Big day = Big Peach It's simple - a very peachy beer receives a very peachy dose of purée, and it is magnificent.

⚠️ Sorbet King Creamsicle ⚠️ Our hop-saturated King Creamsicle is conditioned on our two most mellow tropical ingredients: sticky guava puree and mounds of freshly macerated vanilla beans. The melding of its hop oil-saturated body, fluffy mouthfeel, and sweet aroma makes for a Double IPA like no other.
Beneath Razzy’s sweet raspberry aroma lies some pretty cool science. Butterfly pea flowers are rich in antioxidants and a compound called anthocyanins, which give them their brilliant blue hue. When you pour it into your glass and add a spritz of lemon, the shift in acidity transforms its color from blue to royal purple right before your eyes. It’s a refreshing, hydrating treat and even better when mixed with a spirit to create a vibrant cocktail!
Today, we have another Tree House soda fountain favorite hitting cans: Cherry Soda! No caffeine, made with real sugar and buckets of cherry purée. It's just tasty.
1978 vs. 2026 - we'll talk about it for a generation. Here's a little way to remember it! Stay tuned, gang, we have a lot to catch up on.

Week days, too, let’s be honest. But the weekend is a bit sweeter. See you here.
Juice of the Kings 🎺🎺🎺 This little number is an exploration of King Julius put through our cold-hopping Juice Project procedure. And what a little number it is. Through aggressive cold hopping, notes of mango smoothies, grapefruit gummies, orange popsicles, and citrus hard candies come to life. A secondary addition of hop extract provides an intense aromatic lift atop its creamy, fruit-forward profile. Artwork by the inimitable @keever!
When the cold seems to seep into our very bones, these are the beers we turn to. Catharsis is an American Porter that carries notes of cocoa powder, fudge, and caramel-filled dark chocolates. While rich in flavor, it’s an easy-drinking beer with a creamy body; it’s wonderful fresh but evolves beautifully over time if you want to stow some away until next year. Full stop, it is one of our favorite beers that we make, and a fresh batch feels like Christmas.
Everything you love about House Latte, layered with comforting vanilla notes. To create this fresh and flavorful morning sipper, we scour mountains of fresh vanilla beans and infuse them into our roasty cold brew, creating a smooth and indulgent expression of a café classic.
We just turned your fridge into your favorite cafe 🪄✨. When it comes to creamy beverages, House Latte is our gold standard. Silky smooth, sweetened with cane sugar, and carrying rich, roasty notes from our fresh cold brew.

Focus on the Dark is a massive Quadruple IPA. A sister beer to Focus on the Light, this rendition is crafted with Citra and El Dorado hops, bursting with notes of grapefruit candy, piney mango, pineapple juice, and watermelon sherbet. Each sip reveals layers of flavor that unfold over a smooth, velvety texture, making it a pleasure to drink despite its heft. It's intense. 🖤
Prestige Cuvée is an expression of Citra like never before. This creamy, Tree House–style IPA carries aromas of fresh-squeezed grapefruit, tender Champagne mangoes, and sugary, farm-fresh orange juice, finishing with a bitterness that is firm yet gentle. There’s a lot of backstory to this special release, some of it secret and some of it we’re happy to divulge. The catalyst for this project was born of two of our guiding principles: never be satisfied with complacency and strive to control every variable in our process. With that in mind, what makes this beer special takes place long before we fire up the brew kettles; our beer begins in the hop yard. This past year, we spent time with Coleman Farms deliberately altering a variety of post-harvest processes to amplify specific characteristics singular to our hoppy beers. Growing hops is a science unto itself: soil, sunlight, harvest techniques, kiln processing, and storage all leave their mark on a hop’s flavor and aroma. We’d like to thank @Colemanagriculture for taking the time to collaborate with us on this special project; we’re happy to report that this careful and creative partnership yielded stunning results. For the love of hops and the almighty Citra ❤️
Little Peachy Machine! Light body ✅ Juicy hops ✅ Extra juice for good measure ✅ This beer is a reminder that there is such a thing as summer, lest we forget.
The celebration of Bright continues with an absolute ripper: OG Bright in Woodstock! We didn’t want to leave our Fermentory out of the festivities, so we brought back the original original Bright recipe. Brewed with 100% Mosaic hops, you can expect notes of mango nectar, wild blueberries, and tropical zest. Simple place, simple label - it really pops when it is stripped down to the bare essentials. Farm life is tasting mighty fine; come hang and get a taste of Tree House history.
📢 📢 📢 New Bright Alert 📢 📢 📢 It’s all in the name. Bright Peacharine is snappy and crisp, delivering waves of sweet peach and nectarine flavors before a refreshingly bitter finish. Peacharine is one of the most stone fruit–forward hops on the planet. We spend a great deal of time hand-selecting our favorite lots when we travel to New Zealand. We love it so much that we incorporated it into Jubilee, one of the rare additions to our family of core beers. We thought it was about time it got a little crispier in a batch of Bright!
We've got a big Thursday ahead, gang, and we're kicking it off with some Tropical nano-tech. Little Machine! Little Machine takes the same Juice Machine process and applies it to a light, fluffy Pale Ale. When it comes to the juicy side of hops, few surpass this little robot. There’s virtually no bitterness behind a wave of fruit-forward, hop-saturated aromas. Yum.

Gratitude, always. These beauties are free with can orders right now while supplies last. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
We cannot believe it is Bright's 10th anniversary. Refined now for a decade, we’ve used this base to showcase hand-selected blends as well as single-hop additions in all their glory. To celebrate ten years, we've thoughtfully amplified the concept of Bright; for this special release, we've sourced an iconic blend of hops from our favorite New Zealand growers. Nelson, Peacharine, and Motueka express stunning notes of white grape, peach gummies, lime zest, and ripe pineapple. Bright is unabashedly original and stands out amongst its hazy brethren; the psychedelic art design is a play on the OG cans' 60s vibe. For us, this beer represents a time of boundless creativity, breaking the mold and pushing our boundaries as brewers.
Porter's an outdoorsman at heart, and his excitement to honor the legendary alligator wrangler's birthday brought the kind of energy you can't fake. Irwin is a Double IPA brewed with 100% hand-selected Australian Galaxy hops. It pours a glowing yellow, crowned with a cloud of sticky foam, and a vigorous pour lifts notes of ripe pineapple, tart passionfruit, guava juice, and gooseberry into your palate. We poured everything we know about our favorite Down Under hops into this tribute. There was a time when the most fascinating creatures on this planet lived only in library books, the occasional trip to the zoo, and our imaginations. Steve Irwin changed that, bringing the natural world into our living rooms. His boundless excitement and passion for education inspired a generation of children to become lifelong wildlife enthusiasts. We enjoy in his honor.
Oh, it's Juicy, alright. The Julius with a little something extra. Thirst. Quenched. ✅
Can you imagine a world without the combined forces of grapefruit and agave-based spirits? Neither can we, nor do we want to. Paloma is bubbly and bright with a depth of flavor that can only come from our house-distilled agave spirit, Casa de Arbol. It's a classic drink uncommonly made the hard way, from scratch, right here at Tree House. We're proud to say that, and we can taste the difference in the glass.
Tom Collins would like to have a word with you. When it comes to classics, few have the backstory, rumored origins, and longevity of our good friend Tom. Percy's Gin delivers punchy notes of juniper, which blend with refreshing lemon and a touch of simple syrup. Do not sleep on this incredible beverage - it is so tasty, elegant, and refreshing.
One of our foundational releases is back in Cold Brew, featuring stunning notes of chocolate, amaretto syrup, and ripe pear. Big Star is the result of collaboration and love for our craft. In the early days of our coffee program, we invested in Pablo and Eva Del Cid's farm because even in its fledgling stages, we saw immense potential in their incredible terroir and work ethic. The beans we receive from their family operation continue to astound us with their complexity.
We also offer this special variety in whole-bean form. The pomelo and grapefruit aromatics bloom with the initial pour-over, and its inherent honey notes create a wonderfully warming finish. Served hot with your favorite creamer, you may find yourself skipping a sweetener and savoring the sweet floralilty within. It is available online and in person.
We are delighted to bring you one of our favorite varietal offerings - the pink bourbon, this time working with producer Andres Muñoz from Finca Progreso. These incredible beans carry notes of wildflower honey and pomelo, making for a snappy cold brew with a mellow finish. Pink bourbon is a hybrid Ethiopian landrace varietal, first discovered in Colombia. It is highlighted by its strikingly pink cherry, yellow fruit, tangy sweetness, and strong floral and tropical aroma. They are also known to perform well at cool, high-altitude locations - resulting in an achievement that is truly in the clouds. Their distinctive color, between the more familiar yellow and deep red cherries, requires familiarity and expertise to distinguish ripe from unripe cherries. One of the reasons we love working with the team at Finco Progreso is our shared respect for a slow, methodical hand-selection process, a practice we know all too well from our brewing background. The proof, as they say,y is in the pudding.

We ♥️ Sandwich.
We're exiting two weeks of Truth slowly, not abruptly. To that end, we've got a little something special in Charlton, Tewksbury, and Deerfield today. Macadamia Coco Coconut Truth didn't make a bottle because it wasn't magnificent; it didn't make the bottle because we had so little of it. This variation was conditioned on House-roasted macadamia nuts, toasted coconut, and cacao, imparting indulgent notes of chocolate-covered macadamias, vanilla toffee, and coconut fudge. It's a special variant gang - pull up a chair, relax, and enjoy it.
Hey gang, we're spreading some love this week with a new seltzer that will land in your can order for free while supplies last this week. Strawberry and Lime combine to create a tickle of goodness on your palate. 🫂 🫂 🫂
We loaded the Juice with our favorite hops and generous additions of mango and pineapple purée for good measure. So, so tasty.
Tangy is back for the hop heads. Featuring the latest hop from Yakima Valley legend Martin Ramos, Tangier delivers uncanny notes of freshly peeled tangerines and orange creamsicles. This future classic is one of the most citrus-forward hops we’ve encountered during our yearly hop selection. There’s a reason Tangy is all dressed up in a core-beer fit: its intense character brought us back to the days when we first encountered game-changing varieties. We plan to incorporate it into a multitude of recipes this year, but first, we wanted to showcase it in all its glory.
