Normand is our barrel-aged Quad. It rested for twelve months in select bourbon barrels allowing it to transform into a characterful beverage of individuality and intrigue. Pouring a very dark ruby red into the glass, it carries notes of caramel chews, rich dark fruit, bourbon candy, and Belgian yeast esters.

Today we are releasing Normand, our Barrel-aged Quadrupel over a year in the making. Each year, we reserve a portion of our strong dark ale and let it rest in bourbon barrels to complement its rich profile. This year's vintage opens with lush notes of dark cherries and fruit-laden caramel, reminiscent of molasses cookies. It concludes with a mellow, oaky vanilla character imparted from its wooden vessels.
