Estate Sumac

Our Sumac Saison pours a beautiful orange color with a tint of pink. Crafted from the pomace of Marquette grapes grown at Tree House Farm & Fermentory, it expresses itself in the glass with notes of red grape and tropical fruit. An overarching whisper of pink lemon carries throughout the experience thanks to a healthy amount of Staghorn Sumac harvested on our Estate.
