Pamiątka is our Polish Lager, meticulously brewed according to tradition. Utilizing authentic Polish Lubelski and Izabella hops, it carries subtle aromas of bergamot zest, lemon verbena, and citrus tea. Influenced by its neighbors, Germany and the Czech Republic, Polish Pilsners are incredibly clean and zippy. While they get less attention than other brewing traditions, we’ve been enamored with their minerality and supremely refreshing quality. Like so many of our lagers, Pamiątka is an expression of terroir. This beer especially reflects that ethos, as it utilizes regional grain, mimics their water profile, and is brewed with two authentic Polish hop varieties.
