It is crafted with a simple malt bill and fermented with clean American Ale yeast to create a flavor profile that is more a function of its vibrant fresh ingredients than an expression of yeast character.

Peacharine is one of the most stone fruit–forward hops on the planet. We spend a great deal of time hand-selecting our favorite lots when we travel to New Zealand. We love it so much that we incorporated it into Jubilee, one of the rare additions to our family of core beers. We thought it was about time it got a little crispier in a batch of Bright!
