@treehousedistillery Le Fruitiér is our line of fruit brandies and liqueurs! Our distillers have been working hard to condense the harvest season into a bottle, providing you with a unique and authentic expression of our fruits. Our Spiced Apple Liqueur starts with estate-grown apples that are then pressed and fermented. The distillers then distill this cider into a remarkably aromatic eau de vie or unaged brandy. From there it's quite simple; sugar, cider, and spice are added back to the brandy to create the most autumnal of drams. We couldn't possibly list all of the ways to enjoy this seasonal sipper but it's delectable on its own, slightly chilled, or it can be used to replace any sweetener in your favorite cocktail for an autumnal flair. Oh, and we can't forget pancakes.

Over the years we have quietly and assiduously worked in the background to assemble a wealth of knowledge, recipes, and a deep understanding of historical styles that we did not yet have the physical infrastructure to pursue on a commercial scale concomitantly with our core product offerings - until now. These beers are almost a decade in the making, and it is with great excitement and palpable joy that we are now able to share them with you. A Munich Dunkel, Rover honors tradition by utilizing a tedious mashing process of primarily Dark Munich malts to create flavors and aromas of molten toffee, brown bread, mild chocolate, and caramel. A sturdy addition of Tettnanger hops provides balance and depth. A clean dark chestnut color and wispy off-white head only adds to the mouth-watering appeal of this beer. It is thoughtful, elegant, and packed with nuance and character. Beers that command your attention are a wonderful thing. Beers that can fade into the background as a complementary unspoken companion to celebratory moments in life are also a wonderful thing and deserve to be held in equally high esteem. This beer is a genuine labor of love. It is an immensely pride filled offering for us - we are hopeful you will love it as much as we do.
Normand is our barrel-aged Quad. Resting for a year in Kentucky bourbon barrels before bottling, it exhibits notes of bourbon-soaked dark fruit, dark candy sugar, and toffee atop a rich body. It is certain to keep you warm during this year’s holiday celebrations!
Estate Peach is a special beer. It is made with peaches planted, cared for, grown, and harvested at our Farm & Fermentory. Starting an orchard of mixed fruits is an incredibly arduous, expensive endeavor fraught with risks and challenges. But, we have seen the power of local agriculture and what it means to a communal ecosystem and our neighbors. We are committed to seeing this project through. Estate Peach is a simple wheat beer fermented with our House mixed culture and conditioned atop our entire crop of Contender peaches from our farm @treehousefermentory Pouring a golden orange color into the glass, it carries notes of ripe summer peach, mild funk, straw, and mixed stone fruit. It carries minimal acidity, allowing the purest essence of our native fruit to shine through. It is conditioned with Brettanomyces lambicus and should evolve beautifully over time. The peach character is wholly delicate - a true expression of place that we hope you enjoy as much as we do. Bottles are available in all beer-selling locations today.
House Lager is an American Light Lager made entirely with flaked corn and malt from our friends at Thrall Family Malt in north-central Connecticut. This style demands flawless brewing execution-there are no fruits or adjuncts to hide behind-and it is a proud example of our brewing attunement at Tree House. You can taste the difference from familiar industrial homogeneity. Light, characterful, and easy to drink, House Lager carries notes of grain, sweet corn, and hints of lemon propelled by a crispy body.
From our mixed fermentation program comes Estate Sumac. Made with pomace from Marquette grapes grown @treehousefermentory and foraged Staghorn Sumac, this delightful sipper carries notes of red grape, tropical fruit, and pink lemon. @treehousebrewco #naturalbeer #foragedbeer
Stay warm, friends, and wear your favorites! 🧡💜💚 @treehousebrewco #gotem
This week we introduced our Bitter Cherry Vodka Soda! With an aromatic bouquet of sweet cherries, this delightful sipper carries a cherry-skin-like bitterness on the finish that entices the next sip. 🍒🥤 It is sweet up front with a modest lingering bitterness on the finish. If a little bitterness is not your thing, you may not enjoy this; however, if you like a little bitter punch, this will be right up your alley! @treehousedistillery
A little something for the stocking! 💚💜🧡
Le Fruitiér is our line of fruit brandies and liqueurs! Our distillers have been working hard to condense the harvest season into a bottle, providing you with a unique and authentic expression of our fruits. Our Peach Liqueur starts with estate-grown peaches @treehousefermentory that are then mashed (skins, pits and all) and fermented using a proprietary yeast strain that helps preserve our magical peach aromas. We then distill this peach mash into a remarkably aromatic eau de vie, or unaged brandy. From there it's quite simple; sugar and peach juice are added back to the brandy to create a summery ambrosia. We couldn't possibly list all of the ways to enjoy this seasonal sipper but it's delectable on its own, slightly chilled, or it can be used to replace any sweetener in your favorite cocktail for a peachy punch. With notes of sweet summer peach and a hint of almond, we could not be happier with this vintage of Peach Liqueur. @treehousedistillery @treehousebrewco
Conditioned naturally for several months in horizontal stainless, Cozy - our Baltic Porter - emerges with an overwhelmingly smooth disposition carrying flavors of molten chocolate, caramel, toffee, rich dark fruit, and light coffee. It carries the most marvelous and dense head, an appealing start to the smooth, velvety beer to follow. It is with a tremendous amount of pride that we share this beer with you.
We have invested tremendous time, energy, and passion into our classic styles program in the past several years. The latest fruit of these efforts is Ace in the Hole, our pre-prohibition style porter! Brewed with six-row barley, flaked corn, black malt, our American Lager yeast, and a hint of molasses, its flavor profile instantly transports you back to a historic time in our American past. Pouring a jet-black color in the glass it carries notes of coffee, chocolate and freshly baked bread with a gentle bitterness impacted by classic Willamette hops. This time capsule is remarkably enjoyable, encapsulating a time long gone by and never to return. Enjoy this magnificent taste of history!
Trail Australian Cascade features Cascade hops grown in Australia. It is the first and only beer outside of Australia to utilize this incredible expression of Cascade. We have been working on this beer since 2019 when we first smelled what Cascade grown in Australia was capable of. It has an aroma of sweet grapefruit and tangerine, with a woody backbone and pine character. We are grateful to our friends at Hop Products Australia and the Barth Haas group, who have fielded our tireless requests to make this happen. We could not be more grateful for their efforts, and we could not be more pleased to bring you a singular dry-hopped pilsner experience. This is truly a one-of-a-kind special treat. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.
💙🤍❄️ Each year, the team at @treehousecoffeecompany puts together a custom blend of coffee to celebrate the holiday season. We call that blend Wish List, and today we are packaging and releasing this year’s blend! With notes of chocolate oranges, blackberry jam, and coriander spice, it is a delightful holiday treat certain to please the most discerning coffee-loving palate!
Our seaside taproom on the Cape has inspired us in many ways, and here we have a product of that inspiration. Crafted specifically with days spent by the ocean in mind, Seaside Pils is the ideal beverage to quench you thirst on the boat or the beach. It is a lightly Dry-hopped Pils brewed with Cascade, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Mount Hood hops. Pouring a vibrant yellow color into the glass, it carries notes of doughy malts, crisp hops, and refreshing carbonation.
With notes of varied nuttiness, sweet maple, and hints of earthy spice, there are few liqueurs with a more natural holiday aura than Nocino! Our Nocino Black Walnut Liqueur is made with foraged black walnuts from our @treehousefermentory in Woodstock, Connecticut. Following a gentle steeping on Vodka for three months, it is sweetened with a touch of maple syrup, resulting in a true New England Nocino. Enjoy a taste of place with this hand-crafted spirit while bottles last. @treehousedistillery
Amedee is our Belgian Dark Strong Ale. Inspired by tradition, it is brewed in the summer and bottle-conditioned for several months to peak maturity before release. Pouring a nearly black, dark-brown color in the glass, Amedee carries notes of rich caramel, varied dark fruits, brown sugar, holiday spice, and Belgian Candi Syrup atop a creamy malt base. With warming alcohol on the finish, Amedee is the ideal beer to share and let warm in front of a blazing fire in winter. Because it is high alcohol and bottle-conditioned, it will evolve gracefully for five years or more.
Hello! Because we release so many exciting things so often, we decided to separate this information from our regular account to avoid overwhelming you with posts - unless you want an endless stream of excellent content, which is what you’ll get here! Instagram is most interesting when it’s a consistent feed of beautiful images and stories; that is what we intend to bring you on this account. There is much to share about the time, energy, and purposeful intent that go into our beverages. We’ll reserve our main account for significant updates, major releases, or other updates best suited for a broad audience. Each item we package is available in Charlton, Sandwich, Tewksbury, or Deerfield until it is gone. Cider releases are available in Woodstock only. Merchandise releases primarily hit Charlton before trickling out to other locations or online. Whole-bean coffee is available for direct-to-you shipping. We will welcome this account by posting several of our favorite images from the past several weeks and then begin with what is new, exciting, or in the moment shortly after. This will be an extremely content-heavy account featuring images from our brewery, roastery, distillery, six locations, and more. The passage of time is relentless and brutal and waits for no one, sometimes until it is too late to realize it. Our primary hope with Tree House is to offer a space to pause, reflect upon our impermanence, and relish in the present moment with the people who mean the most to us. Thank you for following along - we have enormous gratitude for your patronage and support. 🫶🏼
