You guys have really been loving our highly unique Schnapps this year so we put together another batch! The mechanism that makes the crystals grow (high alcohol) also makes our Krystall Schnapps a great bang for your buck. It only makes a dash to make your spiked hot chocolate sing!
And, of course, the whole beans.
Today is the day! Our holiday blend, Wish List, triumphantly returns for it's 4th year, this time featuring a blend that will warm your soul and your tastebuds this season. The design, drawing heavily from our Winter Lodge language, is absolutely lovely! We can't wait for you to enjoy it!
We have ourselves some fresh House Latte coming at you today! A thoughtfully crafted Tree House beverage, House Latte is the product of much passion and deliberation among the coffee team and continues to improve with each batch. We are just getting started!

Today we are delighted to introduce the first new beer proper can in a very long time. And that beer is Jubilee! 🔥❤️🔥🔥❤️🔥🔥❤️🔥🔥❤️🔥 Featuring Peacharine hops in abundance, Jubilee is a beer worthy of the core lineup and one we enjoy so, so much.
We are running a fresh round of Bigger Guava today! This beer is jam packed with guava but still maintains an intense and pleasing backbone of stone fruit and citrus from an onslaught of carefully selected American hops.
Julius with a healthy dose of freshly scored Madagascar Vanilla Beans transcends into Creamsicle, an amazing delight that tastes of orange cream, mango nectar, and happiness. It is hitting the store today!
A celebration of malt and hops, our Hildegard Von Bingen Gin balances the sweet flavor of malt with a potent dose of resinous Cascade hops and juniper. This gin is a collaboration between the brewery and distillery teams, marrying a passion for thoughtfully crafted beverages with knowledge and insight for all things malt and hops. This gin will sing in your favorite cocktail this holiday season!

The sum of the donations will be made to the @ouimetfund this week. Honestly couldn't believe how good it was when pulling samples this morning. It's an exceptional time to visit Tree House in advance of the holiday rush. What happens when a batch of our Russian Imperial Stout is sent into hyper-sleep for over two years in premium bourbon barrels? It travels beyond the realms of ordinary space and time, venturing into the furthest corners of the infinite universe, eventually waking in what we've called DEEP SPACE! Deep Space pours with a dense brown head and presents flavors and aromas of dark baker's chocolate, bourbon-soaked vanilla, roasted espresso, and a balanced presence of dark fruit. It is pure, rugged, and laced with character as a result of purposeful ingredient selection, careful stewardship through the cellar, and close monitoring during its time in barrels. With every sip, immerse yourself further into the cosmic depths of Deep Space, a beer we hope embodies and fosters contemplation of all the infinite mysteries and marvels of the universe. We packaged around 600 bottles of this gem and they are available in every location today.

Jolly Juice!! 🤶 By steeping dried Osmanthus flower in the wort during every phase of the process, we are able to extract incredible stone fruit-like character from this marvelous and mysterious ingredient. The resulting beer is highly enjoyable for its unique nature with floral stone fruit notes, ripe peach, and mild acidity that results from the use of this rare ingredient. This is such a compelling series and we are pleased once again to share it with you!

Ace in the Hole is our Pre-Prohibition porter! Brewed with six-row barley, flaked corn, black malt, our American Lager yeast, and a hint of molasses, its flavor profile instantly transports you back to a historic time in our American past. Pouring a jet-black color in the glass it carries notes of coffee, chocolate and freshly baked bread with a gentle bitterness impacted by classic Willamette hops. This time capsule is remarkably enjoyable, encapsulating a time long gone by and never to return. It is a magnificent taste of history!

On a rain-soaked spring day in 2019, we planted two cold-hardy grape varieties at our Fermentory in Woodstock. Now, in 2023, following years of careful stewardship, we have our first Estate-grown bottle release for your enjoyment. This wine is created using carbonic maceration, which produces a wine different from typical red wine in several important ways. These young wines exhibit a minimal tannin structure favoring vibrant fresh fruit character. They are slightly lower in alcohol and do not have the structure for extended aging, so they are best enjoyed fresh. They carry a modest acidity and the drinkability is off of the charts. They are a beautiful, simple expression of the grapes that they contain. We hope you are able to try one and appreciate the labor of love that it is. They are available in Woodstock only.
BLACK FERN! 🚨 Black Fern is a rendition of Silver Fern utilizing select hops from the Southland from our friends at Garston Hops. Tree House imported these hops to the United States for the first time this spring, and they have made some of our favorite beers ever. This one is special, indeed. ▪️▪️◾️◾️🖤🖤◾️◾️▪️▪️
High above the Wangapeka River and in the shadow of majestic blue rock cliffs, a most scenic hop farm grows the spoils of the New Zealand Landscape. Drenched in select Riwaka and Motueka hops sourced from Blue Rock Hop Farm in the Tasman Region of New Zealand’s South Island, Bright Fine Gold pours an ebullient yellow color into your glass. It explodes with flavors and aromas of passion fruit, mixed tropical fruit, pineapple, and white wine. It is a shining example of our ongoing endeavor to improve with each successive batch and bring you a taste of place a world away from home. We hope it brings you as much joy as it brings us.
Brownie is a singular imperial stout created from select bourbon barrel-aged stout aged 12 to 24 months and then conditioned with chocolate and coffee. The resulting beer is absurdly delicious, carrying a medium-full body with rich notes of brownie batter, bourbon chocolate fudge, tootsie rolls, coffee liqueur, and pleasant pervasive notes of medium-toast oak. Its depth of character is only possible with time, patience, and careful stewardship. A product over two years in the making, we are immensely excited for you to enjoy it!

Of all the beers to take up residence in our American Oak Foudres, Old Man Oak may be the one we are most excited about. The oak softens and elevates this Tree House classic to previously unexplored heights. Pouring a crystal clear, deep amber hue into your glass, it tastes of rich malt and earthy noble hops with a dense texture and lovely drinkability.
We are delighted to release our ready-to-drink Old Fashioned in 200 ML bottles! This gem begins with one-year-old Old Growth mashed, fermented, and distilled at Tree House with beautiful ingredients, including Massachusett-grown corn. Following its stint in ten-gallon barrels, it is masterfully blended with a hint of simple syrup and bitters. Simply pour over ice and garnish with a twist of orange rind for cold weather bliss and a taste of place.
