. Our newest Juicy Single IPA delivers vibrant notes of tangerine jam, fresh orange juice, grapefruit candy, and mango nectar! Keep thinking utilizes a special crop of hops that underwent a variety of post-harvest processes to release intense aromatics. This project slowly took shape in our minds and is the culmination of years of hands-on experience selecting hops, working with growers, and imagining how small adjustments could yield huge results in finished beer. Like Prestige before it, it carries a legitimate 'wow' factor. The machine doesn't have sleepless nights... No taste, no instinct, no conviction. It's fast, relentless, tireless. And capable of things we couldn't dream of five years ago. But you are the one who dreams. The machine has no stakes, nothing to lose. It doesn't care if the work is meaningful or empty. You do. It's the whole point. Keep thinking.
Pure Oregon leads with notes of grapefruit gummies, mango smoothies, and orange popsicles from a special lot of hops that underwent a variety of novel post-harvest processes. Following behind are notes of blueberry jam, red currant, and an earthy dankness from hand-selected lots of Mosaic and Strata. If you look at the tabs open on our brewhouse computer, it’s most likely a mixture of recipes, malt and hop suppliers, and endless travel videos. Recently, we've been reminiscing about our stops in Oregon, which sparked this juicy drop. Oregon is almost undefinable, holding varied landscapes that seem to have no business existing together. Mountains that once roiled and spewed molten rivers are quieter these days, snowcapped and windworn. The sea crashes against walls of green on the coast, with spruce and hemlock standing sentinel behind the cliffs. Below all this, the air is stripped of its weight, and the earth cracks in the desert sun. It is all here for the adventurous soul. The images on these cans were taken as part of our hop selection journey in the late summer of 2019 on 35mm film, Porta 400, to be precise. There's something about film that remembers a place better than we do. The grain, warmth, and soft imperfection elicit genuine nostalgia. Six years later, those frames still carry the weight of that trip and do the heavy lifting of bridging a small gap of time that feels like an eternity. We hope you enjoy the images as you enjoy the beer.
We diverted a small portion of our recent batch of Trail to a tank loaded with Wai-iti hops. Following a lengthy conditioning, it is as bright, juicy, and aromatic as they come. As the mountains of foam settle into a sticky lace in your glass, notes of citrus zest, floral peach, and juicy apricot rise into the air. We are New Zealand hop fanatics, but even for those of you following our Southern Hemisphere series closely, you may have missed this rare hop. We’ve used it in blends before, but never showcased it on its own. When we want a clear expression of a hop’s range, there are few better ways than placing it neatly upon the canvas of a clean Pilsner. Beers like this are truly educational; they're an unadulterated expression of hoppiness. It is just awesome.
