The coffee team at Tree House wanted to pay homage to this ancient delicacy with our own spin on a traditional Mexican drinking chocolate. We take unique hoppy beer experiences seriously - not only because we love our work but we’ve come to seriously love how freshly pelletized hops express themselves in finished beer. And so it’s with great delight that it’s now become tradition to cold chain air-freight freshly pelletized Peacharine each year so we can enjoy a singular experience in our New Zealand-centric efforts. These hops almost beat us home (three days too slow) from this year’s selection. They’ve already imparted incredible character in the current batches of Fresh Peach and Silver Fern.
