Focus on the Dark is a massive, indulgent Quadruple IPA built on an enormous double mash base. In keeping with its sister beer, Focus on the Light, we utilized double-digit pounds per barrel dry hop; it is anything but subtle. We crafted this rendition with Citra and El Dorado hops, which burst with notes of grapefruit candy, piney mango, pineapple juice, and watermelon sherbet.
